1De novo synthesis of bifunctional conjugated microporous polymers for synergistic coordination mediated uranium entrapment显示文摘This work reports a de novo synthesis of novel bifunctional conjugated microporous polymers(CMPs)exhibiting a synergistic-effect involved coordination behavior to uranium.It is highlighted that the synthetic strategy enables the engineering of the coordination environment within amidoxime functionalized CMP frameworks by specifically introducing ortho-substituted amino functionalities,enhancing the affinity to uranyl ions via forming synergistic complexes.The CMPs exhibit high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area,well-developed three-dimensional(3D)networks with hierarchical porosity,and favorable chemical and thermal stability because of the covalently cross-linked structure.Compared with the amino-free counterparts,the adsorption capacity of bifunctional CMPs was increased by almost 70%,from 105 to 174 mg/g,indicating evidently enhanced binding ability to uranium.Moreover,new insights into coordination mechanism were obtained by in-depth X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculation,suggesting a dominant role of the oxime ligands forming a 1:1 metal ions/ligands(M/L)coordination model with uranyl ions while demonstrating the synergistic engagement of the amino functionalities via direct binding to uranium center and hydrogen-bonding involved secondary-sphere interaction.This work sheds light on the underlying principles of ortho-substituted functionalities directed synergistic effect to promote the coordination of amidoxime with uranyl ions.And the synthetic strategy established here would enable the task-specific development of more novel CMP-based functional materials for broadened applications.Boxuan Yu Lei Zhang Gang Ye Qingzhi Liu Jiongli Li Xudong Wang Jing Chen Shengming Xu Shengqian Ma 2021Nano Research2021,14,3:2

3A fully absorbable biomimetic polymeric micelle loaded with cisplatin as drug carrier for cancer therapy显示文摘cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum(II)(CDDP)-loaded polymeric micelles for cancer therapy have been developed to reduce the serious side effects of cisplatin CDDP.Herein,polymeric micelles incorporated with cisplatin are prepared based on the complexation between CDDP and hydrophilic poly(L-glutamic acid)-b-poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine)(PLG-b-PMPC)diblock copolymers.These CDDP-loaded micelles possess an average size of 91nm with narrow distribution,providing remarkable stability in media containing proteins.The release of CDDP from the micelles is faster at pH 5.0 and pH 6.0 than that at pH 7.4 and in a sustained manner without initial burst release.In addition,there is almost no difference in cellular uptake between these CDDP-loaded micelles and free CDDP.Moreover,in vitro cytotoxicity test shows they possess high efficacy to kill 4T1 cells as compared with free drug.Thus,PLG-b-PMPC copolymer might be a promising carrier for CDDP incorporating in cancer therapy.Weihua Zhuang Boxuan Ma Gongyan Liu Xiaobing Chen Yunbing Wang 2018Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,1:1
4Design, Synthesis, Biological Activity and Molecular Docking Study of Coumarin Derivatives Bearing 2-MethyIbiphenyl Moiety显示文摘A hybrid pharmacophore approach was used to design and synthesize a series of coumarin derivatives bearing 2-methylbiphenyl moiety, which were evaluated for their in vitro anticancer activities against four cancer cell lines(MCF-75 A549, H460 and HT29) and PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitory activities. Moreover, several compounds with excellent anticancer activities were selected to evaluate the cytotoxicities against one normal cell line(HEK-293). The most promising compound llo showed the best anticancer activities against the four tested cancer cell lines with the IC50 values of 6.45, 8.65, 6,57 and 8.13 gmol/L, respectively, and displayed weak cytotoxicity on the normal cell(HEK-293). Furthermore, screening of PD-1 /PD-L1 inhibitory activity revealed that compound llo could effectively inhibit the binding of PD-1/PD-L1, and the binding interactions of compound llo with PD-L1 protein were explored by molecular docking.
