3SVR Recommendation Algorithm of Civil Aviation Auxiliary Service Based on Context-Awareness显示文摘Analysis of the particularity of the civil aviation passenger auxiliary service recommendation scenario.As application of the traditional recommendation algorithm has certain limitation in civil aviation auxiliary services recommendation,a SVR recommendation algorithm of auxiliary service of civil aviation based on context-awareness was proposed.Analysis of the civil aviation passenger travel data,construct the civil aviation passenger preference model,then recommend auxiliary service for passengers.Based on the traditional two-dimensional user-item recommendation,considering the user characteristics,item attributes and user contextual information in the process of recommendation,which can effectively reduce the data sparseness in some degree.In addition,when there is a new user or a new item,whose similar users or items can be found according to the user or item attributes,to some extent,which can solve the problem of cold start.The experimental results show that the algorithm can recommend auxiliary service for passengers more accurately,which can provide convenience for passengers as well as increase the quality of airlines’services.Haohan Liu Hongli Zhang Kanghua Hui Huaiqing He 2015国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2015,,B12:0
4Microstructure and nanomechanical properties of foreleg surface of the prayingmantis(Mantis religiosa Linnaeus)显示文摘Detailed investigations on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the surface of the praying mantis'foreleg were carried out in this work since the microstructure and mechanical properties of insect organisms surfaceare well adjusted to their functions.Scanning electron microscopy revealed the surface microstructures of the tibia andfemur were composed of squamous fibre and the spine surfaces on these two parts are arris.A nanoindenter wasused to investigate the mechanical properties of the praying mantis's foreleg,including the mean Young's modulusand hardness of the femur cuticle,tibia cuticle and the apical claw.The test results on these parts were E=5.533 GPa,H=0.239 GPa,E=3.471GPa,H=0.186 GPa,E=2.232GPa,H=0.449 GPa,respectively.The variation of mechanicalproperties agreed with the analysis of microstructure.Hongliang Sun Zhang Haohan Mo Li 2018Biosurface and Biotribology2018,4,4:0

6Comparative metabolomics provides novel insights into the basis of petiole color differences in celery(Apium graveolens L.)显示文摘Plant metabolites are important for plant development and human health.Plants of celery(Apium graveolens L.)with different-colored petioles have been formed in the course of long-term evolution.However,the composition,content distribution,and mechanisms of accumulation of metabolites in different-colored petioles remain elusive.Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS),1159 metabolites,including 100 lipids,72 organic acids and derivatives,83 phenylpropanoids and polyketides,and several alkaloids and terpenoids,were quantified in four celery cultivars,each with a different petiole color.There were significant differences in the types and contents of metabolites in celery with different-colored petioles,with the most striking difference between green celery and purple celery,followed by white celery and green celery.Annotated analysis of metabolic pathways showed that the metabolites of the different-colored petioles were significantly enriched in biosynthetic pathways such as anthocyanin,flavonoid,and chlorophyll pathways,suggesting that these metabolic pathways may play a key role in determining petiole color in celery.The content of chlorophyll in green celery was significantly higher than that in other celery cultivars,yellow celery was rich in carotenoids,and the content of anthocyanin in purple celery was significantly higher than that in the other celery cultivars.The color of the celery petioles was significantly correlated with the content of related metabolites.Among the four celery cultivars,the metabolites of the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway were enriched in purple celery.The results of quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR)suggested that the differential expression of the chalcone synthase(CHS)gene in the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway might affect the biosynthesis of anthocyanin in celery.In addition,HPLC analysis revealed that cyanidin is the main pigment in purple celery.This study explored the differences in the types and contents of metabolites in celery cultivars with different-colored petioles and identified key substances for color formation.The results provide a theoretical basis and technical support for genetic improvement of celery petiole color.Mengyao LI Jie LI Haohan TAN Ya LUO Yong ZHANG Qing CHEN Yan WANG Yuanxiu LIN Yunting ZHANG Xiaorong WANG Haoru TANG 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,4:0

8Effects of Microbial Fertilizers in Improving Acidic Tobacco-planting Soil and Tobacco Leaf Quality显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve acidic soil and enhance the quality of tobacco leaves.[Methods]The effects of different microbial fertilizers on improving acidic tobacco-planting soil and tobacco leaf quality were investigated through plot experiments.[Results]The application of microbial fertilizers could improve the pH value of acidic soil,and composite microbial agent A showed the best application effect.The application of bio-organic fertilizer was beneficial to improving the contents of available phosphorus and available boron in acidic soil.The application of composite microbial agent A was beneficial to improving the contents of available phosphorus and available potassium in acidic soil,and could promote the growth of tobacco plants and improve the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco and the coordination of chemical components in tobacco leaves.The application of composite microbial agent B led to a downward trend in the content of available boron in acidic soil.The application of composite microbial agent B could promote the absorption of nutrients by tobacco plants,and improve their disease resistance and the quality of tobacco leaves.Due to the differences in functional microorganisms contained,the application effects of different microbial fertilizers in improving acidic tobacco-planting soil and improving tobacco leaf quality varied.Overall,the application of microbial fertilizers could increase soil pH,activate soil nutrients,promote tobacco growth,enhance disease resistance,increase tobacco output value,and improve tobacco quality.Microbial fertilizers have good application prospects in improving acidic soil and improving tobacco quality.[Conclusions]The application of microbial fertilizers to improve acidic tobacco-planting soil can ensure the normal growth and development of tobacco plants and the improvement of tobacco leaf quality,achieving high-quality and sustainable development of Zhaotong tobacco.Xia NI Shungang SHEN Xianyi ZENG Dewen LI Yeming FU Min CHEN Chaokai YU Libing QI Ying-guo RUAN Changchong ZI Haohan GONG Guangjun HU Mengsheng ZHANG Xu ZHANG Shu PENG Hongbing LI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,2:0
9Effects of Different Chemical Fertilizer Reduction Techniques on Flue-cured Tobacco Production显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to find out the most suitable special formula fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco production in tobacco-growing areas of Zhaotong City,so as to provide a basis for scientific fertilization and reduced application of inorganic fertilizers with improved efficiency in tobacco production in Zhaotong City.[Methods]Different formulas of special base fertilizer and special topdressing for tobacco were designed by optimizing and adjusting the application amounts and proportions of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and medium trace elements in fertilizer formulas,and the formulas of special base fertilizer and special topdressing for flue-cured tobacco production were selected through a field plot experiment.[Results]The combination of special base fertilizer and special topdressing was conducive to the early growth and rapid growth of tobacco plants under the condition of reduced fertilizer application,and the treatment using organic-inorganic compound fertilizer as the special base fertilizer was the most obvious,with an average growth period of two days increased.Compared with conventional fertilization,the yield,output value,average price,proportion of superior tobacco and proportion of medium and superior tobacco increased in the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer treatment,with the yield increasing by 5.96%,the output value increasing by 17.08%,the average price increasing by 10.49%,the proportion of superior tobacco increasing by 4.63%,and the proportion of medium and superior tobacco increasing by 2.44%.It was concluded from indexes including growth period,agronomic traits,disease incidence and economic traits,the fertilization mode of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer with the addition of trace elements(boron,magnesium and zinc)applied as the base fertilizer and nitrogen and potassium topdressing was most efficient and economic.[Conclusions]This study provides a basis for scientific fertilization and reduced application of inorganic fertilizers with improved efficiency in tobacco production in Zhaotong City.Longfeng GUI Lei XIA Jing YANG Wei YAN Yu ZHOU Yuzhong ZHOU Haohan GONG Mengsheng ZHANG Yeming FU Xianyi ZENG Xia NI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,6:0
10Evolution of precipitate and precipitate/matrix interface in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu(-Ag)alloys显示文摘Evolution of precipitate and precipitate/matrix interface in artificially aged Al-Zn-Mg-Cu(-Ag)alloys has been systematically studied.In the early stage of ageing,Ag,as a fast diffuser,can promote the formation of solute pairs and small clusters.Solute clusters are further demonstrated to be able to act as precursors forη’precipitates by in-situ STEM heating.With prolonged ageing time,the precipitate/matrix interface evolves from the Zn-dominated interface between early-stageη’and Al matrix to the Zn and Mg co-segregatedη’/Al andη_(2)/Al interfaces.Theη’/Al interfacial layers are shown to precede the formation ofη’,while theη_(2)/Al interfaces are found to be closely related to the thickening process ofη_(2)and the involved particular atomic movements are specified.Experimental observations and DFT calculations re-veal that forη’andη_(2),Ag can dissolve into the precipitate as well as locate at the precipitate/matrix interface without showing preference.For Cu,its dissolution in the precipitate and segregation on the interface mainly occur forη_(2)rather thanη’.The incorporation of Ag and Cu does not change the defined precipitate structure.Xingpu Zhang Zhongkang Han Liangliang Xu Haohan Ni Xiaojuan Hu Haofei Zhou Yu Zou Jiangwei Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,7:0
11Prediction of atomization characteristics of pressure swirl nozzle with different structures显示文摘The structure of the pressure swirl nozzle is an important factor affecting its spray performance.This work aims to study pressure swirl nozzles with different structures by experiment and simulation.In the experiment,10 nozzles with different structures are designed to comprehensively cover various geometric factors.In terms of simulation,steady-state simulation with less computational complexity is used to study the flow inside the nozzle.The results show that the diameter of the inlet and outlet,the direction of the inlet,the diameter of the swirl chamber,and the height of the swirl chamber all affect the atomization performance,and the diameter of the inlet and outlet has a greater impact.It is found that under the same flow rate and pressure,the geometric differences do have a significant impact on the atomization characteristics,such as spray angle and SMD(Sauter mean diameter).Specific nozzle structures can be customized according to the actual needs.Data analysis shows that the spray angle is related to the swirl number,and the SMD is related to turbulent kinetic energy.Through data fitting,the equations for predicting the spray angle and the SMD are obtained.The error range of the fitting equation for the prediction of spray angle and SMD is within 15% and 10% respectively.The prediction is expected to be used in engineering to estimate the spray performance at the beginning of a real project.Jinfan Liu Xin Feng Hu Liang Weipeng Zhang Yuanyuan Hui Haohan Xu Chao Yang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,63,11:0
