1武汉市湖泊浮游动物群落特征及其影响因素显示文摘2020年4月新冠肺炎疫情肆虐期间对武汉市11个湖泊进行了浮游动物采集,同步测定了水体常规理化因子及消毒副产物含量.共检出浮游动物133种,其中原生动物32种,轮虫58种,枝角类28种,桡足类15种,密度范围为20.90 ind./L~23108.50 ind./L.基于主坐标分析(PCoA),所有采样点聚为4个类群:A类群以甲壳类动物为主(55.13%),其丰度远高于其他水体,其中无节幼体优势度最高(0.30);B类群原生动物和轮虫占优势;C,D类群均以长肢多肢轮虫Polyarthra dolichoptera为主,优势度分别为0.50和0.23.方差分解(VPA)显示常规理化因子与消毒副产物(DBPs)对浮游动物群落组成变化的解释度分别为21.3%和2.5%;Mantel test显示氮,磷,COD_(Mn),Chl a,卤乙酸HAAs,亚硝胺类物质NAs含量与浮游动物群落组成具有显著相关性.研究表明,疫情期间营养盐含量,Chl a,COD_(Mn)浓度是影响浮游动物群落组成的关键因素,但消毒副产物对浮游动物群落组成的影响不可忽视.宋高飞 朱宇轩 米武娟 Anila PAjayan 毕永红 2022河南师范大学学报(自然科学版)2022,50,3:8
2Cancer models in preclinical research:A chronicle review of advancement in effective cancer research显示文摘Cancer is a major stress for public well-being and is the most dreadful disease.The models used in the discovery of cancer treatment are continuously changing and extending toward advanced preclinical studies.Cancer models are either naturally existing or artificially prepared experimental systems that show similar features with human tumors though the heterogeneous nature of the tumor is very familiar.The choice of the most fitting model to best reflect the given tumor system is one of the real difficulties for cancer examination.Therefore,vast studies have been conducted on the cancer models for developing a better understanding of cancer invasion,progression,and early detection.These models give an insight into cancer etiology,molecular basis,host tumor interaction,the role of microenvironment,and tumor heterogeneity in tumor metastasis.These models are also used to predict novel can-cer markers,targeted therapies,and are extremely helpful in drug development.In this review,the potential of cancer models to be used as a platform for drug screening and therapeutic discoveries are highlighted.Although none of the cancer models is regarded as ideal because each is associated with essential caveats that restraint its application yet by bridging the gap between preliminary cancer research and transla-tional medicine.However,they promise a brighter future for cancer treatment.Humna Sajjad Saiqa Imtiaz Tayyaba Noor Yusra Hasan Siddiqui Anila Sajjad Muhammad Zia 2021Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2021,4,2:5

4重金属污染区秋季浮游植物群落特征及其与环境因子的关系显示文摘为探究重金属污染区秋季浮游植物群落特征及其影响因子,2019年11月对攸县和万山不同类型水体进行了采样调查,共检出浮游植物7门52属67种,结果显示不同类型水体间浮游植物群落结构差异不显著(R=–0.022,P=0.549),攸县和万山浮游植物群落结构存在差异(R=0.152,P=0.083);但均以绿藻、硅藻和蓝藻为主;细胞密度变化范围为1.11×10^(4)—1.17×10^(7) cells/L;物种数分别为10—31种和6—18种,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分别为2.28—3.29和0.482—2.401,均匀性指数分别为0.979—0.996和0.244—0.742,两地的多样性指数存在显著差异(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示:浮游植物细胞密度与CODMn、TOC、ORP呈显著正相关,与Cr、Se、Ba、V呈显著负相关;Mantel test显示COD_(Mn)、WT、pH、TC、IC、PO_(4)^(3-)及Co、Ni、Zn、Cd和Pb是影响浮游植物群落的关键因子;CCA分析显示常规理化因子对攸县和万山浮游植物群落的影响大于重金属。研究表明,重金属污染区水体浮游植物群落结构存在显著的地域差异,重金属离子含量及常规理化因子对群落结构特征均存在显著的影响。宋高飞 朱宇轩 Anila P.Ajayan 杨丽华 贾云璐 姜传奇 毕永红 2021水生生物学报2021,45,5:3
