1Efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 therapeutic antibody RC48 in patients with HER2-overexpressing,locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a single-arm phase II study显示文摘Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical benefit.Further,there is no specific treatment for HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative patients.Here,we report the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 antibody RC48 for patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received RC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR)assessed by an independent review committee.Secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and safety.Results:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received RC48 treatment.The ORR was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median PFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),respectively.The most frequently reported adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and RC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not RC48-related.Conclusions:RC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy.Zhi Peng Tianshu Liu Jia Wei Airong Wang Yifu He Liuzhong Yang Xizhi Zhang Nanfeng Fan Suxia Luo Zhen Li Kangsheng Gu Jianwei Lu Jianming Xu Qingxia Fan Ruihua Xu Liangming Zhang Enxiao Li Yuping Sun Guohua Yu Chunmei Bai Yong Liu Jiangzheng Zeng Jieer Ying Xinjun Liang Nong Xu Chao Gao Yongqian Shu Dong Ma Guanghai Dai Shengmian Li Ting Deng Yuehong Cui Jianmin Fang Yi Ba Lin Shen 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,11:29
2Research Progress on Heat Stress of Rice at Flowering Stage显示文摘Global warming has caused frequent occurrence of heat stress at the flowering stage of single-season rice in the Yangtze River region of China, which results in declines of spikelet fertility and yield in rice. Rice flowering stage is the most sensitive period to high temperatures, and therefore, the key for heat stress happening is the flowering stage coinciding with high temperature, which causes spikelet fertility decreasing in heat-sensitive varieties, and is the major factor for heat injury differences among various rice planting regions. With the development of rice breeding, temperature indexes for heat stress has been converted from daily maximum temperature of 35 oC to 38 oC with the stress duration of more than 3 d. During the flowering stage, anther dehiscence inhibition and low pollen shedding onto the stigma are two main reasons for spikelet fertility reduction under high temperatures. At panicle initiation stage, high temperatures aggravate spikelet degeneration, and destroy floral organ development. Various types of rice varieties coexist in production, and indica-japonica hybrid rice demonstrates the highest heat resistance in general, followed by indica and japonica rice varieties. In production, avoiding high temperature is the main strategy of preventing heat stress, and planting suitable cultivars and adjustment of sowing date are the most effective measures. Irrigation is an effective real-time cultivation measure to decline the canopy temperature during the rice flowering stage. We suggested that further study should be focused on exploring heat injury differences among different rice variety types, and innovating rice-planting methods according to planting system changes in rice planting regions with extreme heat stress. 3Effect of extrusion speed on microstructure and mechanical properties of the Mg-Ca binary alloy显示文摘This work reported the effect of extrusion speeds on the microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-Ca binary alloy.The results showed that yield strength of the as-extruded Mg-1.2wt.%Ca alloys decrease from∼360MPa to∼258MPa as the ram speed increases from 0.4mm/s to 2.4 mm/s,and the elongation increases from∼3.9%to∼12.2%.The microstructure changes from bimodal grain feature to the complete dynamical recrystallization(DRX)with increase of the extrusion speed.The ultrafine DRXed grains in size of∼0.85μm,the numerous nano-Mg_(2)Ca particles dispersing along the grain boundaries and interiors,as well as the high density of residual dislocations,should account for the high strength.It is believed that the high degree of dynamic recrystallization and the resulting texture randomization play the critical roles in the ductility enhancement of the high-speed extruded Mg alloys.Jingren Li Aiyue Zhang Hucheng Pan Yuping Ren Zhuoran Zeng Qiuyan Huang Changlin Yang Lifeng Ma Gaowu Qin 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,4:9

5Relationships of ozone formation sensitivity with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types,in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,China显示文摘Due to the influences of precursors emissions,meteorology,geography and other factors,ozone formation sensitivity(OFS)is generally spatially and temporally heterogeneous.This study characterized detailed spatial and temporal variations of OFS in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)from 2012 to 2016 based on OMI satellite data,and analyzed the relationships of OFS with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types(LUTs).From 2012 to 2016,the OFS tended to be NOx-limited in GBA,with the value of FNR(HCHO/NO 2)increasing from 2.04 to 2.22.According to the total annual emission statistics of precursors,NOx emissions decreased by 33.1%and VOCs emissions increased by 35.2%from 2012 to 2016,directly resulting in OFS tending to be NO x-limited.The Grey Relation Analysis results show that total column water(TCW),surface net solar radiation(SSR),air temperature at 2 m(T2)and surface pressure(SP)are the top four meteorological factors with the greatest influences on OFS.There are significant positive correlations between FNR and T2,SSR,TCW,and significant negative correlations between FNR and SP.In GBA,the OFS tends to be NO x-limited regime in wet season(higher T2,SSR,TCW and lower SP)and VOCs-limited regime in dry season(lower T2,SSR,TCW and higher SP).The FNR displays obvious gradient variations on different LUTs,with the highest in“Rural areas”,second in“Suburban areas”and lowest in“Urban areas”.Yuping Chen Hui Yan Yijuan Yao Chunling Zeng Ping Gao Liyue Zhuang Liya Fan Daiqi Ye 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8:5
6Improving the performance of ducted fans for VTOL applications:A review显示文摘Ducted fans have been widely used in VTOL aircraft due to the high propulsion efficiency and safety.The efficiency and stability of ducted fans deteriorate in some flight conditions such as hovering in crosswinds or ground effect.It is necessary to optimize the ducted fan’s structures or apply flow control methods for better adaptions to the typical conditions.This paper presents a detailed review on the ducted fan technology for VTOL applications,especially the methods for improving its efficiency and stability.We first simplified the classification categories based on boundary conditions instead of flight conditions,since the new classification method covers more situations and is easier to distinguish flow field characteristics.The flow characteristics,thrust properties and the optimal structures under different boundary conditions were summarized and discussed.Finally,new configurations and flow control methods for increasing the efficiency and stability were introduced.The newly proposed integration design between the ducted fan and the motor was emphasized for increasing the power density of the ducted fans.This review would be helpful to improve our understanding of the relationship between the structures,flow characteristics and thrust properties of ducted fans under different flight conditions,and inspires scientists to design high-efficiency and high-stability propulsion systems with ducted fans.QIAN YuPing LUO YiWei HU XuanYang ZENG ZeZhi ZHANG YangJun 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,11:3
7The metallogenic epoch and ore-forming metal source of some large and superlarge deposits in Laojunshan, Yunnan——Evidence from Rb-Sr isotopic studies显示文摘THE Laojunshan metallogenic district located in southeastern Yunnan is an important tin polymetallic metallogenic district in China. The Dulong (tin-zinc polymetal, superlarge), Xinzhai (tin, large) andNanyangtian (scheelite, large) are the main deposits in this district. These deposits outcrop in the Lower-Middle Cambrian metamorphic series, and most orebodies that associated with skarns closely are stratoid,lenticular in occurrence and in accordance with the wall rocks. 9Porous SiC ceramics fabricated by quick freeze casting and solid state sintering显示文摘Porous SiC ceramics with uniform microstructure were fabricated by quick freezing in liquid nitrogen and solid state sintering.Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) was added as binder and pore morphology controller in this work.The microstructure and mechanical properties of porous SiC ceramics could be controlled by the composition of the aqueous slurries.Both solid content of the slurries and PVA content impacted on the pore structures and mechanical properties of the porous SiC ceramics.The solid content of slurries and PVA content varied from 60 to 67.5 wt%and 2-6 wt%,respectively.Besides,the grain morphology of ceramics was also tailored by changing the sintering temperature from 2050 to 2150 ℃.Porous SiC ceramics with an average porosity of 42.72%,flexural strength of 59.28 MPa were obtained at 2150 ℃ from 67.5 wt% slurries with 2 wt% PVA.Feng Wang Jinwei Yin Dongxu Yao Yongfeng Xia Kaihui Zuo Yuping Zeng 2017Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2017,27,3:2

12An Experimental Study on Homoharringtonine Liposome and Glaucoma Filtration Surgery显示文摘Purpose: To observe the inhibitory action of homoharringtonine liposome during the healing process of wounds in the filtering sitesMethods: posterior sclerectomies were performed in 14 rabbits. Postoperatively one eye of each rabbit received subconjunctival injections of HH liposome and fellow eye received saline injection in a randomized masked fashion.Results; Fourteen days after operation the IOP of experimental eyes reduced significantly (P < 0.01) as compared with the controlled eyes, and the number of remaining filtering blebs increased noticeably (P< 0.05). Pathohistological examination revealed that the number of fibroblasts per square micron in the filtering sites and the thickness of the scars in the center of the filtering sites of the experimental eyes were less than those of the controlled eyes. 18Experimental study on the vitrification and xenotransplantation of human ovarian tissue显示文摘Background:Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue is a promising method for preserving fertility.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)is an evaluation system for cryo-injury during the cooling and warming process which is very laborious and needs to be optimized.Objective:In this study,we evaluated that serum 17β-oestradiol(E2)may be used as an indicator of vitrified ovarian tissue.Methods:Immunodeficient nude mice were used as hosts for xenografting of vitrified-warmed human ovarian tissues.A total of 54 mice were divided into two group:vitrified ovarian xenotransplant(VOX)group(n?45)and non-transplant control group(n?9).The transplanted mice were grouped into vitrified/warmed grafted-4 weeks(VOX-4w,n?15),vitrified/warmed grafted-6weeks(VOX-6w n?15)and vitrified/warmed grafted-12 weeks(VOX-12w n?15)according to the time after transplantation.The viable and functional recovery of grafted ovarian tissue was assessed by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and hormone(E2)assays.Results:Serum E2 concentration was significantly higher in VOX-6w(group(21.07 pg/ml)than that of VOX-12w group(15.59 pg/ml).VOX-12w group showed a lower value(12.61 pg/ml)for E2 concentration.The trend for E2 concentration was consistent with the morphological identification of the grafts.Conclusion:In vivo serum hormone E2 released by cortical biopsies can be used as a functional marker for xenotransplanted vitrified-warmed human ovarian tissue reserve.Jinghui Zhao Yuping Ge Jingyi Li Yucui Zeng Guoyi Dong Liping Zeng Juanjuan Dai Hui Du Mumin Shao Xuewen Yu Huan Li Fang He Zhouchun Shang Chun Wang Gabor Vajt Huiru Tang Ruifang Wu Yutao Du 2022Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2022,2,1:1
