1Recent progress in Ti-based nanocomposite anodes for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Studying on the anode materials with high energy densities for next-generation lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) is the key for the wide application for electrochemical energy storage devices.Ti-based compounds as promising anode materials are known for their outstanding high-rate capacity and cycling stability as well as improved safety over graphite. However, Ti-based materials still suffer from the low capacity, thus largely limiting their commercialized application. Here, we present an overview of the recent development of Ti-based anode materials in LIBs, and special emphasis is placed on capacity enhancement by rational design of hybrid nanocomposites with conversion-/alloying-type anodes. 3Nanowires-assembled WO3 nanomesh for fast detection of ppb-level NO2 at low temperature显示文摘Hierarchical WO3 nanomesh,assembled from single-crystalline WO3 nanowires,is prepared via a hydrothermal method using thiourea(Tu)as the morphology-controlling agent.Formation of the hierarchical architecture comprising of WO3 nanowires takes place via Ostwald ripening mechanism with the growth orientation.The sensor based on WO3 nanomesh has good electrical conductivity and is therefore suitable as NO2 sensing material.The WO3 nanomesh sensor exhibited high response,short response and recovery time,and excellent selectivity towards ppb-level NO2 at low temperature of 160℃.The superior gas performance of the sensor was attributed to the high-purity hexagonal WO3 with high specific surface area,which gives rise to enhanced surface adsorption sites for gas adsorption.The electron depletion theory was used for explaining the NO2-sensing mechanism by the gas adsorption/desorption and charge transfer happened on the surface of WO3 nanomesh.Di LIU Xiaowei REN Yesheng LI Zilong TANG Zhongtai ZHANG 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,1:5

5NONLINEAR DYNAMICS AND SYNCHRONIZATION OF TWO COUPLED PIPES CONVEYING PULSATING FLUID显示文摘In this paper, the nonlinear dynamical behavior of two coupled pipes conveying pulsating fluid is studied. The connection between the two pipes is considered as a distributed linear spring. Based on this consideration, the equations of motion of the coupled two-pipe system are obtained. The two coupled nonlinear partial differential equations, discretized using the fourthorder Galerkin method, are solved by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta integration algorithm. Results show that the connection stiffness has a significant effect on the dynamical behavior of the coupled system. 6Magnetostrictive properties and detection efficiency of TbDyFe/FeCo composite materials for nondestructive testing显示文摘In order to develop a highly sensitive material for nondestructive testing(NDT),(Tb_(0.3) Dy_(0.7))Fe_(1.95) thin films were deposited on FeCo substrates at room temperature by magnetron sputtering and annealed.The magnetostrictive properties and the detection efficiency of the composite films were investigated.Results demonstrate that the detection efficiency roughly shows regular consistency with the magnetostrictive strain of the TbDyFe films. Heat treatment has a great effect on the crystalline state and the magnetostrictive strain of the composite materials. The as-deposited(Tb_(0.3) Dy_(0.7))Fe_(1.95) films are amorphous, and the saturation magnetostriction(ls) is only 90 ppm. However, the nanostructured crystalline REFe2 is partially separated out in amorphous matrix after annealing at 600C for 1 h, and the ls increases to 265 ppm. Simultaneously, the detection efficiency of the composite materials is obviously improved compared to that of the as-deposited films. The detection signal of traditional FeCo strip is0.4 V at the excitation power of 1.0 P and frequency of 128 kHz and that of the strip increases significantly by depositing one layer of(Tb_(0.3) Dy_(0.7))Fe_(1.95) film. The detection signal of the composite material annealed at 600C is the best, even reaching saturation value of 2.5 V(1.0 P, 128 kHz). 7Gas sensing capabilities of TiO_(2) porous nanoceramics prepared through premature sintering显示文摘Pure and noble metal(Pt,Pd,and Au)doped TiO_(2)nanoceramics have been prepared from TiO_(2)nanoparticles through traditional pressing and sintering.For those samples sintered at 550℃,a typical premature sintering occurred,which led to the formation of a highly porous microstructure with a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)specific surface area of 23 m^(2)/g.At room temperature,only Pt-doped samples showed obvious response to hydrogen,with sensitivities as high as~500 for 1000 ppm H_(2)in N_(2);at 300℃,all samples showed obvious responses to CO,while the responses of noble metal doped samples were much higher than that of the undoped ones.The mechanism for the observed sensing capabilities has been discussed,in which the catalytic effect of Pt for hydrogen is believed responsible for the room-temperature hydrogen sensing capabilities,and the absence of glass frit as commonly used in commercial thick-film metal oxide gas sensors is related to the high sensitivities.It is proposed that much attention should be paid to metal oxide porous nanoceramics in developing gas sensors with high sensitivities and low working temperatures.Yao XIONG Zilong TANG Yu WANG Yongming HU Haoshuang GU Yuanzhi LI Helen Lai Wah CHAN Wanping CHEN 2015Journal of Advanced Ceramics2015,4,2:3
8Synthesis and performance of carbon-modified LiFePO_4 using an in situ PVA pyrolysis procedure显示文摘LiFePO4/carbon composite cathode material was prepared by granulating and subsequent pyrolysis processing in N2 at- mosphere with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the carbon source. The influences of carbon content on the microstructure and battery performance were investigated. Single LiFePO4 phase and amorphous carbon can be found in the products. A special mi- cro-morphology of the optimum sample was observed. The discharge capacity of the cell with the optimum cathode was 135 mAh·g?1, close to the charge capacity of 153 mAh·g?1 at 17 mA·g?1. The influence of ambient temperature on the cell capacity was investigated. The temperature dependence of its electrochemical characteristic was evaluated by using AC impedance spectroscopy. A new equivalent circuit based on the charge and mass transfer control process in an electrode was proposed to fit the obtained AC im- pedance spectra. 9Corrosion science general-purpose data model and interface (Ⅱ): OOD design and corrosion data markup language (CDML)显示文摘With object oriented design/analysis, a general purpose corrosion data model (GPCDM) and a corrosion data markup language (CDML) are created to meet the increasing demand of multi-source corrosion data integration and sharing. 'Cor- rosion data island' is proposed to model the corrosion data of comprehensiveness and self-contained. The island of tree-liked structure contains six first-level child nodes to characterize every important aspect of the corrosion data. Each first-level node holds more child nodes recursively as data containers. The design of data structure inside the island is intended to decrease the learning curve and break the acceptance barrier of GPCDM and CDML. A detailed explanation about the role and meaning of the first-level nodes are presented with examples chosen carefully in order to review the design goals and requirements proposed in the previous paper. Then, CDML tag structure and CDML application programming interface (API) are introduced in logic order. 10Application of Matter-element Model in Soil Nutrient Evaluation of Ecological Fragile Region显示文摘On the basis of the soil environment investigation in Da′an City, Jilin Province, China, 40 soil samples from main land use types were obtained and tested by standard method. Soil organic matter (SOM), total N (TN), total P (TP), total K (TK), available N (AN), available P (AP) and available K (AK) were chosen as the evaluation factors. A regional soil nutrient evaluation model was developed based on the matter-element model. The results show that the soil samples with nutrient grade Ⅱ–Ⅴ respectively account for 10%, 30%, 32.5% and 27.5%, and those with grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ account for 60% in all samples. The relationship between soil nutrients and land types indicates that the nutrients of farmland are relatively good, with 41.7% of soil samples with the nutrient grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ. The nutrients of saline-alkali land and sandy land are the worst, with 100% of soil samples with the nutrient grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ. And the ratios of soil samples grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ in grassland and wasteland are respectively 62.5 % and 54.55%. Generally speaking, the soil nutrients status in Da′an City is poor, 60% of soil samples are in poor and extremely poor conditions, indicating that the soil has been severely eroded. 11Corrosion science general-purpose data model and interface (I): Meanings and issues of design and implementation显示文摘A brand new design of integrated corrosion information system is introduced to meet the constantly increasing demands of material corrosion information. Two concepts, 'general-purpose corrosion data model' and 'public corrosion data ex-changing interface', are suggested to integrate a wide variety of corrosion data sources based on detailed analysis on characteristics of each source in order to promote the information sharing and data mining. The architecture of integrated corrosion information environment is blueprinted. The insight analysis is focused on 1) architecture of the system; 2) data flow and information sharing; 3) roles of system players and their interactions; 4) approaches to data integration. Several key issues are addressed in detail including coverage of data model, data source integration and mitigation, and data granularity from system performance and model acceptance points of view.
