1Current status and future strategies of cytoreductive surgery plus intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy for peritoneal carcinomatosis显示文摘This article is to offer a concise review on the use of cytoreductive surgery (CRS) plus intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy (IPHC) for the treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC). Traditionally, PC was treated with systemic chemotherapy alone with very poor response and a median survival of less than 6 mo. With the establishment of several phase Ⅱ studies, a new trend has been developed toward the use of CRS plus IPHC as a standard method for treating selected patients with PC, in whom sufficient cytoreduction could be achieved. In spite of the need for more high quality phase Ⅲ studies, there is now a consensus among many surgical oncology experts throughout the world about the use of this new treatment strategy as standard care for colorectal cancer patients with PC. 2改进Faster R-CNN的田间苦瓜叶部病害检测显示文摘为实现在自然环境条件下对苦瓜叶部病害的目标检测,该研究提出了一种基于改进的更快速区域卷积神经网络(Faster Region with Convolutional Neural Network Features,Faster R-CNN)的苦瓜叶部病害目标检测方法。Faster R-CNN以残差结构卷积神经网络ResNet-50作为该次试验的特征提取网络,将其所得特征图输入到区域建议网络提取区域建议框,并且结合苦瓜叶部病害尺寸小的特点,对原始的Faster R-CNN进行修改,增加区域建议框的尺寸个数,并在ResNet-50的基础下融入了特征金字塔网络(Feature Pyramid Networks,FPN)。结果表明,该方法训练所得的深度学习网络模型具有良好的鲁棒性,平均精度均值(Mean Average Precision,MAP)值为78.85%;融入特征金字塔网络后,所得模型的平均精度均值为86.39%,提高了7.54%,苦瓜健康叶片、白粉病、灰斑病、蔓枯病、斑点病的平均精确率(Average Precision,AP)分别为89.24%、81.48%、83.31%、88.62%和89.28%,在灰斑病检测精度上比之前可提高了16.56%,每幅图像的检测时间达0.322 s,保证检测的实时性。该方法对复杂的自然环境下的苦瓜叶部病害检测具有较好的鲁棒性和较高的精度,对瓜果类疾病预防有重要的研究意义。李就好 林乐坚 田凯 Al Aasmi Alaa 2020农业工程学报2020,36,12:47
3七自由度双臂机器人旋量理论正向运动学与工作空间分析显示文摘机器人关节空间与工作空间的关系是通过正向运动学方程建立的,正向运动学分析是实现轨迹规划和控制的关键。介绍了比D-H参数法计算简单、描述全面的旋量理论法,应用指数积公式分别对七自由度和六自由度双臂机器人的单臂进行运动学分析并建立正向运动学方程。利用ADAMS进行运动仿真,对比发现:仿真结果与通过正向运动学方程求解的数据接近,误差不超过3 mm,验证了结合旋量理论建立的正向运动学方程的正确性;利用MATLAB软件进行工作空间分析,通过工作空间云图对比,得出七自由度双臂机器人有着更大的工作空间,表明拥有肩部关节的七自由度双臂机器人具有更好的运动学性能。刘冠隆 贺晓莹 高兴宇 李明枫 Alaa Aldeen Housein 2019机械科学与技术2019,38,5:19

5埃及Faiyum盆地沉积物中粒度和磁化率对风沙活动的指示意义显示文摘埃及Faiyum盆地是尼罗河下游的泛滥平原,沉积物主要来自尼罗河和撒哈拉沙漠.本文通过对钻孔FYAM(孔深4.6m)沉积物的粒度、磁化率的分析,并结合石英形态、石膏和碳酸盐含量分析,旨在寻找Faiyum盆地沉积物中代表风沙活动的粒度、磁化率特征.研究结果显示,钻孔沉积物中共发现7种粒度频率曲线类型,主要为细粒组(6-20μm)和粗粒组(80-100μm)两个峰值组合而成的单峰或双峰曲线.除去人类活动影响的高磁化率层以及高碳酸盐含量导致的低磁化率层外,其余层位沉积物的磁化率随着曲线类型的不同呈现规律性变化,当80-100μm峰为主峰时,磁化率明显偏低,风成石英颗粒含量升高,代表着风沙活动强烈,当6-20μm的峰为主峰时,磁化率相对较高,风成石英颗粒含量减少,意味着风沙活动减弱,以尼罗河物质输入为主.韩华玲 陈静 孙千里 陈中原 Alaa Salem 2011湖泊科学2011,23,2:6
6纯钛超声微弧氧化-化学镀铜涂层的制备及抗菌性显示文摘为了赋予纯钛口腔种植体表面涂层生物活性及抗菌性,发挥酸蚀、微弧氧化技术、碱处理及化学镀铜技术各自优势,在TA2纯钛表面制备载铜生物涂层。研究了镀铜时间和温度对载铜含量及涂层表面形貌、结合力和抗菌性的影响。结果表明:钛基体酸蚀获得表面腐蚀均匀的微纳米结构,为超声微弧氧化提供了更多的氧化物生长空间;钛超声微弧氧化涂层碱处理使陶瓷层Ti O2活化,并利于载铜;利用多孔涂层进行化学镀铜时,涂层中铜元素含量随化学镀铜温度的升高和时间增长而增大,而涂层结合力随着化学镀铜时间增长而下降;50℃下化学镀铜3 min时,涂层抗菌率为98.3%,表面铜含量适宜,载铜破坏生物膜的形成使细菌黏附的微环境发生改变,造成细菌难以正常生长,实现了抗菌效果。李慕勤 Asmaa Alzalab 新朋礼 蔡丁森 田钦文 马臣 Maudhah Alaa Ali 2016材料保护2016,49,12:6
7Nitrogen Deep Placement Combined with Straw Mulch Cultivation Enhances Physiological Traits,Grain Yield and Nitrogen Use Efficiency in Mechanical Pot-Seedling Transplanting Rice显示文摘To assess the effects of straw return coupled with deep nitrogen(N)fertilization on grain yield and N use efficiency(NUE)in mechanical pot-seedling transplanting(MPST)rice,the seedlings of two rice cultivars,i.e.,Yuxiangyouzhan and Wufengyou 615 transplanted by MPST were applied with N fertilizer at 150 kg/hm2 and straw return at 6 t/hm2 in early seasons of 2019 and 2020.The experiment comprised of following treatments:CK(no fertilizer and no straw return),MDS(deep N fertilization and straw return),MBS(broadcasting fertilizer and straw return),MD(deep N fertilization without straw return),MB(broadcasting fertilizer without straw return).Results depicted that the MDS treatment significantly increased the rice yield by 41.69%-72.22%due to total above-ground biomass,leaf area index and photosynthesis increased by 54.70%-55.80%,38.52%-52.17%and 17.89%-28.40%,respectively,compared to the MB treatment.In addition,the MDS treatment enhanced the total N accumulation by 37.74%-43.69%,N recovery efficiency by 141.45%-164.65%,N agronomic efficiency by 121.76%-134.19%,nitrate reductase by 46.46%-60.86%and glutamine synthetase by 23.56%-31.02%,compared to the MB treatment.The average grain yield and NUE in both years for Yuxiangyouzhan were higher in the MDS treatment than in the MD treatment.Hence,deep N fertilization combined with straw return can be an innovative technique with improved grain yield and NUE in MPST in South China.LI Lin ZHANG Zheng TIAN Hua Umair ASHRAF Yousef Alhaj HAMOUD Al Aasmi ALAA TANG Xiangru DUAN Meiyang WANG Zaiman PAN Shenggang 2022Rice science2022,29,1:5
8Tumor lysis syndrome: A clinical review显示文摘Tumor lysis syndrome is an oncometabolic emergency resulting from rapid cell death. Tumor lysis syndrome can occur as a consequence of tumor targeted therapy or spontaneously. Clinicians should stratify every hospitalized cancer patient and especially those receiving chemotherapy for the risk of tumor lysis syndrome. Several aspects of prevention include adequate hydration, use of uric acid lowering therapies, use of phosphate binders and minimization of potassium intake. Patients at high risk for the development of tumor lysis syndrome should be monitored in the intensive care unit. 9Relationship between Remotely Sensed Vegetation Change and Fracture Zones Induced by the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, China显示文摘The Wenchuan (汶川) earthquake triggered cascading disasters of landslides and debris flows that caused severe vegetation damage. Fracture zones can affect geodynamics and spatial pattern of vegetation damage. A segment tracing algorithm method was applied for identifying the regional fracture system through lineament extractions from a shaded digital elevation model with 25 m mesh for southern Wenchuan. Remote sensing and geographic information system techniques were used to analyze the spatiotemporal vegetation pattern. The relationship between vegetation type identified from satellite images and lineament density was used to characterize the distribution patterns of each vegetation type according to fracture zones. Broad-leaved forest, mixed forest, and farmland persist in areas with moderate lineament density. Deciduous broad-leaved and coniferous forest persists in less fractured areas. Shrub and meadow seem to be relatively evenly distributed across all lineament densities. Meadow, farmland, and shrub persist in the fractured areas. Changes of spatial structure and correlation between vegetation patterns before and after the earthquake were examined using semivariogram analysis of normalized difference vegetation indices derived from Landsat enhanced thematic mapper mages. The sill values of the semivariograms show that the spatial heterogeneity of vegetation covers increased after the earthquake. 12Clinical outcomes of tricuspid valve repair accompanying left-sided heart disease显示文摘AIM To determine whether the need for additional tricuspid valve repair is an independent risk factor when surgery is required for a left-sided heart disease.METHODS One hundred and eighty patients(68 ± 12 years,79 males) underwent tricuspid annuoplasty.Cox proportionalhazards regression model for multivariate analysis was performed for variables found significant in univariate analyses.RESULTS Tricuspid regurgitation etiology was functional in 154 cases(86%),organic in 16 cases(9%),and mixed in10 cases(6%),respectively.Postoperative mortality at 30 days was 11.7%.Mean follow-up was 51.7 mo with survival at 5 years of 73.5%.Risk factors for mortality were acute endocarditis [hazard ratio(HR) = 9.22(95%CI:2.87-29.62),P < 0.001],ischemic heart disease requiring myocardial revascularization [HR = 2.79(1.26-6.20),P = 0.012],and aortic valve stenosis [HR = 2.6(1.15-5.85),P = 0.021].Significant predictive factors from univariate analyses were double-valve replacement combined with tricuspid annuloplasty [HR = 2.21(1.11-4.39),P = 0.003] and preoperatively impaired ejection fraction [HR = 1.98(1.04-3.92),P = 0.044].However,successful mitral valve repair showed a protective effect [HR = 0.32(0.10-0.98),P = 0.046].Additionally,in instances where tricuspid regurgitation required the need for concomitant tricuspid valve repair,mortality predictor scores such as Euroscore 2 could be shortened to a simple Euroscore-tricuspid comprised of only 7 inputs.The explanation may lie in the fact that significant tricuspid regurgitation following leftsided heart disease represents an independent risk factor encompassing several other factors such as pulmonary arterial hypertension and dyspnea.CONCLUSION Tricuspid annuloplasty should be used more often as a concomitant procedure in the presence of relevant tricuspid regurgitation,although it usually reveals an overly delayed correction of a left-sided heart disease.Kasra Azarnoush Ahmad S Nadeemy Bruno Pereira Massoud A Leesar Céline Lambert Alaa Azhari Vedat Eljezi Nicolas Dauphin Etienne Geoffroy Lionel Camilleri 2017World Journal of Cardiology2017,9,10:4

15Role of calpain system in meat tenderness: A review显示文摘Aging is a popular method used by meat industry for improving the sensory attributes of meat.Despite the advent of many novel technologies,aging has not lost its charm and is still widely used commercially as a post-mortem intervention for tenderization.Aging improves the tenderness of meat through disruption of the muscle structure by intracellular proteolytic systems.Muscles undergo various molecular changes that cause proteolysis of key myofibrillar and cytoskeletal proteins,disrupting the overall integrity of muscle cells.Although several endogenous proteolytic systems are capable of post-mortem proteolysis,a great body of scientific evidence supports a major role for the calpain system.Calpains are intracellular calcium-dependent cysteine proteases found in most eukaryotes.At least three calpains(μ-and m-calpains and calpain 3)and calpastatin,their specific endogenous inhibitor,are found in muscle.They are known to be involved in the proteolysis of functionally relevant structural proteins such as the myofibrillar proteins and cytoskeletal anchorage complexes.These ubiquitous proteases are also present in mitochondria and play important roles in a variety of pathophysiological conditions including apoptotic and necrotic cell death phenomena.This review discusses the role and contribution of the calpain system and the factors that influence calpain activity during aging.Z.F.Bhat James D.Morton Susan L.Mason Alaa El-Din A.Bekhit 2018Food Science and Human Wellness2018,7,3:4

17Mechanical behavior predictions of additively manufactured microstructures using functional Gaussian process surrogates显示文摘Relational linkages connecting process,structure,and properties are some of the most sought after goals in additive manufacturing(AM).This is desired especially because the microstructural grain morphologies of AM components can be vastly different than their conventionally manufactured counterparts.Furthermore,data collection at the microscale is costly.Consequently,this work describes and demonstrates a methodology to link microstructure morphology to mechanical properties using functional Gaussian process surrogate models in a directed graphical network capable of achieving near real-time property predictions with single digit error magnitudes when predicting full stress–strain histories of a given microstructure.This methodology is presented and demonstrated using computationally generated microstructures and results from crystal plasticity simulations on those microstructures.The surrogate model uses grain-level microstructural descriptors rather than whole microstructure descriptors so that properties of new,arbitrary microstructures can be predicted.The developed network has the potential to scale to predict mechanical properties of grain structures that would be infeasible to simulate using finite element methods.Robert Saunders Celia Butler John Michopoulos Dimitris Lagoudas Alaa Elwany Amit Bagchi 2021npj Computational Materials2021,,1:3
18尼罗河三角洲早-中全新世气候-环境变化对早期农业发展的影响显示文摘对尼罗河三角洲平原东北部一个古埃及文化遗址(Kom El-Khilgan)1.5 m长的沉积物剖面KH1开展14C测年、沉积物粒度和孢粉分析.根据岩性、粒度和测年等结果综合判定:剖面150~100 cm地层为早全新世河流相沉积;100~27 cm地层为早、中全新世(8000—4000 cal a BP)三角洲冲积平原沉积,其中涵盖了古埃及前王朝至古王国时期(6500—4131cal a BP)的人类活动信息;27~0 cm为现代表土层.孢粉分析结果反映了在距今8000~4000 a期间:1)研究区气候由湿润过渡为温和,最后趋于干旱;2)随着气候变干,尼罗河上游水文变化对三角洲环境影响减小,研究区由沼泽湿地逐渐过渡为干草甸环境,更多的土地可以被人类利用;3)常被用来指示农业活动的>35μm禾本科、陶器碎片和炭屑的出现并逐渐增加,表明该遗址附近的人类农业活动始于距今6500 a左右,并持续至距今4000 a前后.上述证据表明尼罗河三角洲全新世早—中期湿润向干旱过渡的气候驱动了人类农业活动的开展.本研究为进一步探讨尼罗河三角洲古文明对环境适应性研究提供了科学依据.Hadeer Sheashaa 赵小双 Alaa Salem 刘演 赖晓鹤 陈中原 2018湖泊科学2018,30,3:3
