110种中药单体对球形孢子丝菌的体外抗真菌作用研究显示文摘目的观察10种中药单体对球形孢子丝菌体外抑菌效果。方法参照CLSI的制M38-A2(3rd),采用微量液基稀释法,检测10种中药单体对20株球形孢子丝菌的作用。结果10种中药单体最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的几何均数范围为53.82μg/mL~>1024μg/mL,大蒜素、小檗碱、苦参碱、蛇床子素和丹皮酚的抑菌活性最佳,几何均数分别依次为53.82μg/mL、84.45μg/mL、103.97μg/mL、137.19μg/mL和284.05μg/mL,大蒜素的抗菌作用最强,MIC的范围为16~128μg/mL。最小杀菌浓度(MFC)的范围为64μg/mL~>1024μg/mL。大蒜素的MFC值最低,几何均数为415.87μg/mL。结论大蒜素、小檗碱、苦参碱、蛇床子素和丹皮酚对球形孢子丝菌具有一定的抑菌活性,不同中药单体抑菌活性存在差异。曲芯瑶 李珊山 曲悦 Abdulhakim Salad Nageye 宋洋 崔岩 2020中国真菌学杂志2020,15,3:6
2Planning failure-censored constant-stress partially accelerated life test显示文摘This article deals with the case of the failure-censored constant-stress partially accelerated life test(CSPALT) for highly reliable materials or products assuming the Pareto distribution of the second kind. The maximum likelihood(ML) method is used to estimate the parameters of the CSPALT model. The performance of ML estimators is investigated via their mean square error. Also,the average confidence interval length(IL) and the associated coverage probability(CP) are obtained. Moreover, optimum CSPALT plans that determine the optimal proportion of the test units allocated to each stress are developed. Such optimum test plans minimize the generalized asymptotic variance(GAV) of the ML estimators of the model parameters. 3Synthesis and optimization of high surface area mesoporous date palm fiber-based nanostructured powder activated carbon for aluminum removal显示文摘Date palm fiber(DPF)derived from agrowaste was utilized as a new precursor for the optimized synthesis of a costeffective,nanostructured,powderactivated carbon(nPAC)for aluminum(Al3+)removal from aqueous solutions using carbonization,KOH activation,response surface methodology(RSM)and central composite design(CCD).The optimum synthesis condition,activation temperature,time and impregnation ratio were found to be 650℃,1.09 hour and 1:1,respectively.Furthermore,the optimum conditions for removal were 99.5%and 9.958 mgg 1 in regard to uptake capacity.The optimum conditions of nPAC was analyzed and characterized using XRD,FTIR,FESEM,BET,TGA and Zeta potential.Moreover,the adsorption of the Al3+conditions was optimized with an integrated RSMCCD experimental design.Regression results revealed that the adsorption kinetics data was well fitted by the pseudosecond order model,whereas the adsorption isotherm data was best represented by the Freundlich isotherm model.Optimum activated carbon indicated that DPF can serve as a costeffective precursor adsorbent for Al^(3+)removal.Alfarooq O.Basheer Marlia M.Hanafiah Mohammed Abdulhakim Alsaadi Y.Al-Douri Abbas A.Al-Raad 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4:2

12Antihyperglycaemic activity of ethylacetate extract of Chlorophytum alismifolium in type 2 diabetes:The involvement of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γand dipeptidyl peptidase-4显示文摘Objective:This research is to investigate the antihyperglycaemic activity and the underlying mechanisms of action of the ethylacetate extract of Chlorophytum alismifolium(EACA)tubers in a type 2 diabetes model.Methods:The tubers were processed and sequentially extracted in hexane followed by ethylacetate,using a Soxhlet apparatus,and subjected to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC–MS).The acute toxicity of EACA was investigated in albino Wistar rats.An antihyperglycaemic study was carried out using high-fat diet(pelletized diet and margarine in the ratio of 10:1 and 20%fructose solution)and streptozotocin-induced hyperglycaemic Wistar rats.The effects of the extract(150,300 and 600 mg/kg)on blood glucose level,insulin,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-c(PPAR-c)and dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4)were evaluated using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The oral median lethal dose in Wistar rats was estimated to be>5000 mg/kg.Treatment with EACA at all doses significantly reduced the fasting blood glucose levels,compared to the hyperglycaemic control,and over time.Administration of EACA increased the serum insulin and PPAR-c levels while decreasing DPP-4 levels.GC–MS analysis revealed the presence of 13 compounds,with isothiazole and isoxazolidine covering total area of 24.6%and 22.69%,respectively.Conclusion:The findings from this study showed that EACA has important compounds with beneficial effect in type 2 diabetes and acts by increasing insulin secretion and PPAR-c level and decreasing DPP-4 activity.Abdulhakim Abubakar Abdullahi Balarabe Nazifi Idris Mohammed Maje Yusuf Tanko Joseph Akpojo Anuka Ezzeldin Mukthar Abdurahman 2021Journal of Integrative Medicine2021,19,1:1
