1通气机所致肺损伤中转移生长因子β上调与氧化剂致伤的关系(英文)显示文摘目的探讨呼吸机致肺损伤时血清中细胞因子是否增高及其机制。方法通过呼吸机诱导肺损伤的体内及体外模型,将分离的肺泡上皮细胞于体外拉长,利用基因微阵列技术分析并筛选出上调的炎性细胞因子,之后给予大鼠呼吸机机械通气,留取血清标本,测量这些细胞因子在血清中是否上调。我们在体外培养的肺上皮细胞中加入外源性肿瘤坏死因子、过氧化氢或N-乙酰半胱氨酸,观察细胞因子的变化。N-乙酰半胱氨酸亦被投入大鼠呼吸机诱导肺损伤模型,观察用药后细胞因子的变化。结果转移生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和转移生长因子β2(TGF-β2)在体外拉长的肺上皮细胞中表达增加,并且在大潮气量机械通气的大鼠血清中浓度增加。肿瘤坏死因子不能改变TGF-β的表达,而过氧化氢诱导了TGF-β的上调。N-乙酰半胱氨酸减轻氧自由基损伤,不论在体内或体外试验中均阻断了过度拉长所致TGF-β在细胞及大鼠血清中的上调。结论TGF-β1和TGF-β2在通气机所致肺损伤中的表达增加并在血清中上调;TGF-β上调的机制与氧自由基损伤有关但与肿瘤坏死因子无关;N-乙酰半胱氨酸可对抗氧自由基损伤,能阻断TGF-β的上调,可能成为呼吸机相关肺损伤的一种新治疗途径。欧阳彬 管向东 Olga Syrkina Behrouz Jafari 陈娟 陈敏英 黎丽芬 Deborah A.Quinn 2006解放军医学杂志2006,31,1:9

4Electrochemical preparation and characterization of brain-like nanostructures of Y_2O_3显示文摘Nanostructured Y2O3 was successfully prepared via a two-step and template-free method.Firstly,yttrium hydroxide precursor was galvanostatically grown on the steel substrate from chloride bath by direct and pulse current deposition modes.Direct current deposition was carried out at the constant current density of 0.1 A/dm2 for 600 s.The pulse current was also performed at a typical on-time and off-time(ton=1 s and toff=1 s)with an average current density of 0.05 A/dm2(Ia=0.05 A/dm2)for 600 s.The obtained hydroxide films were then scraped from the substrates and thermally converted into final oxide product via heat-treatment.Thermal behaviors and phase transformations during the heat treatment of the hydroxide powder samples were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The final oxide products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the well-crystallized Y2O3 with brain-and sphere-like morphology were achievable via pulse and direct deposition modes,respectively.It was concluded that pulse current cathodic electrodeposition offered a facile route for preparation of nanostructured Y2O3.Mustafa Aghazadeh Mojtaba Hosseinifard Mohammad Hassan Peyrovi Behrouz Sabour 2013Journal of Rare Earths2013,31,3:5
5Essential Oil from Citrus aurantium Alleviates Anxiety of Patients Undergoing Coronary Angiography: A Single-Blind, Randomized Controlled Trial显示文摘Objective To determine the effectiveness and safety of essential oil from Citrus aurantium on anxiety in patients undergoing coronary angiography.Methods A single-blind,randomized controlled trial was conducted in 80 patients experiencing coronary angiography in Imam Ali Hospital in Kermanshah,Iran from April to November in 2016.All patients were randomly divided into intervention and control groups by a random number table,40 cases in each group.The patients in the intervention group inhaled Citrus aurantium essential oil for 15–20 min about 60 min before angiography.Following the same procedure,distilled water was used instead of Citrus aurantium in the control group.Spielbergers State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)was filled in and vital signs including systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),respiratory and pulse rate were recorded before and 20 min after the intervention.Adverse reactions after intervention were observed.Results In the intervention group,the mean scores of STAI,SBP,DBP,respiratory and pulse rate were 53.30±10.13,134.82±11.75 mm Hg,84.49±6.99 mm Hg,17.87±1.73 times/min,and 76.48±12.55 beats/min at baseline and significantly decreased to 42.37±10.15,124.49±10.48 mm Hg,79.23±6.62 mm Hg,14.54±1.43 times/min,and 70.03±13.66 beats/min respectively 20 min after intervention(all P<0.05);however,in the control group,neither anxiety scores nor vital signs changed significantly(P>0.05).All subjects reported no adverse reactions.Conclusion Inhalation of the essential oil from Citrus aurantium was effective in reducing anxiety and stress levels in patients undergoing coronary angiography.Khalil Moradi Hossein Ashtarian Nicholas Yakubu Danzima Hamid Saeedi Behrouz Bijan Farzaneh Akbari Mohammad Mehdi Mohammadi 2021Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2021,27,3:4

8Microstructure and mechanical characteristics of AA6061-T6 joints produced by friction stir welding,friction stir vibration welding and tungsten inert gas welding:A comparative study显示文摘This study compared the microstructure and mechanical characteristics of AA6061-T6 joints produced using friction stir welding(FSW),friction stir vibration welding(FSVW),and tungsten inert gas welding(TIG).FSVW is a modified version of FSW wherein the joining specimens are vibrated normal to the welding line during FSW.The results indicated that the weld region grains for FSVW and FSW were equiaxed and were smaller than the grains for TIG.In addition,the weld region grains for FSVW were finer compared with those for FSW.Results also showed that the strength,hardness,and toughness values of the joints produced by FSVW were higher than those of the other joints produced by FSW and TIG.The vibration during FSW enhanced dynamic recrystallization,which led to the development of finer grains.The weld efficiency of FSVW was approximately 81%,whereas those of FSW and TIG were approximately 74%and 67%,respectively.Behrouz Bagheri Mahmoud Abbasi Amin Abdollahzadeh 2021International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,3:3

11Development of AZ91/SiC surface composite by FSP:effect of vibration and process parameters on microstructure and mechanical characteristics显示文摘A surface composite layer enhances the mechanical characteristics of a surface while retaining the properties of the base material.Friction stir processing(FSP)is a method for forming surface metal matrix composites(SMMCs)that reinforce a surface with particles.In the current study,a new method entitled friction stir vibration processing(FSVP)was applied to form SMMCs on the surface of AZ91 magnesium alloy with SiC particles as the reinforcing particles.Contrary to FSP,in FSVP,the workpiece was vibrated normal to the processing line while the tool rotated and traversed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of friction stir(FS)and friction stir vibration(FSV)processed specimens were evaluated.Additionally,the effects of vibration frequency and process parameters on different characteristics of FS and FSV processed specimens were studied.The results showed that the stir zone grains for FSV processed specimens were finer than those for FS processed specimens,and the second phase particles(SiC particles)had a more homogenous distribution in the former specimens than in the latter specimens.This was related to the effect of workpiece vibration during FSVP,which increased the material deformation and led to enhanced dynamic recrystallization and the breakdown of agglomerated SiC particles.The results indicated that the stir zone grain size decreased,and the distribution homogeneity of the SiC particles increased as vibration frequency increased.It was also observed that the stir zone grain size increased,and the mechanical properties of the processed specimens decreased as tool rotation speed increased.Behrouz Bagheri Mahmoud Abbasi 2020Advances in Manufacturing2020,8,1:3
