| 1 | NANO-STRUCTURED SILVER COATING ON COPPER PREPARED IN AN ETHANOL-BASED SOLUTION显示文摘Recently, silver as an electrochemical deposit on copper substrate has been attracting much attention in the microelectronics field. To deposit nano-scale silver particles on copper, immersion plating using cyanide-based baths is commonly used. In this study, non-toxic ethanol was used as the plating solution. Sputtered copper samples were terized by a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), an energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDS),and an atomic force microscope (AFM). It was found that the deposited particles are metallic silver. After 3 s immersion,fine particles whose diameters were around 6 nm had covered about 40% of the surface of the copper substrate. After10 s immersion, the copper surface was completely covered by silver particles, the diameters of which have increased to about 10-15 nm. | 7 | Prmt1 upregulated by Hdc deficiency aggravates acute myocardial infarction via NETosis显示文摘Neutrophils are mobilized and recruited to the injured heart after myocardial infarction,and neutrophil count has been clinically implicated to be associated with coronary disease severity.Histidine decarboxylase(HDC)has been implicated in regulating reactive oxidative species(ROS)and the differentiation of myeloid cells.However,the effect of HDC on neutrophils after myocardial infarction remains unclear.Here,we found that neutrophils were disorderly recruited into the ischemic injured area of the myocardium of Hdc deficiency(Hdc^(−/−))mice.Moreover,Hdc deficiency led to attenuated adhesion but enhanced migration and augmented ROS/neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)production in neutrophils.Hdc^(−/−)mouse-derived NETs promoted cardiomyocyte death and cardiac fibroblast proliferation/migration.Furthermore,protein arginine methyltransferase 1(PRMT1)was increased in Hdc^(−/−)mouse-derived neutrophils but decreased with exogenous histamine treatment.Its expression could be rescued by blocking histamine receptor 1(H1R),inhibiting ATP synthesis or reducing SWItch/sucrose non fermentable(SWI/SNF)chromatin remodeling complex.Accordingly,histamine or MS023 treatment could decrease ROS and NETs ex vivo,and ameliorated cardiac function and fibrosis,along with the reduced NETs in plasma in vivo.Together,our findings unveil the role of HDC in NETosis by histamine–H1R–ATP–SWI/SNF–PRMT1–ROS signaling and provide new biomarkers and targets for identifying and tuning the detrimental immune state in cardiovascular disease. | Zhiwei Zhang Suling Ding Zhe Wang Xiaowei Zhu Zheliang Zhou Weiwei Zhang Xiangdong Yang Junbo Ge | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4: | 0 |
| 8 | Highly Stable CsPbBr_(3) Nanocrystal Phosphors by Surface Passivation and Encapsulation显示文摘The colloidal all-inorganic CsPbX_(3)(X=I, Br, Cl) perovskite nanocrystals(NCs) with unique optical properties have attracted considerable attention in the field of semiconductor nanocrystals, but their application is hindered by stability issues caused by surface defects and environmental factors. Usually with inert layer encapsulation, the stability of CsPbX_(3) NCs can be significantly enhanced. However, due to the loss of highly dynamic oleic acid/oleylamine ligands, it is usually accompanied by a decrease in the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY). Herein, we report a facile method for preparing CsPbBr_(3) NCs based green phosphors with high stability and bright emission. With modification of colloidal CsPbBr_(3) NCs by di-dodecyldimethylammonium bromide and sequent encapsulation in the as-synthesized mesoporous MOF-5, the green emitting phosphors with enhanced stability and a PLQY of 77% were obtained. The phosphors exhibit enhanced resistance against ambient oxygen, UV light, heat treatment and water.
