1捻针时真、假穴不同中枢激活效应的脑功能MRI显示文摘目的 利用功能磁共振 (fMRI)观察捻针针刺方法对大脑的作用。方法 用盲法随机分别针刺 13例正常人左侧太冲、丘墟和假穴 ,手法采用捻针和不捻针 ,利用 1 5TMR仪行全脑功能成像 ,用SPM99b分析图像。结果 发现只在真穴捻针针刺时有更强的激活效应 ,有显著性意义的Brodmann激活区域为 :针刺太冲穴激活了左右顶叶BA4 0区 ,右额叶BA4 7和 10区 ,右丘脑 ,左小脑 ;针刺丘墟穴激活了左右顶叶BA4 0区 ,右顶叶BA2区 ,左额叶BA9、10、4 4区 ,左岛叶BA13区 ,左颞叶BA2 2区 ,右颞叶BA4 2区 ,右壳核 ,左小脑。两真穴激活部位部分相同 ,部分不同。在假穴捻针对不捻针的研究中 ,未见到有显著性意义的激活区。结论 真穴捻针时可能对皮层神经活动有较特异的作用 ,而假穴未观察到此种现象 ,推测这可能是针刺治疗作用的机制之一。方继良 Timo Krings Juergen Weidemann Ingo Meister Armin Thron 2004中华放射学杂志2004,38,12:40

4Granulomatous lobular mastitis secondary to Mycobacterium fortuitum显示文摘Granulomatous lobular mastitis is a rare inflammatory disease of the breast of unknown etiology. Most present as breast masses in women of child-bearing age. A 29-year-old female presented with a swollen, firm and tender right breast, initially misdiagnosed as mastitis. Core needle biopsy revealed findings consistent with granulomatous lobular mastitis, and cultures were all negative for an infectious etiology. She was started on steroid therapy to which she initially responded well. A few weeks later she deteriorated and was found to have multiple breast abscesses. She underwent operative drainage and cultures grew Mycobacterium fortuitum. Granulomatous lobular mastitis is a rare inflammatory disease of the breast. The definitive diagnose entails a biopsy. Other causes of chronic or granulomatous mastitis should be ruled out, including atypical or rare bacteria such as Mycobacterium fortuitum. This is the first reported case of granulomatous mastitis secondary to Mycobacterium fortuitum. With pathologic confirmation of granulomatous mastitis, an infectious etiology must be ruled out. Atypical bacteria such as Mycobacterium fortuitum may not readily grow on cultures, as with our case. 5Alveolar echinococcosis-spreading disease challenging clinicians: A case report and literature review显示文摘Human alveolar echinococcosis (AE) is a potentially deadly disease; recent studies have shown that the endemic area of Echinococcus multilocularis , its causative agent, is larger than previously known. This disease has low prevalence and remains underreported in Europe. Emerging clinical data show that diagnostic difficulties are still common. We report on a 76-year old patient suffering from AE lesions restricted to the left lobe of the liver who underwent a curative extended left hemihepatectomy. Prior to the resection a liver biopsy under the suspicion of an atypical malignancy was performed. After the intervention he developed a pseudoaneurysm of the hepatic artery that was successfully coiled. Surprisingly, during surgery, the macroscopic appearance of the tumour revealed a growth pattern that was rather typical for cystic echinococcosis (CE), i.e. , a gross tumour composed of multiple large vesicles with several centimeters in diameter. In addition, there were neither extensive adhesions nor infiltrations of the neighboring pancreas and diaphragm as was expected from previous imaging results. The unexpected diagnosis of AE was confirmed by definite histopathology, specific polymerase chain reaction and serology results. This is a rare case of unusual macroscopic presentation of AE that posed immense diagnostic challenges and had an eventful course. To our knowledge this is the first case of an autochthonous infection in this particular geographic area of Germany, the federal state of Saxony. 6Solvent extraction and separation of light rare earth elements (La, Pr and Nd) in the presence of lactic acid as a complexing agent by Cyanex 272 in kerosene and the effect of citric acid,acetic acid and Titriplex Ⅲ as auxiliary agents显示文摘At present, the use of rare earth elements(REEs) has become an inevitable necessity in many modern industries. In general, liquid extraction is the best commercial method for extracting REEs due to its ability to control high volumes of liquids with electrical load. With the aim of improving a separation technology that would be superior to the existing extraction systems, the extraction behaviors of La(Ⅲ),Pr(Ⅲ), and Nd(Ⅲ) from an HCI medium with Cyanex 272 in the presence of the complexing agent lactic acid(HLac) and auxiliary agents citric acid(H_3 Cit), acetic acid(HAc), and Titriplex Ⅲ have been reported.The effect of pH and lactic acid concentration has been examined. The use of lactic acid as a complexing agent leading to a high extraction of REEs with Cyanex 272 at pH = 5 was compared with systems without lactic acid. The results show that the use of acetic acid along with lactic acid leads to an increase in the extraction percentage of LREEs. While use of citric acid and Titriplex Ⅲ reduces the extraction percentage of LREEs. 7新型强塑性变形—静液循环挤压压缩加工AZ91镁合金及其表征显示文摘通过静液循环挤压压缩(HCEC)强塑性变形法加工具有较大高径比的密排六方金属棒,并研究其性能。对AZ91镁合金进行两个连续循环加工,研究其显微组织演化、力学性能和腐蚀行为。结果表明,HCEC加工可成功制备超细晶镁合金长棒材,且可同时提高其强度和韧性。经二次循环加工后,样品的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为铸态样品的2.46倍和3.8倍,显微硬度分布更加均匀,其平均值增加了116%。对于加工后的样品,从极化曲线得到的电位较高,电流较低,从Nyquist曲线得到的电容弧直径更大。有限元分析表明,与传统的循环挤压压缩相比,HCEC载荷与长度无关。HCEC是一种特殊的强塑性变形方法,可以制备兼具良好力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的超细晶镁合金长棒材。Armin SIAHSARANI Ghader FARAJI 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,5:11
8Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt in liver transplant recipients显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunts (TIPSs) after liver transplantation (LT). METHODS: Between November 1996 and December 2005, 10 patients with severe recurrent hepatitis C virus infection (n=4), ductopenic rejection (n=5) or portal vein thrombosis (n=1) were included in this analysis. Eleven TIPSs (one patient underwent two TIPS procedures) were placed for management of therapy-refractory ascites (n=7), hydrothorax (n=2) or bleeding from colonic varices (n=1). The median time interval between LT and TIPS placement was 15 (4-158) mo. RESULTS: TIPS placement was successful in all patients. The mean portosystemic pressure gradient was reduced from 12.5 to 8.7 mmHg. Complete and partial remission could be achieved in 43% and 29% of patients with ascites. Both patients with hydrothorax did not respond to TIPS. No recurrent bleeding was seen in the patient with colonic varices. Nine of 10 patients died during the study period. Only one of two patients, who underwent retransplantation after the TIPS procedure, survived. The median survival period after TIPS placement was 3.3 (range 0.4-20) mo. The majority of patients died from sepsis with multiorgan failure.CONCLUSION: Indications for TIPS and technical performance in LT patients correspond to those in non-transplanted patients. At least partial control of therapy-refractory ascites and variceal bleeding could be achieved in most patients. 9MicroRNAs as novel predictive biomarkers and therapeutic targets in colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is the third most common cancer in western countries. Despite significant improvement in available treatment options, CRC still remains the second leading cause of cancer-related death. Traditionally, 5-fluorouracil has been used as the main chemotherapy drug for treatment of metastatic CRC(mCRC). However, during the last two decades more effective chemotherapeutic agents such as oxaliplatin, irinotecan and the monoclonal antibodies cetuximab, panitumumab and bevacizumab have been used in clinical practice. More recently, the therapeutic armamentarium has been supplemented by the monoclonal antibodies bevacizumab, cetuximab and panitumumab as well as the protein-trap aflibercept and the smallmolecule multi-kinase inhibitor regorafenib. One of the major problems for the management of CRC is the inherent or acquired resistance to therapeutic approaches. The discovery of microRNAs(miRNAs), a class of small, endogenous, non-coding, single-stranded RNAs that play a role as post-transcriptional regulators, has added new dimensions to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Because miRNAs are important regulators of carcinogenesis, progression, invasion, angiogenesis and metastases in CRC, they might serve as potential predictive and prognostic factors and even as therapeutic targets themselves. Several miRNAs are already known to be dysregulated in CRCs and have been linked to biological processes involved in tumor progression and response to anti-cancer therapies. 10三维锥体束CT评价Hyrax扩弓器治疗上颌第二前磨牙区的变化显示文摘目的:本研究旨在利用CBCT技术比较Hyrax扩弓矫治器治疗前后上颌第二前磨牙(P2)区颌-复合体宽度及牙齿、牙槽嵴倾斜度的变化。方法:23例,(女17例,男6例;平均年龄(12.70±1.89)岁上颌牙弓狭窄、后牙反的患者。所有患者经Hyrax扩弓治疗,治疗前后采用CBCT技术采集并重建双侧P2区的三维结构,测量牙齿、牙槽嵴和颌骨不同平面的宽度以及牙齿、牙槽嵴与腭骨的相关角度,然后进行配对样本t检验。结果:RPE治疗后P2区颌骨宽度变化无统计学意义;P2及其牙槽嵴宽度显著增加(p<0.001);牙齿和牙槽嵴倾斜度变化也有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:Hyrax扩弓器对生长发育期患者P2区颌-复合体的作用主要表现为牙齿颊倾和牙槽嵴改建,颌骨宽度变化较小。赵颖 Armine Kartalian Elizabeth Gohl Reyes Enciso 2009口腔医学研究2009,25,4:7

12印度尼西亚苏门答腊岛Sarudik地区A型花岗岩锆石U-Pb年龄及其构造意义显示文摘苏门答腊岛位于印度尼西亚西缘,大地构造位置处于印度-澳大利亚板块向欧亚板块俯冲的前缘地区,实武牙复式花岗岩体是该岛规模较大的花岗岩体,至今仍缺少高精度年代学研究,制约了对其岩石成因和区域构造演化的深入认识。本文对Sarudik地区实武牙岩体黑云母二长花岗岩进行了LAICP-MS锆石U-Pb年龄测定,获得其年龄值为225.3±0.8Ma,表明成岩时代为晚三叠世。前人岩石地球化学研究指示其为A1型花岗岩,结合苏门答腊岛区域地质研究结果,晚三叠世实武牙地区总体处于陆内伸展环境,实武牙复式岩体Sarudik地区黑云母二长花岗岩是中-晚三叠世苏门答腊岛局部地壳伸展减薄、岩浆上侵的产物。张海坤 胡鹏 曹亮 Armin Tampubolon 刘阿睢 程湘 2017中国矿业2017,26,11:6

14Diversity and production in an Afromontane Forest显示文摘Background:This contribution evaluates the effect of forest structure and tree species diversity on plot productivity and individual tree growth in the unique Knysna forests in Southern Africa using mapped tree data from an observational study that has been re-measured over a period of 40 years.Methods:The effects of tree species diversity and forest structure on tree growth and forest production are evaluated on three levels of resolution:a) the forest community(canopy,sub-canopy species),b) the subplots(number of trees per ha,skewness of the diameter distribution,diameter coefficient of variation) and c) the immediate neighborhood of selected reference trees('Mingling','Dominance',Aggregation' and 'Size Variation').Results:An analysis of the community level identified two distinct clusters,one including dominant/canopy species with the highest growth rates and a greater variation of growth,and another cluster which includes the remaining subcanopy species which have a smaller maximum size and lower rates of growth.The area-based structure variables on plot level have a highly significant effect on total basal area growth.However,the effects of forest density and species richness on productivity were not straight forward.Maximum basal area production of about 0.75 m^2/ha/year is achieved at medium levels of richness(around 20 species per ha) and medium levels of density(around 30 m^2/ha basal area) using percentile regression estimates.The relative 'Dominance' of a selected reference tree had a highly significant effect on individual tree growth on all investigated species.Other neighbourhood structure variables were only occasionally significant or not significant at all.Conclusion:This contribution presents a new theoretical framework for analysing natural forests that includes community,plot and neighborhood variables of forest structure and diversity,and a first specific analysis of the structure and dynamics of the Knysna Afromontane Forest,based on a unique set of longterm observations.The species-area(SAR) model developed in this study,represents a new general approach that can be used to derive a common standard of tree species diversity for different plot sizes,the species richness per hectare.Klaus v.Gadow GongQiao Zhang Graham Durrheim David Drew Armin Seydack 2016Forest Ecosystems2016,3,4:5

17Effect of Plant Density on Wild Oat Competition with Competitive and Non-Competitive Wheat Cultivars显示文摘Wild oat (Avena ludoviciana) is one of the worst weeds in wheat fields. The effect of wheat density on wild oat competition with more or less competitive wheat cultivars (Triticum aestivum) was investigated at the Experimental Farm of Plant Pests and Diseases Research Institute, Karaj, Iran. The experiment was established as a factorial combination of wheat varieties Roshan as non-competitive and Niknejad as competitive; three wheat densities (recommended density, recommended+25%, and recommended+50%, corresponding respectively with 300, 375, and 450 plants m-2 for Roshan and 400, 500, and 600 plants m-2 for Niknejad) and four wild oat densities (0, 25, 50, and 75 plants m-2) were selected for this experiment. Hyperbolic equations were used to describe relationship between yield and weed density. Increase in wheat density reduced wild oat biomass. Maximum wild oat biomass was achieved at the highest density of the wild oat together with the lowest wheat density. The results showed that higher densities of wheat are able to suppress wild oat dry matter production. Inter-specific competition in Niknejad was 1.7 times more than that in Roshan. Maximum yields of Niknejad and Roshan in the presence of wild oat were obtained at recommended density+25% and recommended density, respectively. Increase in wheat density leads to a decrease in wheat yield due to an increase in intra-specific competition.
