8恢复氧化了的镍黄铁矿可浮性的硫化工艺显示文摘若能使热氧化了的Nkomati致密块状硫化矿石硫化得以成功,就会恢复氧化了的硫化矿物(其中包括镍黄铁矿)的浮选可浮性。氧化了的镍黄铁矿不容易被硫化。XPS光谱分析未鉴定出在镍黄铁矿表面上有任何硫化表面组分的存在。提出了氧化了的镍黄铁矿的硫化机理:通过硫化物的沉淀或被吸附的铁和铜的氢氧化物转换为硫化物,使氧化了的Nkomati矿石中的铁和铜组分在氧化了的镍黄铁矿表面上形成了硫化物,从而提高了镍黄铁矿的可浮性。为此研究了在镍黄铁矿单矿物硫化过程中贱金属离子的作用。试验发现,在硫化过程中添加铁离子可有效地提高矿物下一步的浮选回收率,并且在硫离子电极电位为-650mV(相对标准氢电极电位为-315mV)时镍黄铁矿的回收率最高。研究结果表明,在氧化了的Nkomati矿石中的镍黄铁矿的硫化过程中,硫化后的镍黄铁矿的浮选速度比镍黄铁矿单矿物的浮选速度要快。铁离子的硫化效果比铜离子的效果要好,这可能是由于矿浆中的铁离子浓度比铜离子浓度高得多。在较低的硫氢根离子浓度下,硫化电位的意义与硫氢根离子的可利用性有关,而在较高的硫化电位下,硫化电位可能与被吸附的贱金属硫氢化物离子的络合有关。建议在硫化过程中添加贱金属离子,以提高难选硫化矿物,如镍黄铁矿的浮选回收率。A.J.H.勒维尔 李长根 林森 2008国外金属矿选矿2008,,1:1
9Facial Selectivity in the Nucleophilic Additions of endo-Tricyclo[5.2.1.0^(2,6)]deca-2(6),8-dien-3-one显示文摘Nucleophilic additions to endo-tricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]deca-2(6),8-dien-3-one 4 are described. Experimental results show high preference for exo-facial attack to the enone moiety of tricyclodecadienone. Steric hindrance is the main kinetically controlling factor in the nucleophilic reaction.
