1不同体积碱性盐对50∶50聚乳酸-聚乙二醇酸体外降解的影响显示文摘目的探讨不同体积碱性盐对生物降解植入物聚乳酸(PLA)-聚乙二醇酸(PGA)(50∶50PLA-PGA)体外降解的影响。方法在50∶50PLA-PGA中添加不同体积的碳酸钙(CC)和碳酸氢钠(SBC),观察降解过程pH值,标本的分子量、大小、生物力学性质的变化。结果50∶50PLA-PGA中加入CC、SBC能代偿代谢物导致的pH值下降,但CC组降解过程减慢。结论50∶50PLA-PGA中适当添加SBC,不影响该材料的正常降解,又能代偿降解过程pH值的变化。林建华 Agrawal CM Zhu Chongfang Athanasiou KA 1998福建医科大学学报1998,32,4:5
2一种用于手术辅助正畸的新型3D打印计算机辅助压电截骨导板显示文摘目前已广泛报道了旨在促进正畸牙移动的牙槽外科干预。然而,在日常实践中,仍然会发生意外事件或并发症。本研究的目的是提供一种新型的三维(3D)计算机辅助压力切割导向器(CAPG),其设计为半透明,以增加可见度,用于在引导期间增强支撑,多孔结构利于在术中通过大量滴水降温。这种设计可以起到最小化手术并发症的作用。为此,作者提出一种新型3D打印CAPG,以促进微创牙周加速骨生成正畸(PAOO),为手术提供更好的准确性、足够的可见性和更多的冷却剂进入手术部位的通道。通过导航CBCT数据,可以精确了解皮质骨厚度、牙根方向以及个体情况下解剖结构之间的相互关系,以便能够根据操作者的知识设计切割槽,获得所需的长度和深度。Donahue RP Hu JC Athanasiou KA 赵泽亮 2019中国口腔颌面外科杂志2019,17,3:5
