1连续焊接钢板梁桥腹板疲劳开裂分析显示文摘建于1972年的美国I-895桥是由7根焊接钢板梁组成的4跨钢桥,2003年3月发现两个主梁腹板开裂:一个在横联连接板处;另一个在横联附近加劲肋处。对开裂腹板进行断口分析、钢材性能试验、断裂力学和有限元分析。断裂力学分析结果表明:高应力状态下的表面裂纹或贯穿裂纹都可导致脆断。采用整体模型和局部模型对3种可能原因进行分析:1)由横向连接系产生的横向力导致腹板间隙变形;2)腹板面内荷载作用下,制造误差引起的腹板不平整;3)起裂点附近焊接引起的残余应力。结果表明以上原因或其组合可导致腹板开裂区域产生较高主拉应力,使裂纹萌生并扩展至脆断。最后还研究3种修复措施,在修复后的桥梁检测中,没有发现其他裂纹,成果可为钢桥疲劳加固设计参考。Zhou Y E Biegalski A 叶华文 段熹 陈栋军 王义强 2014中外公路2014,34,5:4
