| 1 | 臭腹腺蝗(直翅目:锥头蝗科)胃盲囊的异速生长和功能特性(英文)显示文摘通过对臭腹腺蝗Zonocerusvariegatus (直翅目 :锥头蝗科 ) 6个若虫期及成虫期主消化道和胃盲囊分段进行解剖和测量 ,对其胃盲囊的异速生长和功能特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,胃盲囊和主消化道的生长是不同速的。胃盲囊前段较后段生长速率更高 ,但两者生长速率显著相关。消化道和胃盲囊的平均长度亦显著相关。随年龄增长 ,消化道的生长速率降低 ,而胃盲囊的生长速率上升。与胃盲囊前段功能相同 ,胃盲囊后段亦具有消化和吸收功能 。 | Bassey E. | 2 | Modeling and optimization of Terminalia catappa L.kernel oil extraction using response surface methodology and artificial neural network显示文摘In this study,response surface methodology(RSM)and artificial neural network(ANN)were used to optimize Terminalia catappa L.kernel oil(TCKO)yield.Solvent extraction method was used for the oil extraction,with n-hexane as the extracting solvent.The highest oil yield was obtained at 55℃,150 min,and 0.5 mm.The physicochemical properties of the TCKO were determined using standard methods.Gas chromatographic(GC)analysis and Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)were respectively,used to determine the fatty acid composition and prevalent functional groups in TCKO.At optimum conditions of temperature,particle size and extraction time,the RSM predicted oil yield was 62.92%,which was validated as 60.34%,whereas ANN predicted yield was 60.39%,which was validated as 60.40%.The results of the physicochemical characterization of TCKO showed that the dielectric strength(DS),viscosity,flash and pour points values were 30.61 KV,20.29 mm^2 s^−1,260°C,and 3℃,respectively.Physicochemical characterization and FTIR results of TCKOindicated its potential industrial application,especially as transformer fluid.Fatty acids compositions result indicated that the oil was highly unsaturated;while XRD results of Terminalia catappa L.kernel(TCK)samples obtained,both before and after extraction,showed difference in their peaks and corresponding intensities,due to the damage effect of solvent.Finally,the obtained optimization results indicated that ANN was a better and more effective tool than RSM,due to its higher R^2 and lower RMS values. | Chinedu Matthew Agu Matthew Chukwudi Menkiti Ekwe Bassey Ekwe Albert Chibuzor Agulanna | 2020 | Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2020，，1： | 3 |

| 11 | Do model choice and sample ratios separately or simultaneously influence soil organic matter prediction?显示文摘This study was performed to examine the separate and simultaneous influence of predictive models’choice alongside sample ratios selection in soil organic matter(SOM).The research was carried out in northern Morocco,characterized by relatively cold weather and diverse geological conditions.The dataset herein used accounted for 1591 soil samples,which were randomly split into the following ratios:10%(∼150 sample ratio),20%(∼250 sample ratio),35%(∼450 sample ratio),50%(∼600 sample ratio)and 95%(∼1200 sample ratio).Models herein involved were ordinary kriging(OK),regression kriging(RK),multiple linear regression(MLR),random forest(RF),quantile regression forest(QRF),Gaussian process regression(GPR)and an ensemble model.The findings in the study showed that the accuracy of SOM prediction is sensitive to both predictive models and sample ratios.OK combined with 95%sample ratio performed equally to RF in conjunction with all the sample ratios,as the latter did not show much sensitivity to sample ratios.ANOVA results revealed that RF with a∼10%sample ratio could also be optimum for predicting SOM in the study area.In conclusion,the findings herein reported could be instrumental for producing cost-effective detailed and accurate spatial estimation of SOM in other sites.Furthermore,they could serve as a baseline study for future research in the region or elsewhere.Therefore,we recommend conducting series of simulation of all possible combinations between various predictive models and sample ratios as a preliminary step in soil organic matter prediction. | Kingsley John Yassine Bouslihim Kokei Ikpi Ofem Lahcen Hssaini Rachid Razouk Paul Bassey Okon Isong Abraham Isong Prince Chapman Agyeman Ndiye Michael Kebonye Chengzhi Qin | 2022 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2022，10，3： | 1 |
