| 1 | 经口腔达芬奇机器人甲状腺手术初步经验显示文摘目的探寻通过达芬奇机器人技术进行经口腔甲状腺切除术(transoral robotic thyroidectomy,TORT)是否可行并报道初步的经验教训。方法从2017年9月到12月,在北京和睦家医院进行了5例TORT。使用了3个完全口内切口连接达芬奇机器人手臂3个端口,回顾性分析手术结果。结果 5例均为女性患者(平均年龄30岁,平均肿瘤大小2. 0 cm),其中行单侧甲状腺腺叶切除4例、全切1例,3例行中央颈清扫。其中3例甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinomas,PTC)、1例甲状腺滤泡癌、1例甲状腺良性腺瘤。平均手术时间为343 min。PTC患者中央淋巴结数目平均为8. 7枚。术后没有短暂性声带麻痹和低钙症状,3例患者术后有下唇感觉减退和感觉异常、1例因镜头接触发生皮瓣Ⅰ度烫伤。结论 TORT对于选择的甲状腺肿瘤患者初步尝试是可行的,是无瘢痕甲状腺手术选择之一。 | 张彬 韩宗辉 Bikash Rai | 2018 | 中华腔镜外科杂志(电子版)2018,11,4: | 21 |
| 2 | 机器人辅助腹腔镜经腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补术的临床分析显示文摘目的:探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜经腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补术的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月北京和睦家医院普外科23例接受机器人手术治疗腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。患者均为男性,年龄48.8(17~72)岁,体质指数(BMI)25.8(21.2~32.6)kg/m 2。单侧疝13例,其中斜疝9例,直疝3例,并发型1例;右侧9例,左侧4例。双侧疝10例,其中双侧直疝6例,双侧斜疝2例,混合型2例。患者既往均无腹股沟疝手术病史。23例均在全身麻醉下行机器人辅助腹腔镜经腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补术。总结患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛情况、住院时间、术后并发症等指标。结果:本组23例手术顺利,均未出现术中大出血及输精管损伤等并发症,无中转开腹病例。术前、术后均未使用抗生素,术后均无切口感染,均于术后次日出院。13例单侧疝平均手术时间121(82~165)min,10例双侧疝平均手术时间166(100~315)min;术中平均出血量13.3(5~25)ml;术后平均疼痛分数为0.96(0~3)分/10分;平均住院时间28.4(24.2~37.5)h。术后随访3~18个月,患者均未出现疝气复发和术后神经痛。23例手术共使用补片33个。1例患者术后出现低热,未超过38.0℃,未予特殊处理,2 d后自愈。结论:机器人辅助腹腔镜经腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补术为腹股沟疝的治疗提供了新的微创手术方法。患者损伤更小、住院时间短、恢复快、并发症和复发率更低。 | 刘竞 Savu Michelle 智迎辉 Ran Bikash 肖海涛 郭玉峰 | 2020 | 中华医学杂志2020,100,36: | 16 |

| 4 | 淫羊藿苷对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖分化的影响及机制研究显示文摘目的研究淫羊藿苷(ICA)对小鼠颅顶前成骨细胞(MC3T3-E1)增殖、分化的影响,以及骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)/Smads信号通路在成骨细胞增殖、分化中的作用。方法用含不同浓度ICA(0、10、20、40 ng/ml)的完全培养液分别培养MC3T3-E1细胞48、72、96 h。HE染色法观察ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞形态的影响;分别用CCK-8及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)检测试剂盒检测ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖活性和细胞ALP活性的影响;Western blot检测ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞BMP-2、骨形态发生蛋白2受体(BMPR-2)、Smad4和Smad1/5/8蛋白表达水平的影响。向细胞培养液中加入BMP抑制剂头蛋白(Noggin,100 ng/ml)阻断BMP-2/Smads信号通路后,再次检测上述各实验指标的变化。结果 ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞形态无明显影响;ICA(10、20 ng/ml)可增强MC3T3-E1细胞增殖活性( P 均<0.01)。ICA(10、20 ng/ml)可增强MC3T3-E1细胞ALP活性( P 均<0.01)。阻断BMP-2/Smads信号通路后,ICA促细胞增殖作用( P <0.01)及促分化作用( P <0.01)明显下降。ICA(10、20 ng/ml)可提高MC3T3-E1细胞BMP-2、BMPR-2、Smad4和Smad1/5/8蛋白表达水平( P 均<0.01)。当阻断BMP-2/Smads信号通路后,ICA促BMP-2、BMPR-2、Smad4和Smad1/5/8蛋白表达作用均受到抑制。结论 ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞形态无明显影响,ICA可能是通过上调MC3T3-E1前体成骨细胞BMP-2蛋白的表达,激活BMP-2/Smads信号通路,启动下游成骨相关基因的表达,从而促进细胞的增殖、分化。 | 安庆 刘国雄 Bikash Kumar Sah 周霖 庹伟 曹洪 | 2019 | 安徽医科大学学报2019,54,6: | 9 |
| 5 | Effect of pyroxenite and olivine minerals as source of MgO in hematite pellet on improvement of metallurgical properties显示文摘Pelletization of hematite ore requires high fineness and very high induration temperature(~1325 °C) owing to its poor diffusion bonding unlike magnetite ore. Further, high-alumina hematite pellets show very high reduction degradation index(RDI) during low temperature(500-650 °C) reduction due to their volume expansion and lattice distortion. Noamundi(India) hematite ore contains very high Al2O3(2.3%) with adverse ratio of alumina to silica(~2) for which, it shows very high RDI. In this work, the acid pellets prepared from Noamundi ore fines of optimum Blaine fineness show good cold crushing strength(CCS). However, it shows very high RDI(77%). In order to reduce RDI, Mg O in form of two different gangue-containing fluxes, such as pyroxenite and olivine in varying quantities has been added. The optimum requirement and performance of these fluxes has been examined and compared. Both pyroxenite and olivine fluxed pellets show significant lowering of RDI(26% and 23%, respectively) and improvement of other properties, viz CCS, swelling indices etc with good reducibility(70%-77%). | 6 | Transition metal-based single-atom catalysts(TM-SACs);rising materials for electrochemical CO_(2) reduction显示文摘The continuous increase of global atmospheric CO_(2) concentrations brutally damages our environment. A series of methods have been developed to convert CO_(2) to valuable fuels and value-added chemicals to maintain the equilibrium of carbon cycles. The electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR) is one of the promising methods to produce fuels and chemicals, and it could offer sustainable paths to decrease carbon intensity and support renewable energy. Thus, significant research efforts and highly efficient catalysts are essential for converting CO_(2) into other valuable chemicals and fuels. Transition metal-based single atoms catalysts(TM-SACs) have recently received much attention and offer outstanding electrochemical applications with high activity and selectivity opportunities. By taking advantage of both heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysts, TM-SACs are the new rising star for electrochemical conversion of CO_(2) to the value-added product with high selectivity. In recent years, enormous research effort has been made to synthesize different TM-SACs with different M–Nxsites and study the electrochemical conversion of CO_(2) to CO. This review has discussed the development and characterization of different TMSACs with various catalytic sites, fundamental understanding of the electrochemical process in CO_(2) RR,intrinsic catalytic activity, and molecular strategics of SACs responsible for CO_(2)RR. | 14 | Current status of pharmacological treatment of colorectal cancer显示文摘AIM: To review the clinical trials for the development in drugs for chemotherapeutic treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC).METHODS: A systematic review identified random-ized controlled trials(RCTs) assessing drugs for the treatment of CRC or adenomatous polyps from www.clinicaltrials.gov. Various online medical databases were searched for relevant publications.RESULTS: Combination treatment regimens of stan-dard drugs with newer agents have been shown to improve overall survival, disease-free survival, time to progression and quality of life compared to that with standard drugs alone in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. The FOLFOXIRI regimen has been associated with a significantly higher response rate, progression-free survival and overall survival compared to the FOLFIRI regimen. CONCLUSION: Oxaliplatin plus intravenous bolus fluo-rouracil and leucovorin has been shown to be superiorfor disease-free survival when compared to intravenous bolus fluorouracil and leucovorin. In addition, oxaliplatin regimens were more likely to result in successful surgi-cal resections. First line treatment with cetuximab plus fluorouracil, leucovorin and irinotecan has been found to reduce the risk of metastatic progression in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor-positive colorec-tal cancer with unresectable metastases. | 18 | 经口机器人手术治疗口咽癌的初步经验显示文摘目的探讨经口机器人手术(transoral robotic surgery,TORS)治疗口咽癌的肿瘤学及功能学效果,以及该方法的安全性。方法回顾性分析2017年6月1日至2020年12月31日北京和睦家医院行TORS治疗的口咽癌患者26例,其中男性22例,女性4例,年龄39~76岁。T1-2期患者占88.5%(23/26)。收集相关临床病理学及随访资料,记录患者拔除胃管及气管插管的时间,采用SPSS软件包进行生存分析,计算总生存率及无病生存率。结果26例口咽癌患者均接受TORS治疗,无中转开放手术,其中20例行同期颈淋巴清扫术。TORS手术时间为65~360 min,平均215 min。术中出血量5~600 ml,平均70 ml。术后4例患者(15.4%)行气管切开,其中3例术后1个月内拔除气管套管,1例至随访结束未能拔除。12例患者(46.2%)行胃管置入,其中11例术后1个月内拔除胃管,1例患者术后13 d因口咽部出血死亡,死亡时胃管尚未拔除。术后1例患者(3.8%)切缘阳性,余患者切缘阴性。16例患者(61.5%)行术后放疗,其中11例患者(42.3%)进行以铂类为主的同步化疗。中位随访时间21.5个月(0.4~45.0个月)。3年总生存率为83.0%,3年无病生存率为75.8%。结论选择合适的口咽癌患者,TORS可取得良好的肿瘤学及功能学效果,手术并发症较少,治疗安全可行。 | 张亚冰 Bikash Rai 智迎辉 张彬 | 2022 | 中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志2022,57,5: | 2 |

| 20 | 彩色多普勒超声与DSA诊断肾动脉狭窄的对比研究显示文摘目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断肾动脉狭窄(RAS)的临床价值。方法:对临床拟诊RAS的18例患者的36支肾动脉进行彩色多普勒超声检查,根据肾动脉形态学和血流动力学超声表现评价肾动脉有无狭窄;同期进行肾动脉数字减影血管造影(DSA),并对两者检查结果进行对比分析。结果:在超声检查发现RAS的11支肾动脉中,有10支与DSA符合,假阳性1支;在超声检查未发现RAS的25支肾动脉中,DSA发现3支肾动脉存在RAS,假阴性3支,超声符合率为88.9%(32/36)。超声检查结果与DSA比较:经Kappa检验,测值为0.75(P>0.05);经McNemar检验,测值为0.625(P>0.05),表明本组病例彩色多普勒超声和DSA检查对RAS诊断的一致性较好,两种方法对RAS的诊断率没有明显差异。结论:肾动脉彩色多普勒超声是诊断RAS的一种简便、有效、可重复性好的检查方法,具有很高的临床应用价值。 | BIKASH Kumar Shah 张炽敏 周旋 | 2013 | 东南大学学报(医学版)2013,32,4: | 2 |
