1The research progress on lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of two conductive media显示文摘In this paper the research status of lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of conductive media was reviewed, the lateral shift and the lateral delay were analyzed, and the charac-teristic of lateral shift curves varying with the angle of incidence was introduced in detail. For electro-magnetic wave logging, the error correction method of lateral shift was stressed in this paper, the magnitude of measured errors caused by the lateral shift was established. It is noticed that the longer wavelength, the larger error of measured results. 2Lycorine inhibits breast cancer growth and metastasis via inducing apoptosis and blocking Src/FAK-involved pathway显示文摘Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer type worldwide among women and more than 90% of patients die from tumor metastasis. Lycorine, a natural alkaloid, has been widely reported possessing potential efficacy against cancer proliferation and metastasis. In our study, the anti-tumor potency on breast cancer was evaluated in vitro and in vivo for the first time. Our results indicated that lycorine inhibited breast cancer cells growth, migration and invasion as well as induced their apoptosis.In in vivo study, lycorine not only suppressed breast tumor growth in xenograft models and inhibited breast tumor metastasis in MDA-MB-231 tail vein model. More importantly, we found lycorine had less toxicity than first-line chemotherapy drug paclitaxel at the same effective dose in vivo. Furthermore, on mechanism, lycorine inhibited tumor cell migration and invasion via blocking the Src/FAK(focal adhesion kinase)-involved pathway. 3Tribological properties of nanometer cerium oxide as additives in lithium grease显示文摘This paper presents a comparative study of the influence of nanometer-CeO_2(nano-CeO_2) and temperature on tribological and lubricating properties of lithium grease. The morphology and structure of nanocrystals were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively. Friction and wear tests were conducted on the friction and wear tester.Results show that the lithium grease with addition of nanometer-CeO_2 has much better friction-reducing and anti-wear performance than that of base grease. When the additive in grease is 0.6 wt%, the friction coefficient(COF) and wear scar diameter(WSD) decrease by 28% and 13% comparing with base grease,respectively. The base grease and grease with 0.6 wt% nanometer-CeO_2 both possess the lowest average COF and wear width at 50 ℃. The worn surface morphology after friction test was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and NANOVEA three-dimensional profilometer. Under the lubrication of the lithium grease containing 0.6 wt% nano-CeO_2. few shallow furrows can be observed on the quite smoothed surface and the WSD decreased. 6Analytical solution of electromagnetic field generated by induction logging tool in a fan-ring slot of drill collar while drilling显示文摘Based on the structural characteristic of metal drill collar for induction logging while drilling, we have given the analytical formulae of lengthways fields Ez and Hz when the tool is located in a fan-ring shaped slot of drill collar by the boundary conditions of electromagnetic field, and derived the other components of electromagnetic field in and out the fan-ring slot from Ez and Hz. In the other intervals of formation, where the drill collar is a solid cylinder, the analytical formulae of field are educed through the method of variable coefficient. The total analytical solutions of field in whole space have been obtained. With the help of the analytical formulae, we have also given numerical examples and analyzed the distributive characteristic of electromagnetic field. From the computational results we find that the secondary scattering field Hz is in a linear relation with the conductivity of stratum. The characteristic of field is very useful for induction logging while drilling, which can be used to measure and analyze the logging responses of the stratum conductivity. 7Boundary element numerical method for the electric field generated by oblique multi-needle electrodes显示文摘According to the electric potential of oblique multi-needle electrodes (OMNE) in biological tissue, the discrete equations based on the indetermination linear current density were established by the boundary element integral equations (BEIE). The non-uniform distribution of the current flowing from multi-needle electrodes to conductive biological tissues was imaged by solving a set of linear equa- tions. Then, the electric field and potential generated by OMNE in biological tissues at any point may be determined through the boundary element method (BEM). The time of program running and stability of computing method are examined by an example. It demonstrates that the algorithm possesses a quick speed and the steady computed results. 8Mapping and analyzing the local climate zones in China’s 32 major cities using Landsat imagery based on a novel convolutional neural network显示文摘The Local Climate Zone(LCZ)scheme provides researchers with a standard method to monitor the Urban Heat Island(UHI)effect and conduct temperature studies.How to generate reliable LCZ maps has therefore become a research focus.In recent years,researchers have attempted to use Landsat imagery to delineate LCZs and generate maps worldwide based on the World Urban Database and Access Portal Tools(WUDAPT).However,the mapping results obtained by the WUDAPT method are not satisfactory.In this paper,to generate more accurate LCZ maps,we propose a novel Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model(namely,LCZ-CNN),which is designed to cope with the issues of LCZ classification using Landsat imagery.Furthermore,in this study,we applied the LCZ-CNN model to generate LCZ mapping results for China’s 32 major cities distributed in various climatic zones,achieving a significantly better accuracy than the traditional classification strategies and a satisfactory computational efficiency.The pro-posed LCZ-CNN model achieved satisfactory classification accuracies in all 32 cities,and the Overall Accuracies(OAs)of more than half of the cities were higher than 80%.We also designed a series of experiments to comprehensively analyze the proposed LCZ-CNN model,with regard to the transferability of the network and the effectiveness of multiseasonal information.It was found that the first convolutional stage,corresponding to low-level features,shows better transferability than the second and third convolutional stages,which extract high-level and more image-or task-oriented features.It was also confirmed that the multi-seasonal information can improve the accuracy of LCZ classifica-tion.The thermal characteristics of the different LCZ classes were also analyzed based on the mapping results for China’s 32 major cities,and the experimental results confirmed the close relationship between the LCZ classes and the magnitude of the Land Surface Temperature(LST).Xin Huang Anling Liu Jiayi Li 2021Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,4:2

10Electromyography and Fos immunostaining study establish a possible functional link between trigeminal proprioception and the oculomotor system in rats显示文摘The objective of this study was to explore whether there was a functional link between trigeminal proprioception and the oculomotor system mediated through jaw muscle afferents.Electromyography(EMG) was undertaken of the levator palpebrae(LP) and superior rectus(SR),and Fos expression was detected in the brainstem following consecutive down-stretching of the lower jaw at 2-4 Hz in rats.Retrograde tracing was undertaken of the interstitial nucleus of Cajal and Darkschewitsch nucleus(INC/DN) pre-oculomotor neurons.FMG-like responses were recorded from the LP/SR during down-stretching of the lower jaw at 2-4 Hz in 3 out of 11 rats.Fos expression was induced by consecutive down-stretching of the lower jaw at 2-4 Hz for 20-30 seconds.Interestingly,Fos expression was distributed mainly in the bilateral INC/DN area.We also examined Fos-like immunoreactivity in central mesencephalic and paramedian pontine reticular formation that harbors premotor neurons controlling horizontal eye movement,but no Fos-like staining was observed therein.By injection of retrograde tracers into the oculomotor nucleus combined with Fos immunostaining,double labeled pre-oculomotor neurons were visualized to distribute in the INC/DN.In conclusions,there may exist a trigeminal proprioceptive-oculomotor system neural circuit through jaw muscle afferents in rats.Judging from Fos distribution pattern,this pathway might be related to vertical and torsional eye movements.Houcheng Liang Jingdong Zhang Pifu Luo Hongna Zhu Ying Qiao Anle Su Ting Zhang 2017The Journal of Biomedical Research2017,31,3:2

18Dissecting Genetic Basis of Deep Rooting in Dongxiang Wild Rice显示文摘Deep rooting is an important trait in rice drought resistance.Genetic resources of deep-rooting varieties are valuable in breeding of water-saving and drought-resistant rice.In the present study,234BC2F7 backcross introgression lines were derived from a cross of Dongye 80(an accession of Dongxiang wild rice as the donor parent)and R974(an indica restorer line as the recurrent parent).A genetic linkage map containing 1977 bin markers was constructed by ddRADSeq for QTL analysis.Thirty-one QTLs for four root traits(the number of deep roots,the number of shallow roots,the total number of deep roots and the ratio of deep roots)were assessed on six rice chromosomes in two environments(2020 Shanghai and 2021 Hainan).Two of the QTLs,qDR5.1 and qTR5.2,were located on chromosome 5 in a 70-kb interval.They were detected in both environments.qDR5.1 explained 13.35%of the phenotypic variance in 2020 Shanghai and 12.01%of the phenotypic variance in 2021 Hainan.qTR5.2 accounted for 10.88%and 10.93%of the phenotypic variance,respectively.One QTL(qRDR2.2)for the ratio of deep roots was detected on chromosome 2 in a 210-kb interval and accounted for 6.72%of the phenotypic variance in 2020.The positive effects of these three QTLs were all from Dongxiang wild rice.Furthermore,nine and four putative candidate genes were identified in qRDR2.2 and qDR5.1/qTR5.2,respectively.These findings added to our knowledge of the genetic control of root traits in rice.In addition,this study will facilitate the future isolation of candidate genes of the deep-rooting trait and the utilization of Dongxiang wild rice in the improvement of rice drought resistance.NIE Yuanyuan XIA Hui MA Xiaosong LOU Qiaojun LIU Yi ZHANG Anling CHENG Liang YAN Longan LUO Lijun 2022Rice science2022,29,3:1
