1Effects of probiotic supplementation on abdominal pain severity in pediatric patients with irritable bowel syndrome:a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials显示文摘Background Probiotic supplementation has been used to alleviate abdominal pain in children and adolescents with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),but the evidence is not compelling.Thus,a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials(RCTs)were performed to investigate the effects of probiotic supplementation on abdominal pain in pediatric patients with IBS.Methods PubMed/MEDLINE,Web of Science,Scopus,Cochrane Library,and Embase were the available databases searched to find relevant randomized clinical trials up to April 2021.The effect size was expressed as weighted mean differenee(WMD)and 95% confidence interval(CI).Results Seven RCTs with 441 participants were included,from which the meta-analysis demonstrated that probiotic supplementation has a significant effect on reducing abdominal pain in pediatric patients with IBS(WMD=-2.36:95%CI-4.12 to-0.60;P=0.009).Although our study involved children and adolescents(≤18 years),the effects of probiotic supplementation seem to be more potent in patients under 10 years old(WMD=-2.55;95%CI-2.84 to -2.27)compared to patients aged 10-18 years(WMD=-1.70;95%CI-2.18 to -1.22).The length of supplementation longer than four weeks was more effective(WMD=-2.43;95%CI-2.76 to -2.09).Conclusion Probiotic supplementation can reduce abdominal pain in pediatric patients with IBS.Somayeh Fatahi Amirhossein Hosseini Mohammad Hassan Sohouli Aliakbar Sayyari Katayoun Khatami Zahra Fazeli Farsani Hamzeh Amiri Naghi Dara Ivan G.O.de Souza Heitor O.Santos 2022World Journal of Pediatrics2022,18,5:5
2动态张拉载荷作用下花岗岩的层裂破坏机理显示文摘在动态载荷作用下岩石可能发生层裂破坏。在动态霍普金森压杆(SHPB)上及4种不同的冲击载荷条件下,开展动态张拉载荷作用下花岗岩的破裂发展和破坏特性研究。岩样破坏后,在破坏表面附近取样并制作薄片,用偏光显微镜观察岩石裂纹的生长模式,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察破坏表面的矿物颗粒形貌特征,从而评价岩石矿物特征对载荷和破坏的响应特性。研究结果表明,岩样层裂裂纹数量随着峰值冲击载荷的增加而增多,并且岩石内的石英矿物持续发生大量的晶间断裂;矿物晶体的解理面及其相对于载荷的方向对岩石强度和破裂特性有着至关重要的作用;沿垂直于载荷的矿物晶体解理面进行分离而没有云母矿物平行于载荷的运动是岩石发生层裂破坏所特有的。黄麟淇 汪军 Aliakbar MOMENI 王少锋 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,7:5
3Reconstruction based approach to sensor fault diagnosis using auto-associative neural networks显示文摘Fault diagnostics is an important research area including different techniques.Principal component analysis(PCA)is a linear technique which has been widely used.For nonlinear processes,however,the nonlinear principal component analysis(NLPCA)should be applied.In this work,NLPCA based on auto-associative neural network(AANN)was applied to model a chemical process using historical data.First,the residuals generated by the AANN were used for fault detection and then a reconstruction based approach called enhanced AANN(E-AANN)was presented to isolate and reconstruct the faulty sensor simultaneously.The proposed method was implemented on a continuous stirred tank heater(CSTH)and used to detect and isolate two types of faults(drift and offset)for a sensor.The results show that the proposed method can detect,isolate and reconstruct the occurred fault properly.Mousavi Hamidreza Shahbazian Mehdi Jazayeri-Rad Hooshang Nekounam Aliakbar 2014Journal of Central South University2014,21,6:4

6A Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization and Genetic Algorithm for Model Updating of A Pier-Type Structure Using Experimental Modal Analysis显示文摘Conventional design of pier structures is based on the assumption of fully rigid joints. In practice, the real connections are semi-rigid that cause changes in dynamic characteristics. In this study, quality of the joints is investigated by considering changes in natural frequencies. For this purpose, numerical and experimental modal analyses are carried out on related physical model of a pier type structure. When numerical results are evaluated,natural frequencies generally do not match the expected experimental results. Uncertainties in different aspects of engineering problems are always a challenge for researchers. The numerical models which are constructed on the basis of highly idealized scheme may not be able to represent all of the physical aspects of the physical one. For this study, determination of percentage of semi-rigid joints is considered as an optimization problem based on the numerical and experimental frequencies. Probabilistic sensitivity analysis is also used to determine the search space.A new technique of optimization problem is solved by a combination of smart particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithms, and a complicated and efficient system for model updating process is introduced. It is observed that the hybrid PSO-Genetic algorithm is applicable and appropriate in model updating process. 7Microstructure and magnetostrictive behavior of Fe-15 at% Ga alloy with different cooling rates显示文摘The main attention of this paper was devoted to the study of the effect of different cooling rates on the magnetic domain configuration and magnetostrictive behavior of heat-treated Fe-15 at% Ga alloy. After annealing at 1,000 °C for 3 h, the samples were subjected to water quenching, air cooling, and furnace cooling treatments. Phase constitution and magnetic domain structures of the samples were studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and magnetic force microscopy(MFM).XRD results indicate a single phase of a-Fe with disordered bcc(A2) structure for all samples. MFM results show that both water-quenched(WQ) and air-cooled(AC)samples are mainly made from ordered stripe domain structures, whereas a mixture of irregular stripe, zigzag,and plate domain patterns are observed in furnace-cooled(FC) sample. Magnetostrictive strain was measured in the presence of an externally applied magnetic field. It is found that WQ sample has the highest magnetostriction, while AC and FC samples exhibit moderate and the lowest magnetostriction, respectively, against the applied field.The dependence of initial domain configurations on thermal history is found to be conducive to the change in saturation magnetostrictions of the samples.Aliakbar Emdadi 2015Rare Metals2015,34,4:3
8Use of amino silane coupling agent to improve physical and mechanical properties of UF-bonded wheat straw(Triticum aestivum L.) poplar wood particleboard显示文摘We evaluated the potential use of amino silane coupling agent(Si NH) to improve physical and mechanical properties of UF-bonded wheat straw(Triticum aestivum L.) poplar wood particleboard. We examined the effects of varied content of silane coupling agent content and ratios of straw to poplar wood particles on particleboard properties. The ratios of straw to poplar wood particles were100:0, 85:15, 70:30 and 55:45. Silane coupling agent content was tested at three levels, 0, 5 and 10 %. The experimental panels were tested for their mechanical strength, including modulus of elasticity(MOE), modulus of rupture(MOR), internal bonding(IB) and physical properties according to procedures specified in DIN 68763(Chipboard for special purposes in building construction:concepts, requirements, testing, 1982–03, 1982). All board properties were improved by the addition of silane coupling agent. 12Control strategy of hybrid fuel cell/battery distributed generation system for grid-connected operation显示文摘This paper presents a control strategy of a hybrid fuel cell/battery distributed generation (HDG) system in distribution systems. The overall structure of the HDG system is given, dynamic models for the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) power plant, battery bank and its power electronic interfacing are briefly described, and controller design methodologies for the power conditioning units and fuel cell to control the power flow from the hybrid power plant to the utility grid are presented. To distribute the power between the fuel cell power plant and the battery energy storage, a neuro-fuzzy controller has been developed. Also, for controlling the active and reactive power independently in distribution systems, the current control strategy based on two fuzzy logic controllers has been presented. A Matlab/Simulink simulation model is developed for the HDG system by combining the individual component models and their controllers. 13Effect of Sintering Temperature on Microstructure and Hydrogen Permeation Properties of Perovskite Membrane显示文摘The BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ(BCY) perovskite membrane was successfully synthesized by liquid citrate method. The phase structure of the powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize microstructures of the membrane sintered under various conditions. Sintering temperatures and dwell time during sintering influence the final microstructure of the ceramic. Results showed that increasing sintering temperature resulted in a dense membrane with clear grains. An increase of dwell time was favorable to produce membranes with larger grains in the sintered ceramics. A density of 5.87 g/cm3 was reached for the membrane after sintering at 1200℃ with dwell time of 10 h. This resulted in the formation of dense membranes with clear structure and average grain size of 0.27 mm. The influence of microstructure on the hydrogen permeation flux through BCY was observed by measuring the hydrogen permeation flux, and the results showed that hydrogen permeation flux increases with increasing the average grain size of the membrane. 20Microstructural dependence of magnetic and magnetostrictive properties in Fe-19 at% Ga显示文摘A combination study of magnetic and magnetostrictive properties in directionally cast(DC)(un-annealed)and differently heat-treated Fe-19 at%Ga samples was carried out at room temperature.Slow cooling leads to an increase in the occupation of[200]easy magnetic axis.However,structural ordering of Ga atoms into a metastable D03 phase decreases the saturation magnetostriction(λs)and saturation magnetization(Ms),while increases coercivity(Hc).Water quenching suppresses the formation of stable fee ordered phase(L12)and largely preserves disordered bcc single-phase(A2)structure down to room temperature,leading to enhanced magnetostriction and magnetization.Slow cooling promotes the ordering of metastable bcc ordered phase(D03).Magnetic force microscopy(MFM)study exhibits that the water-quenched(WQ)sample consists of a well-aligned stripe domain structure,while irregular maze-like domain structure is observed in furnace-cooled(FC)sample.The results confirm that in addition to an inhibitory effect of D03 ordering on magnetic domain wall motions,irregular magnetic domains also contribute to decrease in magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of FC sample.Aliakbar Emdadi Syamak Hossein Nedjad Habib Badri Ghavifekr Majid Kavanlouei Faezeh Alijan Farzad Lahiji Vahid Ramezankhani 2020Rare Metals2020,39,4:1
