| 1 | 13X分子筛负载Fe催化剂上1,4-二氧六环在空气中完全氧化(英文)显示文摘采用浸渍法制备了不同Fe含量的13X分子筛负载的Fe催化剂(Fe/X13),运用N_2吸附-脱附法测得其BET比表面积和BJH孔径分布,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、程序升温还原和NH_3程序升温脱附法表征了该催化剂的织构性质.在固定床流动反应器中,以空气为氧化剂、在100-400℃范围内考察了Fe/X13催化剂上1,4-二氧六环的完全氧化反应性能,研究了反应温度、金属担载量和气体空速(GHSV)等条件对催化氧化降解二氧六环反应性能的影响,并在400℃测定了该催化剂反应50h的稳定性,结果表明,6 wt%Fe/13X催化剂表现出最高的催化性能,在400℃,GHSV=24000 h^(-1)的条件下,二氧六环转化率为97%,生成CO和CO_2的选择性达95%,降解产物还包括少量的乙醛、乙二醇-甲酸酯、乙二醇二甲酸、1,4-二氧六环-2醇、1,4-二氧六环-2酮及2-甲氧基1,3二氧戊环.基于这些经色谱-质谱联用仪检测出的产物,提出了可能的1,4-二氧六环降解机理。 | C.Ramakrishna R.Krishna T.Gopi G.Swetha Bijendra Saini S.Chandra Shekar Anchal Srivastava | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Catalysis2016,37,2: | 2 |

| 7 | Studies on Rhizospheric Mycoflora of Tea (Camellia sinensis): In vitro Antagonism with Dominant Bacteria显示文摘Species of Trichoderma, Penicillium, Aspergillus and Mucor were found to dominate the rhizosphere of tea bushes in different regions of the Indian Himalayas. The Himachal Himalayas were dominated by Monilia humiscola (45.08%) and Mucor hiemalis (33.11%). In the Uttaranchal Himalayas, Aspergillus clavatum dominated the rhizosphere (54.01%), followed by A. flavous (20.07%). Although the fungal isolates require a mesophillic temperature (15 ℃ to 35 ℃), the tea rhizospheric isolates tolerate a wide range of temperatures (5 ℃ to 45 ℃). When tested for pH tolerance, these fungi showed a wide range (2.0 to 13.0) of pH tolerance under in vitro conditions. Seasonal variations also influenced the colony forming units (cfu) of the rhizospheric fungi, with the maximum forming in November and March, and the minimum in December^February. During this period, the populations of the fungi were found inversely proportional to the bacterial populations. In addition, the dominant bacteria in the tea rhizosphere, i.e., Bacillus subtilis and B. mycoides, showed antagonistic activity against fungal isolates by inhibiting the growth and causing structural abnormalities in mycelium. | 15 | The regeneration factors ERF114 and ERF115 regulate auxin-mediated lateral root development in response to mechanical cues显示文摘Plants show an unparalleled regenerative capacity,allowing them to survive severe stress conditions,such as injury,herbivory attack,and harsh weather conditions.This potential not only replenishes tissues and restores damaged organs but can also give rise to whole plant bodies.Despite the intertwined nature of development and regeneration,common upstream cues and signaling mechanisms are largely unknown.Here,we demonstrate that in addition to being activators of regeneration,ETHYLENE RESPONSE FACTOR 114(ERF114)and ERF115 govern developmental growth in the absence of wounding or injury.Increased ERF114 and ERF115 activity enhances auxin sensitivity,which is correlated with enhanced xylem maturation and lateral root formation,whereas their knockout results in a decrease in lateral roots.Moreover,we provide evidence that mechanical cues contribute to ERF114 and ERF115 expression in correlation with BZR1-mediated brassinosteroid signaling under both regenerative and developmental conditions.Antagonistically,cell wall integrity surveillance via mechanosensory FERONIA signaling suppresses their expression under both conditions.Taken together,our data suggest a molecular framework in which cell wall signals and mechanical strains regulate organ development and regenerative responses via ERF114-and ERF115-mediated auxin signaling. | Balkan Canher Fien Lanssens Ai Zhang Anchal Bisht Shamik Mazumdar Jefri Heyman Sebastian Wolf Charles W.Melnyk Lieven De Veylder | 2022 | Molecular Plant2022,15,10: | 1 |

| 20 | Impact of open dumping of municipal solid waste on soil properties in mountainous region显示文摘This paper presents the effect of open dumping of municipal solid waste(MSW) on soil characteristics in the mountainous region of Himachal Pradesh, India. The solid waste of dumpsite contains various complex characteristics with organic fractions of the highest proportions. As leachate percolates into the soil, it migrates contaminants into the soil and affects soil stability and strength. The study includes the geotechnical investigation of dump soil characteristics and its comparison with the natural soil samples taken from outside the proximity of dumpsites. The geochemical analysis of dumpsite soil samples was also carried out by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).Visual inspection revealed that the MSW consists of high fraction of organics, followed by paper. The soil samples were collected from five trial pits in the dumpsites at depths of 0.5 m, 1 m and 1.5 m. Then the collected soil samples were subjected to specific gravity test, grain size analysis, Atterberg's limit test,compaction test, direct shear test, California bearing ratio(CBR) test and permeability analysis. The study indicated that the dumpsite soils from four study regions show decreasing trends in the values of maximum dry density(MDD), specific gravity, cohesion and CBR, and increasing permeability as compared to the natural soil.
