| 1 | Deep Spatiotemporal Convolutional-Neural-Network-Based Remaining Useful Life Estimation of Bearings显示文摘The remaining useful life(RUL)estimation of bearings is critical for ensuring the reliability of mechanical systems.Owing to the rapid development of deep learning methods,a multitude of data-driven RUL estimation approaches have been proposed recently.However,the following problems remain in existing methods:1)Most network models use raw data or statistical features as input,which renders it difficult to extract complex fault-related information hidden in signals;2)for current observations,the dependence between current states is emphasized,but their complex dependence on previous states is often disregarded;3)the output of neural networks is directly used as the estimated RUL in most studies,resulting in extremely volatile prediction results that lack robustness.Hence,a novel prognostics approach is proposed based on a time-frequency representation(TFR)subsequence,three-dimensional convolutional neural network(3DCNN),and Gaussian process regression(GPR).The approach primarily comprises two aspects:construction of a health indicator(HI)using the TFR-subsequence-3DCNN model,and RUL estimation based on the GPR model.The raw signals of the bearings are converted into TFR-subsequences by continuous wavelet transform and a dislocated overlapping strategy.Subsequently,the 3DCNN is applied to extract the hidden spatiotemporal features from the TFR-subsequences and construct HIs.Finally,the RUL of the bearings is estimated using the GPR model,which can also define the probability distribution of the potential function and prediction confidence.Experiments on the PRONOSTIA platform demonstrate the superiority of the proposed TFR-subsequence-3DCNN-GPR approach.The use of degradation-related spatiotemporal features in signals is proposed herein to achieve a highly accurate bearing RUL prediction with uncertainty quantification. | Xu Wang Tianyang Wang Anbo Ming Qinkai Han Fulei Chu Wei Zhang Aihua Li | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,3: | 5 |
| 2 | Sortilin promotes macrophage cholesterol accumulation and aortic atherosclerosis through lysosomal degradation of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 protein显示文摘Sortilin is closely associated with hyperlipidemia and the risk of atherosclerosis(AS).The role of sortilin and the underlying mechanism in peripheral macrophage are not fully understood.In this study,we investigated the effect of macrophage sortilin on ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1)expression,ABCA1-mediated cholesterol efflux,and aortic AS.Macrophage sortilin expression was upregulated by oxidized low-density lipoproteins(ox-LDLs)in both concentration-and time-dependent manners.Its expression reached the peak level when cells were incubated with 50μg/ml ox-LDL for 24 h.Overexpression of sortilin in macrophage reduced cholesterol efflux,leading to an increase in intracellular total cholesterol,free cholesterol,and cholesterol ester.Sortilin was found to bind with ABCA1 protein and suppress macrophage ABCA1 expression,resulting in a decrease in cholesterol efflux from macrophages.The inhibitory effect of sortilin in cholesterol efflux was partially reversed by treatment with chloroquine,a lysosomal inhibitor.On the contrary,the ABCA1 protein level and ABCA1-mediated cholesterol efflux is increased by sortilin short hairpin RNA transfection.The fecal and biliary cholesterol 3H-sterol from cholesterol-laden mouse peritoneal macrophage was reduced by sortilin overexpression through lentivirus vector(LV)-sortilin in low-density lipoprotein receptor knockout mice,which was prevented by co-treatment with chloroquine.Treatment with LV-sortilin reduced plasma high-density lipoprotein and increased plasma ox-LDL levels.Accordingly,aortic lipid deposition and plaque area were exacerbated,and ABCA1 expression was reduced in mice in response to infection with LV-sortilin alone.These effects of LV-sortilin were partially reversed by chloroquine.Sortilin enhances lysosomal degradation of ABCA1 protein and suppresses ABCA1-mediated cholesterol efflux from macrophages,leading to foam cell formation and AS development. | Yuncheng Lv Jing Yang Anbo Gao Sha Sun Xilong Zheng Xi Chen Wei Wan Chaoke Tang Wei Xie Suyun Li Dongming Guo Tianhong Peng Guojun Zhao Liyuan Zhong | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,5: | 4 |
| 3 | Investigation Into Vibration Characteristic in Vibrothermography显示文摘Vibration characteristic plays an important role in vibrothermography, which directly affects the heating during the test. In this work, involving all the contacts in the vibrothermography, the 'double-mass-thiree-spring' model is established to explore the vibration characteristic. The obtained results show that ultrasonic gun vibrates at fundamental frequency (FF), while the specimen vibrates at multi-frequencies including FF, 2FF, 3FF, and 4FF, which is validated through experimental investigation results. | 10 | Improvement in symptoms after H_2-receptor antagonist-based therapy for eradication of H pylori infection显示文摘AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effects of triple therapy combining lafutidine with clarithromycin and amoxicillin on H pylori infection and the resolution of gastroesophageal symptoms after eradication. METHODS: We conducted a randomized, multicenter, open-label controlled trial to compare the effective-ness of a triple therapy of lafutidine, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin (lafutidine group) with that of a triple therapy of lansoprazole, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin (lansopra- zole group) in patients with H pylori infection. The study group comprised 22 patients with gastric ulcers and 18 patients with duodenal ulcers who had H pylori infection. RESULTS: H pylori eradication rates were similar in the lafutidine group (14/20, 70%) and the lansoprazole group (14/20, 70%). Gastroesophageal reflux and ab-dominal symptoms improved after eradication therapy in both groups, whereas abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and constipation were unchanged. H pylori status had no apparent effect on improvement of gastroesophageal reflux or abdominal symptoms after treatment. Adverse events were similar in both groups.
