1The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 3In situ tumor vaccination with adenovirus vectors encoding measles virus fusogenic membrane proteins and cytokines显示文摘AIM: To evaluate whether intratumoral expression of measles virus fusogenic membrane glycoproteins H and F (MV-FMG), encoded by an adenovirus vector Ad.MV-H/ F, alone or in combination with local coexpression of cytokines (IL-2, IL-12, IL-18, IL-21 or GM-CSF), can serve as a platform for inducing tumor-specifi c immune responses in colon cancer. METHODS: We used confocal laser scanning microscopy and flow cytometry to analyze cell-cell fusion after expression of MV-FMG by dye colocalization. In a syngeneic bilateral subcutaneous MC38 and Colon26 colon cancer model in C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice, we assessed the effect on both the directly vector-treated tumor as well as the contralateral, not directly vector- treated tumor. We assessed the induction of a tumor- specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response with a lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assay. RESULTS: We demonstrated in vitro that transduction of MC38 and Colon26 cells with Ad.MV-H/F resulted in dye colocalization, indicative of cell-cell fusion. In addition, in the syngeneic bilateral tumor model we demonstrated a signifi cant regression of the directly vector-inoculated tumor upon intratumoral expression of MV-FMG alone or in combination with the tested cytokines. We observed the highest anti-neoplastic efficacy with MV-FMG and IL-21 coexpression. The degree of tumor regression of the not directly vector-treated tumor correlated with the anti-neoplastic response of the directly vector-treated tumor. This regression was mediated by a tumor-specifi c CTL response. 4南京市浅层地温场研究——基于分布式光纤测温技术显示文摘浅层地热能作为新型能源受到了国际国内的广泛关注,常规的电阻式温度传感器受电磁干扰,不适合长期在野外复杂环境中使用。本文应用抗干扰能力强的分布式光纤测温技术,对南京市19个百米深钻孔进行地温测量,获得了2018年冬季与2019年春季南京市浅层地下温度分布。综合南京市水文和地质条件,得出结论:浅层地温的变化相对于气温的变化存在着滞后现象;对于同一地点的浅层地温,地下水的流动会使得地温在不同季节出现差异;构造条件显著影响着南京市浅层地温分布。本项研究结果为南京市浅层地热能的利用分区与进一步开发提供参考。李济琛 陈明珠 汤强 刘春 梁立唯 Peter Bayer 2021中国地质2021,48,3:4

6A software-defined networking approach for handover management with real-time video in WLANs显示文摘To achieve high performance and reliability in video streaming over wireless local area networks (WLANs), one must jointly consider both optimized association to access points (APs) and handover management based on dynamic scanning of alternate APs. In this article, we propose a new architecture within the software-defined networking (SDN) framework, which allows stations to be connected to several APs simultaneously and to switch fast between them. 8前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用。方法:回顾性研究6 099例行超声乳化白内障手术的年龄相关性白内障患者。对照组,2001-10/2004-05,3 075例3 075眼行白内障手术未用眼内抗生素,实验组,2004-06/2007-04,3 024例3 024眼术中前房用0.1mL含1mg的头孢呋辛。两组的术前预防措施和手术步骤相同。结果:对照组和实验组分别有13(0.42%)和4(0.13%)例患者发生术后眼内炎[P=0.031;OR =3.20(1.04-9.84)]。两组发生术后眼内炎的平均时间分别是术后30(3 ~75)d和25(2 ~35)d(P=0.35)。研究细菌感染,实验组,烟曲菌和铜绿假单胞菌对头孢呋辛耐药,而肺炎链球菌对头孢呋辛敏感。未发现前房运用头孢呋辛的毒性和过敏性症状。结论:预防性前房运用头孢呋辛是安全的,可以预防术后细菌性眼内炎。然而抗生素抗菌谱窄和抗生素耐药性的可能性需要考虑。Güngr Sobaci Yusuf Uysal Fatih M Mutlu Atilla Bayer Rιza Gungor Suat Karagul 2009国际眼科杂志2009,9,8:2
