1长枝木霉TlCC鉴定及其生物学特性研究显示文摘从土壤中分离得到1株木霉TlCC,为明确其分类地位及其生物学特性,对该菌进行形态学鉴定和分子鉴定,并对其生长培养基、光照、温度、碳源、氮源、微量元素和pH等生物学特性进行研究。鉴定结果显示,该菌株为长枝木霉(Trichoderm longibrachiatum)。生物学特性结果表明:菌株TlCC在PDA上生长量最大,查氏培养基和基本培养基上生长量最小;不同光照条件下,菌丝生长无明显差异,但在连续光照条件下可明显促进孢子产生;在15~40℃范围能够生长产孢,在35℃时菌丝生长最快,但产孢量在25~35℃最大;果糖最能促进菌丝生长,果糖、可溶性淀粉最有利于产孢;谷氨酸对菌丝生长和孢子产生都有促进作用;Cu最能促进菌丝生长,而Zn、K和Mg则对菌丝生长有一定抑制作用,Cu最有利于产孢,Zn对产孢明显抑制;在pH值在2~10范围内均可生长,在pH为5时为生长最佳,在pH值3~7范围内最有利于产孢。王斌 Ali Khatib Bakar 刘金亮 张世宏 潘洪玉 2011中国农学通报2011,27,5:15

3山羊单增李斯特杆菌病的诊断与防治显示文摘赣西某养殖场山羊出现转圈运动等神经症状、单侧眼睛失明和呼吸困难,导致近20只山羊死亡。为确定病原菌并进行有效的防治,对送检的3只病死羊进行病理剖检,并采集肝脏、脾脏和脑组织进行病原菌的纯化培养、LB二次增菌选择性分离培养、革兰氏染色、生化试验和16SrRNA测序分析;为确定病原菌致病力,进行小鼠和家兔的动物回归试验;选用头孢唑啉、头孢曲松钠、青霉素、万古霉素等30种抗菌药进行病原菌的体外抑菌试验。结果显示,从两只病羊的脑组织中分离得到两株革兰氏阳性细菌,生化试验、16SrRNA序列测定、动物回归试验确认分离菌为单增李斯特杆菌,二者高度同源(100.0%),与多株李氏杆菌同源性均高达99%以上,且对小鼠和家兔均有较强的致病力。该分离菌对头孢唑啉、哌拉西林、羧苄西林、四环素、多西环素、麦迪霉素、红霉素、万古霉素和氯霉素高度敏感,但对第2、3代头孢菌素类抗生素、苯唑西林、复方新诺明等抗菌药耐药。该养殖场应参考药敏试验结果采取综合防治措施,从而保障山羊及其肉制品的食品安全。唐慕德 温宇婷 吴青青 阿依江·阿比提 伍钢 KASSIM ALI BAKAR 邓秋纯 刘犇 郑文亚 2018中国畜牧兽医2018,45,10:8
4Simulation of Vortex-Induced Vibrations of A Cylinder Using ANSYS CFX显示文摘In this paper, vortex-induced vibrations of a cylinder are simulated by use of ANSYS CFX simulation code. The cylinder is treated as a rigid body and transverse displacements are obtained by use of a one degree of freedom spring damper system. 2-D as well as 3-D analysis is performed using air as the fluid. Reynolds number is varied from 40 to 16000 approx., covering the laminar and turbulent regimes of flow. The experimental results of(Khalak and Williamson, 1997) and other researchers are used for validation purposes. 5A Hybrid Quantum Inspired Particle Swarm Optimization and Least Square Framework for Real-time Harmonic Estimation显示文摘The power quality is becoming an extensively addressing aspect of the power system because of the sensitive operation of the smart grid, awareness of power quality, and the equipment of modern power systems. In this paper, we have conceived a new hybrid Quantum inspired particle swarm optimization and least square(QPSO-LS) framework for real-time estimation of harmonics presented in time-varying noisy power signals. The technique has strong, robust, and reliable search capability with powerful convergence properties. The proposed approach is applied to various test systems at different signal to noise ratio(SNR) levels in the presence of uniform and Gaussian noise. The results are presented in terms of precision, computation time, and convergence characteristics. The computation time decreases by 3-5 times as compared to the existing algorithms. The technique is further authenticated by estimating harmonics of real-time current or voltage waveforms, obtained from light emitting diode(LED) lamp and axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator(AFPMSG). 7Analysis on fused deposition modelling performance显示文摘Fused deposition modelling (FDM) is one of rapid prototyping (RP) technologies which uses an additive fabrication approach.Each commercially available FDM model has different types of process parameters for different applications.Some of the desired parts require excellent surface finish as well as good tolerance.The most common parameters requiring setup are the raster angle,tool path,slice thickness,build orientation,and deposition speed.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the process parameters of FDM Prodigy Plus (Stratasys,Inc.,Eden Prairie,MN,USA).Various selected parameters were tested and the optimum condition was proposed.The quality of the parts produced was accessed in terms of dimensional accuracy and surface finish.The optimum parameters obtained were then applied in the fabrication of the master pattern prior to silicone rubber moulding (SRM).These parameters would reduce the post processing time.The dimensional accuracy and surface roughness were analyzed using coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and surface roughness tester,respectively.Based on this study,the recommended parameters will improve the quality of the FDM parts produced in terms of dimensional accuracy and surface roughness for the application of SRM.Nur Saaidah Abu BAKAR Mohd Rizal ALKAHARI Hambali BOEJANG 2010Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2010,11,12:3
8Interference-Aware Multipath Routing Protocol for QoS Improvement in Event-Driven Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘The existing multipath routing protocols for wireless sensor networks demonstrate the efficacy of traffic distribution over multiple paths to fulfill the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of different applications.However,the performance of these protocols is highly affected by the characteristics of the wireless channel and may be even inferior to the performance of single-path approaches.Specifically,when multiple adjacent paths are being used concurrently,the broadcast nature of wireless channels results in inter-path interference which significantly degrades end-to-end throughput.In this paper,we propose a Low-Interference Energy-efficient Multipath Routing protocol (LIEMRO) to improve the QoS requirements of event-driven applications.In addition,in order to optimize resource utilization over the established paths,LIEMRO employs a quality-based load balancing algorithm to regulate the amount of traffic injected into the paths.The performance gain of LIEMRO compared to the ETX-based single-path routing protocol is 85%,80%,and 25% in terms of data delivery ratio,end-to-end throughput,and network lifetime,respectively.Furthermore,the end-to-end latency is improved more than 60%.Marjan Radi Behnam Dezfouli Kamalrulnizam Abu Bakar Shukor Abd Razak Mohammad Ali Nematbakhsh 2011Tsinghua Science and Technology2011,16,5:3
9Glutathione (GSH) improves sperm quality and testicular morphology in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice显示文摘Diabetes mellitus(DM)is known to cause reproductive impairment.In men,it has been linked to altered sperm quality and testicular damage.Oxidative stress(OS)plays a pivotal role in the development of DM complications.Glutathione(GSH)is a part of a nonenzymatic antioxidant defense system that protects lipid,protein,and nucleic acids from oxidative damage.However,the protective effects of exogenous GSH on the male reproductive system have not been comprehensively examined.This study determined the impact of GSH supplementation in ameliorating the adverse effect of type 1 DM on sperm quality and the seminiferous tubules of diabetic C57BL/6NTac mice.GSH at the doses of 15 mg kg^(-1)and 30 mg kg^(-1)was given intraperitoneally to mice weekly for 6 consecutive weeks.The mice were then weighed,euthanized,and had their reproductive organs excised.The diabetic(D Group)showed significant impairment of sperm quality and testicular histology compared with the nondiabetic(ND Group).Diameters of the seminiferous lumen in diabetic mice treated with 15 mg kg^(-1) GSH(DGSH15)were decreased compared with the D Group.Sperm motility was also significantly increased in the DGSH15 Group.Improvement in testicular morphology might be an early indication of the protective roles played by the exogenous GSH in protecting sperm quality from effects of untreated type 1 DM or diabetic complications.Further investigation using different doses and different routes of GSH is necessary to confirm this suggestion.Fathiah Abdullah Mohamed Noor Khan Nor-Ashikin Renu Agarwal Yuhaniza Shafinie Kamsani Mastura Abd Malek Nor Salmah Bakar Aqila-Akmal Mohammad Kamal Mimi-Sophia Sarbandi Nor-Shahida Abdul Rahman Nurul Huda Musa 2021Asian Journal of Andrology2021,23,3:3

13Green synthesis,antimicrobial and cytotoxic effects of silver nanoparticles using Eucalyptus chapmaniana leaves extract显示文摘Objective:To synthesize silver nanopaticles from leaves extract of Eucalyptus chapmaniana(E.chapmaniana)and test the antimicrobial of the nanoparticles against different pathogenic bacteria,yeast and its toxicity against human acute promyelocytic leukemia(HL-60)cell line.Methods:Ten milliliter of leaves extract was mixed with 90 mL of 0.01 mmol/mL or 0.02 mmol/mL aqueous AgNO_3 and exposed to sun light for 1 h.A change from yellowish to reddish brown color was observed.Characterization using UV-vis spectrophotometery and X-ray diffraction analysis were performed.Antimicrobial activity against six microorganisms was tested using well diffusion method and cytoxicity test using 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide,a yellow tetrazole was obtained on the human leukemia cell line(HL-60).Results:UV-vis spectral analysis showed silver surface plasmon resonance band at 413 nm.X-ray diffraction showed that the particles were crystalline in nature with face centered cubic structure of the bulk silver with broad beaks at 38.50°and 44.76°.The synthesized silver nanoparticles efficiently inhibited various pathogenic organisms and reduced viability of the HL-60 cells in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusions:It has been demonstrated that the extract of E.chapmaniana leaves are capable of producing silver nanoparticles extracellularly and the Ag nanoparticles are quite stable in solution.Further studies are needed to fully characterize the toxicity and the mechanisms involved with the antimicrobial and anticancer activity of these particles.Ghassan Mohammad Sulaiman Wasnaa Hatif Mohammed Thorria Radam Marzoog Ahmed Abdul Amir Al-Amiery Abdul Amir H.Kadhum Abu Bakar Mohamad 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,1:2

15Vital roles of stem cells and biomaterials in skin tissue engineering显示文摘Tissue engineering essentially refers to technology for growing new human tissue and is distinct from regenerative medicine. Currently, pieces of skin are already being fabricated for clinical use and many other tissue types may be fabricated in the future.Tissue engineering was first defined in 1987 by the United States National Science Foundation which critically discussed the future targets of bioengineering research and its consequences. The principles of tissue engineering are to initiate cell cultures in vitro, grow them on scaffolds in situ and transplant the composite into a recipient in vivo. From the beginning, scaffolds have been necessary in tissue engineering applications. Regardless, the latest technology has redirected established approaches by omitting scaffolds. Currently, scientists from diverse research institutes are engineering skin without scaffolds. Due to their advantageous properties, stem cells have robustly transformed the tissue engineering field as part of an engineered bilayered skin substitute that will later be discussed in detail. Additionally, utilizing biomaterials or skin replacement products in skin tissue engineering as strategy to successfully direct cell proliferation and differentiation as well as to optimize the safety of handling during grafting is beneficial. 18Toxicity evaluation of ZnO and TiO_2 nanomaterials in hydroponic red bean(Vigna angularis) plant:Physiology, biochemistry and kinetic transport显示文摘The toxicity and kinetic uptake potential of zinc oxide(Zn O) and titanium dioxide(TiO_2)nanomaterials into the red bean(Vigna angularis) plant were investigated. The results obtained revealed that Zn O, due to its high dissolution and strong binding capacity, readily accumulated in the root tissues and significantly inhibited the physiological activity of the plant. However, TiO_2 had a positive effect on plant physiology, resulting in promoted growth. The results of biochemical experiments implied that Zn O, through the generation of oxidative stress, significantly reduced the chlorophyll content, carotenoids and activity of stress-controlling enzymes. On the contrary, no negative biochemical impact was observed in plants treated with TiO_2. For the kinetic uptake and transport study, we designed two exposure systems in which Zn O and TiO_2 were exposed to red bean seedlings individually or in a mixture approach. The results showed that in single metal oxide treatments, the uptake and transport increased with increasing exposure period from one week to three weeks.However, in the metal oxide co-exposure treatment, due to complexation and competition among the particles, the uptake and transport were remarkably decreased.
