1All in one theranostic nanoplatform enables efficient anti-tumor peptide I delivery for triple-modal imaging guided cancer therapy显示文摘Developing a reliable system to efficiently and safely deliver peptide drugs into tumor tissues still remains a great challenge since the instability of peptide drugs and low ability to traverse the cell membrane. Herein, we constructed a multifunctional nanoplatform based on porous europium/gadolinium (Eu/Gd)-doped NaLa(MoO4)2 nanoparticles (NLM NPs) to deliver antitumor peptide of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2-like protein 11 (BIM) for cancer therapy. The porous NLM NPs exhibited inherent photoluminescent, magnetic and X-ray absorbable properties, which enable them for triple-modal bioimaging, including fluorescence, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT). This triple-modal bioimaging can contribute to monitoring NLM NPs biodistribution and guiding therapy in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, the NLM NPs showed negligible cytotoxicity in vitro and tissue toxicity in vivo. Importantly, NLM NPs could load the antitumor peptide of BIM and efficiently improve the resistance of peptide drugs to proteolysis. The BIM peptide was efficiently delivered into the tumor cells by NLM NPs, which can inhibit the growth and promote the apoptosis of cancer cells in vitro, significantly inhibit the tumor growth in vivo. Notably, NLM-BIM theranostic nanoplatform exhibits low systemic toxicity and fewer side effects in vivo. 5An AIEgen/graphene oxide nanocomposite(AIEgen@GO)-based two-stage“turn-on”nucleic acid biosensor for rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2 viral sequence显示文摘The ongoing outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)pandemic has posed significant challenges in early viral diagnosis.Hence,it is urgently desirable to develop a rapid,inexpensive,and sensitive method to aid point-of-care SARS-CoV-2 detection.In this work,we report a highly sequence-specific biosensor based on nanocomposites with aggregationinduced emission luminogens(AIEgen)-labeled oligonucleotide probes on graphene oxide nanosheets(AIEgen@GO)for one step-detection of SARS-CoV-2-specific nucleic acid sequences(Orf1ab or N genes).A dual“turn-on”mechanism based on AIEgen@GO was established for viral nucleic acids detection.Here,the first-stage fluorescence recovery was due to dissociation of the AIEgen from GO surface in the presence of target viral nucleic acid,and the second-stage enhancement of AIEbased fluorescent signal was due to the formation of a nucleic acid duplex to restrict the intramolecular rotation of the AIEgen.Furthermore,the feasibility of our platform for diagnostic application was demonstrated by detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus plasmids containing both Orf1ab and N genes with rapid detection around 1 h and good sensitivity at pM level without amplification.Our platform shows great promise in assisting the initial rapid detection of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid sequence before utilizing quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction for second confirmation.Qin Zhang Bohan Yin Jianhua Hao Linjie Ma Yingying Huang Xueying Shao Chuanqi Li Zhiqin Chu Changqing Yi Siu Hong Dexter Wong Mo Yang 2023Aggregate2023,4,1:0
6Controlling the mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of biomedical TiZrNb alloys by combining recrystallization and spinodal decomposition显示文摘Excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of TiZrNb equiatomic ratio medium-entropy alloy were obtained through recrystallization and spinodal decomposition.In addition to solid solution strengthening and recrystallization,the excellent mechanical properties can also be attributed to the hindering effect of nanoprecipitation formed via spinodal decomposition on the movement of dislocations.The high atomic arrangement density due to spinodal decomposition reduces the surface energy of the alloy passivation film,thereby increasing the activation energy of dissolution and the bonding energy between atoms,which improve the corrosion resistance and stability of the alloy passivation film.This work provides a new strategy to control the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance by combining recrystallization and spinodal decomposition.Pengfei Ji Bohan Chen Shuguang Liu Bo Li Chaoqun Xia Xinyu Zhang Mingzhen Ma Riping Liu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,15:0
7Dynamic response of a Q&P steel to high-strain-rate tension显示文摘The experimental study on the volume fraction of retained austenite for QP980CR steel under high-strain-rate tension is briefly described.An interrupted tensile split Hopkinson bar(TSHB)is developed to control the elongation of specimens.The QP980CR steel samples recovered from the interrupted TSHB tests are investigated using synchrotron X-ray diffraction(XRD)to analyze the effects of strain and strain rate on the martensitic transformation of retained austenite.A constitutive model of QP980CR steel coupling with the transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP)effect is presented based on Delannay’s mean-field modeling.The stress–strain curves of quasi-static and dynamic tensile tests for QP980CR steel are compared with the results predicted by the presented constitutive model.The diffuse necking of QP980CR steel sheet specimens in TSHB tests is analyzed using Batra and Wei’s instability criterion and the presented constitutive model.The effects of strain rate and temperature on the dynamic tensile fracture strain of QP980CR steel are also given.Huanran Wang Wenchao Zhang Dongfang Ma Bohan Ma Danian Chen Xin Yang Chunlei Fan 2017Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2017,30,5:0

9Electronic Characteristics of Perylene Diimide Anion Radical and Dianion Films by Quantitative Doping显示文摘Due to their unique physicochemical properties,the anion radical and dianion of perylene diimide derivatives(PDIs)recently attracted significant attention for organic semiconductors.However,the impact of packing structure and the radical content for carrier transport in the solid state still need to be determined.Bringing the electron-withdrawing groups is an effective strategy for enablingπ−πstacking distance.Here,bay-tetrachloro-substituted PDI(B-4Cl-PDI)anion radical and dianion films were fabricated quantitatively doped with N_(2)H_(4)·H_(2)O.The radical contents were quantitatively calculated by absorption spectra in different doping ratios.The X-ray powder diffraction patterns showed that the anion radical presented a crystalline structure,and dianion aggregates exhibited an amorphous structure.With precise manipulation of the radical content,the anion radical aggregates and dianion aggregates showed the maximum electrical conductivity value of 0.024 and 0.0018 S/cm,respectively.The experiment results show that doping level and aggregate structure play a crucial role in electronic transport properties.JIA Yanhua JIANG Qinglin WANG Bohan YANG Jiaji ZHANG Jiang MA Yuguang 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,2:0
10Wet-milling synthesis of immobilized Pt/Ir nanoclusters as promising heterogeneous catalysts显示文摘Being a typical state of the art heterogeneous catalyst,supported noble metal catalyst often demonstrates enhanced catalytic properties.However,a facile synthetic method for realizing large-scale and low-cost supported noble metal catalyst is strictly indispensable.To this end,by making use of the strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)and mechanochemical reaction,we introduce an efficient synthetic route to obtain ultrafine Pt and Ir nanoclusters immobilized on diverse substrates by wet chemical milling.We further demonstrate the scaling-up effect of our approach by large-scale ball-milling production of Pt nanoclusters immobilized on TiO_(2)substrate.The synthesized Pt/Ir@Co_(3)O_(4)catalysts exhibit superior oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance with only 230 and 290 mV overpotential to achieve current density of 10 and 100 mA·cm^(-2),beating the catalytic performance of Co_(3)O_(4)supported Pt or Ir clusters and commercial Ir/C.It is envisioned that the present work strategically directs facile ways for fabricating supported noble metal heterogeneous catalysts.Peng Du Kai Huang Xiaoyuan Fan Jingteng Ma Naveed Hussain Ruyue Wang Bohan Deng Binghui Ge Haolin Tang Ru Zhang Ming Lei Hui Wu 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:0
11Influence of Nb addition on microstructural evolution and compression mechanical properties of Ti-Zr alloys显示文摘In order to expand the application horizon of Ti-Zr based alloys,the influence of Nb content on phase composition,microstructural evolution and biomechanical properties is systematically studied.The phase and microstructural characterization of the as-cast alloys is carried out by X-ray diffraction,optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results reveal that Nb-containing Ti-Zr alloys transformed from single a phase→α+α'+β phase single β phase double β phases with increasing Nb content.In the case of β-type alloys,the addition of Nb improves the bonding energy between atoms,reduces the grain size,increases the elastic modulus,improves the yield strength and renders superior work-hardening behavior.Moreover,the current study provides mechanistic insights into microstructural evolution and strengthening of Nb-containing Ti-Zr alloys with increasing Nb content.Herein,the addition of 5 at.% Nb resulted in an abnormal work hardening during compression deformation under the synergistic influence of stress-induced martensite transformation of β phase and stress-induced twinning of α phase.Moreover,the biomechanical properties are evaluated to demonstrate the potential of Nb-containing Ti-Zr alloys in biological applications.Pengfei Ji Bohan Chen Bo Li Yihao Tang Guofeng Zhang Xinyu Zhang Mingzhen Ma Riping Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10:0
