| 1 | Comparison on conjunctival sac bacterial flora of the seniors with dry eye in Ganzi autonomous prefecture显示文摘AIM:To compare the bacterial flora in palpebral conjunctiva of xerophthalmia seniors of Tibetan,Yi and Han,and analyze the differences and similarities of the bacteria.·METHODS:The test subjects were selected from 2Tibetan,2 Yi and 3 Han populated places,respectively.Total 222 seniors(444 eyes) with dry eye were examined.Secretion was collected from the palpebral conjunctiva of the subjects and then inoculated onto a blood agar plate.After 48h of incubation,the bacteria were examined for the differences and similarities between different ethnics.·RESULTS:There was no significant difference(P >0.05)of Gram stain characterization,dominant bacteria and number of the bacterial species present in oxrophthalmia patients among Tibetan,Yi and Han nationalities.The bacteria presented in all groups include staphylococcus epidermidis,corynebacterium,micrococcus luteu,int-racellular bacteria sphingomonas,pseudomonas aerug-inosa.The bacteria detected from the two of three ethnic groups were staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus haemolyticus,escherichia coli,kytococcus sedentarius,streptococcus angina,micrococcus lylae,and staphy-lococcus heads.The incidence rate of bacteria-associated dry eye in Tibetan population was significantly lower than that of Han and Yi population.·CONCLUSION:There is no significant difference in the bacteria flora of palpebral conjunctiva observed among dry eye elder populations of Tibetan,Yi and Han people.All of staphylococcus epidermidis,corynebacterium,micrococcus luteu,intracellular bacteria sphingomonas,pseudomonas aeruginosa,staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus haemolyticus,escherichia coli,kytococcus sedentarius,streptococcus angina,micrococcus lylae and staphylococcus heads are common bacteria flora of the three nationalities inhibiting in this area. | Yue Zhang Zhi-Rong Liu Hui Chen Ying-Chuan Fan Ji Duo Hong Zheng Guang-Jin Wang Yu-Chan Li Dan-Ba Jiachu Ge-Ma Zewang | 2013 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2013,6,4: | 4 |
| 2 | Remaining useful life prediction of aircraft lithium-ion batteries based on F-distribution particle filter and kernel smoothing algorithm显示文摘As an emergency and auxiliary power source for aircraft,lithium(Li)-ion batteries are important components of aerospace power systems.The Remaining Useful Life(RUL)prediction of Li-ion batteries is a key technology to ensure the reliable operation of aviation power systems.Particle Filter(PF)is an effective method to predict the RUL of Li-ion batteries because of its uncertainty representation and management ability.However,there are problems that particle weights cannot be updated in the prediction stage and particles degradation.To settle these issues,an innovative technique of F-distribution PF and Kernel Smoothing(FPFKS)algorithm is proposed.In the prediction stage,the weights of the particles are dynamically updated by the F kernel instead of being fixed all the time.Meanwhile,a first-order independent Markov capacity degradation model is established.Moreover,the kernel smoothing algorithm is integrated into PF,so that the variance of the parameters of capacity degradation model keeps invariant.Experiments based on NASA battery data sets show that FPFKS can be excellently applied to RUL prediction of Liion batteries. | Kai ZHANG Peng ZHAO Canfei SUN Youren WANG Zewang CHEN | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,5: | 3 |

| 10 | Time-Domain Traveling Wave Model of Single-Section Quantum Dot Mode-Locked Lasers with Optical Feedback显示文摘The optical feedback modulations of a passively mode-locked semiconductor laser with quantum dot structure were investigated in this study. The delay-induced dynamics of QD MLL under the condition of optical feedback have been studied by exploiting a time domain traveling wave(TDTW) model. The conventional TDTW model was improved to make it suitable for studying optical feedback system, especially the system with long external cavity structure. Combing the TDTW model with optical feedback and carrier rate equations, the pulse variation of a single section QD MLL was studied. This new model shows good agreement with the published experimental data. The roundtrip time and local light intensity modulation to the pulse evolution of QD MLL were studied. The results show that when the time for a light to go to and return from external cavity is equal to the integral times of the period of laser pulse without external feedback, resonance will be formed, and the period of pulse sequence is the shortest. | 12 | Using multiple site-directed modification of epoxide hydrolase to significantly improve its enantioselectivity in hydrolysis of rac-glycidyl phenyl ether显示文摘The epoxide hydrolase gene(SpEH) from Sphingomonas sp. HXN-200 was synthesized and expressed in robust Escherichia coli cells that had a dual protection system. The enantioselectivity(E-value) of the recombinant SpEH was 7.7 and the yield of the remaining(R)-PGE was 24.3% for the hydrolysis of racemic phenyl glycidyl ether(rac-PGE). To improve the catalytic properties of SpEH, the site-directed mutagenesis was carried out based on homology modeling, sequence alignment and molecular docking. Six residues(V195, V196, F218,N226, Q312, and M332) near the active site were mutated to hydrophobic amino acids and the positive mutations were selected for combinatorial mutation. The optimal mutant SpEH^(V196A/N226A/M332A) had an enhanced E-value of 21.2 and a specific activity of 4.57 U·mg^-1-wet cells, which were 2.8-, and 2.3-fold higher than those of wild-type SpEH. The optimal temperature and p H for purified Sp EHV196 A/N226 A/M332 Ato catalyze the hydrolysis of rac-PGE were 25 ℃ and 7.0 with 200 U·mg^-1. The enantioselectivity and yield of the remaining(R)-PGE of E. coliSpEH^(V196A/N226A/M332A)increased from 7.7 to 21.2 and 24.3% to 40.9%, respectively.
