1Air-sea heat flux exchange over the South China Sea under different weather conditions before and after southwest monsoon onset in 2000显示文摘With the data observed from the Second SCS Air-Sea Flux Experiment on the Xisha air-sea flux research tower, the radiation budget, latent, sensible heat fluxes and net oceanic heat budgetswere caculated before and after summer monsoon onset. It is discovered that, after summer monsoononset, there are considerable changes in air-sea fluxes, especially in latent heat fluxes and net oceanicheat budget. Furthermre, the analyzed results of five synoptic stages are compared. And the character-istics of the flux transfer during different stages around onset of South China Sea monsoon are discussed.The flux change shows that there is an oceanic heat accumulating process during the pre-onset and thebreak period, as same as oceanic heat losing process during the onset period. Moreover, latent fluxes,the water vapor moving to the continent, even the rainfall appearance in Chinese Mainland also can beinfluenced by southwester. Comparing Xisha fluxes with those obtained from the Indian Ocean and thewestern Pacific Ocean, their differences may be obeerved. 2Xiaoyaosan improves depressive-like behaviors by regulating the NLRP3 signaling pathway in the rat cerebral cortex显示文摘Objective:To observe changes in the molecular expression of the NLR Family Pyrin Domain Containing Protein 3(NLRP3)pathway in depressed rats after treatment with Xiaoyaosan,and identify the regulatory mechanism of this compound.Methods:Male SpragueeD awley rats were randomly divided into five groups with 12 rats in each group,including the control group,model group,Fluoxetine group,Xiaoyaosan group,and MCC950 group.A depression model was generated by chronic immobilization stress(induced by 3 h of restraint immobilization every day),and the drugs were administered at the same time in each group for 21 days.The effects of Xiaoyaosan on behavioral changes of depressed rats were observed through macroscopic characterization,body mass,open field experiments,and a sucrose preference test.The m RNA and protein expression of the NLRP3 signaling pathway was examined by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot assays.Results:The Xiaoyaosan group,Fluoxetine group,and MCC950 group rats showed improved depressive behavior and an increased weight of sucrose water consumption.The protein and mRNA expression levels of NLRP3,Caspase-1,and IL-1 b were also decreased in the Fluoxetine,Xiaoyaosan,and MCC950 groups.Conclusion:NLRP3,Caspase-1,and IL-1 b protein and mRNA expression levels were increased in the cortex of depressed rats,while Xiaoyaosan protected cortical tissue in these rats by decreasing NLRP3,Caspase-1,and IL-1 b protein and mRNA expression.Cong Chen Rong Yu Zhe Xue Zhiyi Yan Qinlai Bian Yajing Hou Yunzhi Chen Yueyun Liu Jiaxu Chen 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,3:5
3The influence of Stokes drift on oil spills:Sanchi oil spill case显示文摘Spilled oil floats and travels across the water’s surface under the influence of wind,currents,and wave action.Wave-induced Stokes drift is an important physical process that can affect surface water particles but that is currently absent from oil spill analyses.In this study,two methods are applied to determine the velocity of Stokes drift,the first calculates velocity from the wind-related formula based upon a one-dimensional frequency spectrum,while the second determines velocity directly from the wave model that was based on a twodimensional spectrum.The experimental results of numerous models indicated that:(1)oil simulations that include the influence of Stokes drift are more accurate than that those do not;(2)for medium and long-term simulations longer than two days or more,Stokes drift is a significant factor that should not be ignored,and its magnitude can reach about 2%of the wind speed;(3)the velocity of Stokes drift is related to the wind but is not linear.Therefore,Stokes drift cannot simply be replaced or substituted by simply increasing the wind drift factor,which can cause errors in oil spill projections;(4)the Stokes drift velocity obtained from the two-dimensional wave spectrum makes the oil spill simulation more accurate.Yiqiu Yang Yan Li Juan Li Jingui Liu Zhiyi Gao Kaixuan Guo Han Yu 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,10:3
4Dietary ferulic acid and vanillic acid on inflammation,gut barrier function and growth performance in lipopolysaccharide-challenged piglets显示文摘Ferulic acid(FA)and vanillic acid(VA)are considered as major phenolic metabolites of cyanidin 3-glucoside,a polyphenol that widely exists in plants that possess a protective effect against oxidative stress and inflammation in our previous study.This study aimed to investigate the effect of FA and VA on inflammation,gut barrier function,and growth performance in a weaned piglet model challenged with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Thirty-six piglets(PIC 337×C48,28 d of age)were randomly allocated into 3 treatments with 6 replicate pens(2 piglets per pen).They were fed with a basal diet or a diet containing 4,000 mg/kg of FA or VA.Dietary supplementation of VA significantly increased average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05).Both FA and VA decreased serum levels of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS),interlukin(IL)-1β,IL-2,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α(P<0.05),and enhanced the expression of tight junction protein oclaudin(P<0.05).Analysis of gut microbiota indicated that both FA and VA increased the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio alongside reducing the relative abundance of the Prevotellaceae family including Prevotella 9 and Prevotella 2 genera,but enriched the Lachoiraceaea family including the Lachnospiraceae FCS020 group(P<0.05).Moreover,VA reduced the relative abundance of Prevotella 7 and Prevotella 1 but enriched Lachnospira,Eubacterium eligens group,and Eubacterium xylanophilum group(P<0.05),while FA showed a limited effect on these genera.The results demonstrated that both VA and FA could alleviate inflammation and oxidative stress,but only VA has a significant positive effect on the growth performance of LPS-challenged piglets potentially through modulating gut microbiota.Ruizhi Hu Shusong Wu Baizhen Li Jijun Tan Jiahao Yan Ying Wang Zhiyi Tang Ming Liu Chenxing Fu Hongfu Zhang Jianhua He 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,1:3

6Therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese exercises and massage treatment on lumbar instability:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To determine the effect of traditional Chinese exercises combined with traditional Chinese massage on lumbar instability.METHODS:Seventy patients with lumbar instability were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese exercises combined with traditional Chinese massage,while the control group was only treated with traditional Chinese exercises.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and dynamic imaging indexes were used to assess treatment outcomes.RESULTS:After 8 weeks of treatment,the JOA scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while ODI was significantly lower(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the JOA score of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ODI was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Besides,the dynamic imaging indexes of patients with lumbar instability significantly changed after treatment.The lumbar vertebral laxity was significantly decreased(P<0.05)than those before treatment.CONCLUSION:The traditional Chinese exercises and massage may improve the symptoms of lumbar instability,and traditional Chinese exercises combined with massage treatment may be better than exercises alone.Chen Wenjin Wang Jianwei Zhou Zhiyi Ren Yide Hua Zhen Yan Zheng Zhang Yafeng 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6:2

9Selective detection of mercury(II) and methylmercury(II) via coordinationinduced emission of a small-molecule probe显示文摘Mercury is one of the major toxic pollutants and has many adverse effects on human health. The main mercury species in the environment or in living organisms are inorganic mercuric ion(Hg^(2+)) and organic methylmercury(CH_3Hg^+). Detection of the two mercury ions is a particularly active topic in the molecular sensing field during the past decade. However, efficient sensors that can sensitively detect and discriminate the two species are rare. In this work, we adopt the concept of restriction of intramolecular rotations which is the basis of aggregation induced emission, and design a molecular probe with pyridyl group as the chelating unit and 1,8-naphthalimide as the fluorescent unit for the detection of both Hg^(2+) and CH_3Hg^+. When the probe is free in solution, it exhibits weak fluorescence because free intramolecular rotations of the 1,8-naphthalimide moieties non-radiatively annihilate its excited state. However, upon coordination with Hg^(2+) or CH_3Hg^+, the rotation of 1,8-naphthalimide moieties would be restricted due to the chelation between 1,8-naphthalimide and Hg^(2+) or CH_3Hg^+, leading to significantly enhanced fluorescent emission. The response induced by Hg^(2+) is much stronger than CH_3Hg^+; but for specific detection of CH_3Hg^+, we introduced a T-rich DNA fragment which could completely mask Hg^(2+) in solution. Furthermore, we have employed the sensor for confocal imaging of Hg^(2+)and CH_3Hg^+in immobilized cells. 11A Self‑Powered,Highly Embedded and Sensitive Tribo‑Label‑Sensor for the Fast and Stable Label Printer显示文摘Label-sensor is an essential component of the label printer which is becoming a most significant tool for the development of Internet of Things(IoT).However,some drawbacks of the traditional infrared label-sensor make the printer fail to realize the high-speed recognition of labels as well as stable printing.Herein,we propose a selfpowered and highly sensitive tribo-label-sensor(TLS)for accurate label identification,positioning and counting by embedding triboelectric nanogenerator into the indispensable roller structure of a label printer.The sensing mechanism,device parameters and deep comparison with infrared sensor are systematically studied both in theory and experiment.As the results,TLS delivers 6 times higher signal magnitude than traditional one.Moreover,TLS is immune to label jitter and temperature variation during fast printing and can also be used for transparent label directly and shows long-term robustness.This work may provide an alternative toolkit with outstanding advantages to improve current label printer and further promote the development of IoT.Xindan Hui Zhongjie Li Lirong Tang Jianfeng Sun Xingzhe Hou Jie Chen Yan Peng Zhiyi Wu Hengyu Guo 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,2:1

13Efficient scarless skin regeneration enabled by loading micronized amnion in a bioinspired adhesive wound dressing显示文摘Complete skin reconstruction is a hierarchical,physiological assembly process involving healing of the epidermis,dermis,vasculature,nerves,and cutaneous appendages.To date,few works have reported complete skin regeneration,particularly lacking vascular structures and hair follicles after full skin defects.In this study,a hydrogel derived from the skin secretion of Andrias davidianus(SSAD)that features adhesiveness was used as a bioactive scaffold to load micronized amnion(MA).The SSAD hydrogel was found to promote the migration and proliferation of amnion stem cells and human keratinocytes,as well as inhibit their apoptosis in vitro.In a rat full-skin defect model,the regeneration of skin appendages was observed at the wound area,achieving scarless healing.Transcriptome analyses further validated that SSAD could positively regulate cell migration,proliferation,and differentiation.These functions might be attributed to the abundant growth factors present in the SSAD.Synergized by the delivery of MA,SSAD loaded with the MA could achieve a significantly better skin regeneration effect than SSAD or MA used alone,providing a simple yet highly effective means to obtain complete,scarless skin regeneration,suggesting favorable potential for clinical translation.Huicong Zhang Mingyu Song Changhong Hu Zhiyi Zhang Shuqi Zhang Yan Zhang Yingming Yang Puxu Zhou Liwen Zheng Lan Li Mengjie Mao Yu Shrike Zhang Ping Ji Ximu Zhang 2023Aggregate2023,4,5:0

15pIIIA/N2期非小细胞肺癌患者外科治疗的预后分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to identify prognostic factors in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with N2 nodal involvement.Methods: A retrospective analysis of disease free survival and 5-year survival for NSCLC patients who underwent primary surgical resection without neoadjuvant chemotherapy were performed.Between January 1998 and May 2004,133 patients were enrolled.Several factors such as age,sex,skip metastasis,number of N2 lymph node stations,type of resection,histology,adjuvant therapy etc.,were recorded and analyzed.SPSS 16.0 software was used.Results: Overall 5-year survival for 133 patients was 32.33%,5-year survival for single N2 station and multiple N2 stations sub-groups were 39.62% and 27.50% respectively,and 5-year survival for cN0–1 and cN2 sub-groups were 37.78% and 20.93% respectively.COX regression analysis revealed that number of N2 station (P = 0.013,OR: 0.490,95% CI: 0.427–0.781) and cN status (P = 0.009,OR: 0.607,95% CI: 0.372–0.992) were two favorable prognostic factors of survival.Conclusion: Number of N2 station and cN status were two favorable prognostic factors of survival.In restrict enrolled circumstances,after combined therapy made up of surgery and postoperative adjuvant therapy have been performed,satisfied survival could be achieved.Zhenrong Zhang Deruo Liu Yongqing Guo Bin Shi Yanchu Tian Zhiyi Song Yanning Shou Haitao Zhang Chaoyang Liang Zaiyong Wang Tong Bao Qjanli Ma 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,1:0
16Wall slip behavior of cemented paste backfill slurry during pipeline based on noncontact experimental detection显示文摘Wall slip is a microscopic phenomenon of cemented paste backfill(CPB)slurry near the pipe wall,which has an important influence on the form of slurry pipe transport flow and velocity distribution.Directly probing the wall slip characteristics using conventional experimental methods is difficult.Therefore,this paper established a noncontact experimental platform for monitoring the microscopic slip layer of CPB pipeline transport independently based on particle image velocimetry(PIV)and analyzed the effects of slurry temperature,pipe diameter,solid concentration,and slurry flow on the wall slip velocity of the CPB slurry,which refined the theory of the effect of wall slip characteristics on pipeline transport.The results showed that the CPB slurry had an extensive slip layer at the pipe wall with significant wall slip.High slurry temperature improved the degree of particle Brownian motion within the slurry and enhanced the wall slip effect.Increasing the pipe diameter was not conducive to the formation of the slurry slip layer and led to a transition in the CPB slurry flow pattern.The increase in the solid concentration raised the interlayer shear effect of CPB slurry flow and the slip velocity.The slip velocity value increased from 0.025 to 0.056 m·s^(-1)when the solid content improved from 55wt%to 65wt%.When slurry flow increased,the CPB slurry flocculation structure changed,which affected the slip velocity,and the best effect of slip layer resistance reduction was achieved when the transported flow rate was 1.01 m^(3)·h^(-1).The results had important theoretical significance for improving the stability and economy of the CPB slurry in the pipeline.Zhenlin Xue Haikuan Sun Deqing Gan Zepeng Yan Zhiyi Liu 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,8:0
17Mechanical Strength and Structural Basis ofβ2 Integrin to Mediate Neutrophil Accumulation on Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cells:A Study Using Atomic Force Microscopy and Molecular Dynamics Simulations显示文摘Neutrophil(PMN)accumulation on liver sinusoidal endothelial cells(LSECs)is crucial to pathogen clearance and tissue damage in the liver sinusoids and controlled by a series of adhesion molecules expressed on the surface of PMNs and LSECs.The role of lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1(LFA-1)and macrophage-1 antigen(Mac-1)in this process is still contentious.Here we compared the dynamic force spectra of the binding ofβ2 integrin to intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)on LSECs using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and performed free and steered molecular dynamics(MD)simulations to analyze their structural bases of LFA-1-or Mac-1-I-domain and ICAM-1-D1 or D3 pair in their force spectra.Our AFM data suggest that the mechanical strength of LFA-1-ICAM-1 bond is significantly stronger than that of Mac-1-ICAM-1 bond,implying a dominate role for LFA-1 to mediate PMN adhesion under shear flow.MD simulations indicated that spontaneous dissociation of Mac-1-I-domain vs.ICAMD3-domain is slower with the stronger interaction energy than that for LFA-1 I-domain vs.ICAM-D1-domain and that the rupture force for Mac-1 is lower than that for LFA-1,which are in qualitative agreement with the above experimental observations.These data indicate that the biomechanical features of LFA-1 and Mac-1 to mediate PMN adhesion on LSECs in vitro are similar with those in other tissues like cerebrovascular endothelium,while Mac-1-mediated PMN recruitment in liver sinusoids may stem from the slow blood flow in vivo.These findings further the understandings of PMN recruitment under shear flow in liver sinusoids.Ning Li Xiao Zhang Peiwen Li Hao Yang Chunfang Tong Shouqin Lü Yan Zhang Zhiyi Ye Jun Pan Mian Long 2018Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2018,,8:0
18Enhancement mechanism of maximum energy product in hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets by addition of ferromagnetic substances显示文摘It has been proved that the maximum magnetic energy product(BH)maxof hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets can be effectively improved by adding substances with either high melting point or high saturation magnetization.In this work,we selected a ferromagnetic nano Fe_(55)Ni_(28)Co_(17) alloy powders with both high melting point and high saturation magnetization as the dopant to improve the(BH)max.By the addition of 1 wt% FeNiCo,the remanence increases by over 5%(from 1.36 to 1.44 T),resulting in a significant enhancement of(BH)maxfrom 355 to 396 kJ/m^(3)(from 44.6 to 49.7 MGOe).Microstructure observations reveal that the texture of grain alignment is improved,the concentrations of ferro magnetic elements(Fe,Ni,and Co) in the main phase and intergranular phase are increased so that the magnetization behavior of hot-deformed magnet changes(more easily shows reversible magnetization behaviors),which are the reasons why the high maximum energy product of hot-deformed magnet,is obtained.Lian Wu Xianshuang Xia Wenzong Yin Xu Tang Jinyun Ju Yeyuan Du Renjie Chen Zhiyi Xu Shenglei Che Aru Yan 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,12:0
19Optical frequency comb technology: from ground to space显示文摘Optical frequency combs,as powerful tools for precision spectroscopy and research into optical frequency standards,have driven continuous progress and significant breakthroughs in applications such as time-frequency transfer,measurement of fundamental physical constants,and high-precision ranging,achieving a series of milestone results in ground-based environments.With the continuous maturation and evolution of femtosecond lasers and related technologies,optical frequency combs are moving from ground-based applications to astronomical and space-based applications,playing an increasingly important role in atomic clocks,exoplanet observations,gravitational wave measurements,and other areas.This paper,focusing on astronomical and space-based applications,reviews research progress on astronomical frequency combs,optical clock time-frequency networks,gravitational waves,dark matter measurement,dual-comb large-scale absolute ranging,and high-resolution atmospheric spectroscopy.With enhanced performance and their gradual application in the field of space-based research,optical frequency combs will undoubtedly provide more powerful support for astronomical science and cosmic exploration in the future.Xiaodong Shao Yu Yan Hainian Han Zhiyi Wei 2024Astronomical Techniques and Instruments2024,1,2:0
20Revealing the low thermal conductivity of high-entropy rare-earth tantalates via multi-scale defect analysis显示文摘Thermal barrier coating(TBC)materials can improve energy conversion efficiency and reduce fossil fuel use.Herein,novel rare earth tantalates RETaO_(4),as promising candidates for TBCs,were reassembled into multi-component solid solutions with a monoclinic structure to further depress thermal conductivity via an entropy strategy.The formation mechanisms of oxygen vacancy defects,dislocations,and ferroelastic domains associated with the thermal conductivity are demonstrated by aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy.Compared to single-RE RETaO_(4)and 8YSZ,the intrinsic thermal conductivity of(5RE1/5)TaO4 was decreased by 35%–47%and 57%–69%at 1200℃,respectively,which is likely attributed to multi-scale phonon scattering from Umklapp phonon–phonon,point defects,domain structures,and dislocations.r¯3+RE/r5+Ta and low-temperature thermal conductivity are negatively correlated,as are the ratio of elastic modulus to thermal conductivity(E/κ)and high-temperature thermal conductivity.Meanwhile,the high defects’concentration and lattice distortion in high-entropy ceramics enhance the scattering of transverse-wave phonons and reduce the transverse-wave sound velocity,leading to a decrease in the thermal conductivity and Young’s modulus.In addition,5HEC-1 has ultra-low thermal conductivity,moderate thermal expansion coefficients,and high hardness among three five-component high-entropy samples.Thus,5HEC-1 with superior thermal barrier and mechanical properties can be used as promising thermal insulating materials.Jun Wang Qianqian Jin Jianbo Song Di Zhang Bin Xu Zhiyi Ren Meng Wang Shixiao Yan Xiaoliang Sun Chi Liu Xiaoyu Chong Jing Feng 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,11:0
