| 1 | 建筑中人行为模拟研究现状和展望显示文摘人行为是影响建筑能耗的重要因素,近几年成为建筑能耗模拟领域的研究热点。在过去的几十年中已有大量的相关研究,致力于通过实测建立事件或环境相关的人行为模型,但是,目前的人行为研究中还需要进一步发展,以满足工程实际的需要。本文回顾了人行为研究的研究现状,总结了在研究方法上现存的问题,从数据采集、模型建立、模型验证和软件开发4个从建模到应用的阶段,提出了人行为研究的未来展望。并讨论了人行为研究中尚存在的一些共性问题,例如:在实测中应进一步探讨采样的规模和实验室研究的可行性,建立人行为模型时应明确模型面向的应用层次,合理的数学形式、参数选择的方法、多因素多行为多人的模拟等尚待研究,针对模型的验证应以实际应用为指向确定验证的指标,采取科学有效的验证方法,以及在人行为相关软件的开发中,应定义良好的软件结构和接口,建立统一的描述框架,以相对独立的模块形式实现和模拟软件的交互。希望这些探讨能为将来的人行为研究提供新的思路,以推动人行为和建筑能耗模拟事业的发展。 | 燕达 丰晓航 王闯 Hong Tianzhen William O’Brien H.Burak Gunay Farhang Tahmasebi Ardeshir Mahdavi | 2015 | 建筑科学2015,31,10: | 23 |
| 2 | Transplantation of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth for bone regeneration in the dog mandibular defect显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth(SHED) transplanted for bone regeneration in the dog mandibular defect.METHODS: In this prospective comparative study, SHEDs had been isolated 5 years ago from human exfoliated deciduous teeth. The undifferentiated stem cells were seeded into mandibular bone through-andthrough defects of 4 dogs. Similar defects in control group were filled with cell-free collagen scaffold. After 12 wk, biopsies were taken and morphometric analysis was performed. The percentage of new bone formation and foreign body reaction were measured in each case. The data were subject to statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney U and Kruskalwalis statistical tests. Differences at P < 0.05 was considered as significant level.RESULTS: There were no significant differences between control and SHED-seeded groups in connective tissue(P = 0.248), woven bone(P = 0.248) and compact bone(P = 0.082). | 5 | Geostatistics Studies and Geochemical Modeling Based on Core Data,Sheytoor Iron Deposit,Iran显示文摘In general,the purpose of the mineralization modeling is the advancement of a mineral exploration project and ultimately,the extractive design of a deposit,which is one of the most important stages in mining engineering.Mineralization modeling is divided into two general categories,superficial and deep modeling.In surface modeling,the aim is finding abnormal locations in terms of mineralization at the study area,which is commonly used in the early stages of exploration as one of the means for locating exploratory boreholes.After drilling in the study area with the aim of identifying mineralization and reserve estimation it is necessary to obtain deep mineralization position and its geometric features,using statistical and modeling methods.Using mathematical,statistical and modeling methods,we can predict the position of iron mineralization in places where drilling is not done and eventually reach a three-dimensional model of the mineral materials underground.As a case study,the deep information about the boreholes of the sheytoor mining area in Yazd province of Iran was investigated.Iron mineralization was modeled as 2D cumulative model and 3D block model,and the results were presented.Finally the geochemical threshold and the anomalous limit of iron element are calculated by concentration-volume(C-V)fractal method in this deposit.Geochemical threshold and the anomalous limit for Fe in this deposit are 24.7%and 34.3%respectively. | Aref Shirazi Adel Shirazy Shahab Saki Ardeshir Hezarkhani | 2018 | Journal of Geological Resource and Engineering2018,6,3: | 4 |
| 6 | Hepatitis B virus genotypes in southwest Iran: Molecular, serological and clinical outcomes显示文摘AIM: To investigate the associations of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotype with HBeAg and anti-HBe status, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels and HBV-DNA detection in different groups of HBV-infected patients in southwest Iran. METHODS: A total of 89 HBsAg-positive serum samples were collected from the same number of patients. All sera were then investigated to determine HBV DNA and serological markers. For all the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-positive samples, biochemical, histopathological assays and genotyping were also performed. RESULTS: Genotype D was the only type of HBV foundin different clinical forms of acute and chronic infections. There was a high prevalence of HBeAg-negative HBV- infected patients with chronic hepatitis (52.7%). Out of 55 patients with chronic hepatitis, seven (12.7%) were diagnosed with cirrhosis. A significant association between the presence of anti-HBe antibody and an increase in ALT level, among either HBeAg-negative (P = 0.01) or HBeAg-positive (P = 0.026) patients, was demonstrated. No significant differences were observed between the clinical outcomes of HBeAg-positive and -negative individuals (P = 0.24). CONCLUSION: Genotype D has been recognized as the only type of HBV found in different clinical forms of HBV infections, including cirrhosis, among the residents of southwest Iran. | 8 | Application of K-means and PCA approaches to estimation of gold grade in Khooni district(central Iran)显示文摘Grade estimation is an important phase of mining projects, and one that is considered a challenge due in part to the structural complexities in mineral ore deposits.To overcome this challenge, various techniques have been used in the past. This paper introduces an approach for estimating Au ore grades within a mining deposit using k-means and principal component analysis(PCA). The Khooni district was selected as the case study. This region is interesting geologically, in part because it is considered an important gold source. The study area is situated approximately 60km northeast of the Anarak city and 270km from Esfahan. Through PCA, we sought to understand the relationship between the elements of gold,arsenic, and antimony. Then, by clustering, the behavior of these elements was investigated. One of the most famous and efficient clustering methods is k-means, based on minimizing the total Euclidean distance from each class center. Using the combined results and characteristics of the cluster centers, the gold grade was determined with a correlation coefficient of 91%. An estimation equation for gold grade was derived based on four parameters: arsenic and antimony content, and length and width of the sampling points. | 10 | Gluten sensitive enteropathy in patients with iron deficiency anemia of unknown origin显示文摘AIM: To determine the prevalence of gluten sensitive enteropathy (GSE) in a large group of patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) of obscure origin. METHODS: In this cross-sectional study, patients with IDA of obscure origin were screened for GSE. Anti- endomysial antibody (EMA) and tissue transglutamin- ase antibody (tTG) levels were evaluated and duodenal biopsies were taken and scored according to the Marsh classification. The diagnosis of GSE was based on a positive serological test and abnormal duodenal histol- ogy. Gluten free diet (GFD) was advised for all the GSE patients. RESULTS: Of the 4120 IDA patients referred to our Hematology departments, 206 (95 male) patients were found to have IDA of obscure origin. Thirty out of 206 patients (14.6%) had GSE. The mean age of GSE pa- tients was 34.6 ± 17.03 (range 10-72 years). The female to male ratio was 1.3:1. Sixteen patients had Marsh 3,12 had Marsh 2, and 2 had Marsh 1 lesions. The sever- ity of anemia was in parallel with the severity of duode- nal lesions. Twenty-two GSE patients (73.3%) had no gastrointestinal symptoms. Fourteen GSE patients who adhered to GFD without receiving iron supplementation agreed to undergo follow up visits. After 6 mo of GFD, their mean hemoglobin levels (Hb) increased from 9.9 ± 1.6 to 12.8 ± 1.0 g/dL (P < 0.01). Interestingly, in 6 out of 14 patients who had Marsh 1/2 lesions (e.g. no villous atrophy) on duodenal biopsy, mean Hb increased from 11.0 ± 1.1 to 13.1 ± 1.0 g/dL (P < 0.01) while they did not receive any iron supplementation. CONCLUSION: There is a high prevalence (e.g. 14.6%) of GSE in patients with IDA of obscure origin. | 11 | Skin biomechanics:a potential therapeutic intervention target to reduce scarring显示文摘Pathological scarring imposes a major clinical and social burden worldwide.Human cutaneous wounds are responsive to mechanical forces and convert mechanical cues to biochemical signals that eventually promote scarring.To understand the mechanotransduction pathways in cutaneous scarring and develop new mechanotherapy approaches to achieve optimal scarring,the current study highlights the mechanical behavior of unwounded and scarred skin as well as intra-and extracellular mechanisms behind keloid and hypertrophic scars.Additionally,the therapeutic interventions that promote optimal scar healing by mechanical means at the molecular,cellular or tissue level are extensively reviewed.The current literature highlights the significant role of fibroblasts in wound contraction and scar formation via differentiation intomyofibroblasts.Thus,understanding myofibroblasts and their responses to mechanical loading allows the development of new scar therapeutics.A review of the current clinical and preclinical studies suggests that existing treatment strategies only reduce scarring on a small scale after wound closure and result in poor functional and aesthetic outcomes.Therefore,the perspective of mechanotherapies needs to consider the application of both mechanical forces and biochemical cues to achieve optimal scarring.Moreover,early intervention is critical in wound management;thus,mechanoregulation should be conducted during the healing process to avoid scar maturation.Future studies should either consider combining mechanical loading(pressure)therapies with tension offloading approaches for scar management or developing more effective early therapies based on contraction-blocking biomaterials for the prevention of pathological scarring. | Motaharesadat Hosseini Jason Brown Kiarash Khosrotehrani Ardeshir Bayat Abbas Shafiee | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 3 |
| 12 | The Parkam Exploration District, Kerman, Iran: Geology, Alterations, and Delineation of Cu- and Mo-Mineralized Zones Using U-Spatial Statistic with Associated Software Development显示文摘The Parkam exploration district represents an area of approximately 4 km^2 located 50 km north of Shahr-E-Babak(Kerman Province, Iran), and has several traces of old copper mining and smelting activities. This area lies in the Kerman Copper Belt which is part of the larger Sahand-Bazman igneous and metallogenic zone hosting numerous known porphyry copper deposits and systems. The geology of the Parkam exploration district demonstrates that the area contains a diorite-type porphyry copper system hosted by volcanic and pyroclastic rocks of predominantly andesitic composition. Based on field and microscopic investigation, it was determined that the dominant types of alteration were propylitic, phyllic, argillic, and potassic, and the alteration map of the study area was produced. Expect for the propylitic alteration which was observed mainly in the host rocks, the other types of alteration are associated mainly with the dioritic subvolcanic body. Accompanied by subordinate amounts of primary sulfides, fracture-filling malachite is widespread in the potassic and phyllic zones and comprises the dominant style of mineralization at the surface of the porphyry system. Lithogeochemical data resulting from 377 samples were analyzed, and the results of background and anomaly separation by means of conventional and the U-spatial statistic method were compared. The Cu and Mo mineralizations were subsequently delineated using the U-spatial statistic. The delineated Cu mineralization is closely associated with the defined zone of potassic alteration, which is also consistent with the field and microscopic observation of the Cu mineralization in this alteration zone. The Mo mineralization delineated by the U-statistic method is mostly associated with the phyllic alteration and is spatially conformable with the zone defined for it. The source code for a software program, which was developed in the MATLAB programming language in order to perform the calculations of the U-spatial statistic method, is additionally provided.
