| 1 | Markov skeleton processes显示文摘A new class of stochastic processes--Markov skeleton processes is introduced, which have the Markov property on a series of random times. Markov skeleton processes include minimal Q processes, Doob processes, Q processes of order one, semi-Markov processes , piecewise determinate Markov processes , and the input processes, the queuing lengths and the waiting times of the system GI/G/1, as particular cases. First, the forward and backward equations are given, which are the criteria for the regularity and the formulas to compute the multidimensional distributions of the Markov skeleton processes. Then, three important cases of the Markov skeleton processes are studied: the (H, G, Π)-processes, piecewise determinate Markov skeleton processes and Markov skeleton processes of Markov type. | 3 | Markov branching processes with immigration-migration and resurrection显示文摘We consider a modified Markov branching process incorporating with both state-independent immigration-migration and resurrection. The effect of state-independent immigration-migration is firstly in- vestigated in detail. The explicit expressions for the extinction probabilities and mean extinction times are presented. The ergodicity and stability properties of the process incorporating with resurrection structure are then investigated. The conditions for recurrence, ergodicity and exponential ergodicity are obtained. An explicit expression for the equilibrium distribution is also presented. | 5 | PAQR4 promotes the development of hepatocellular carcinoma by activating PI3K/AKT pathway显示文摘Progestin and adipoQ receptor 4(PAQR4)is a novel tumorigenic factor that promotes cell proliferation and metastasis in lung and breast cancer,but its role in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is unknown.The aim of our study was to explore its role and underlying mechanism in the development of HCC.Analysis of GEPIA database indicated that PAQR4 was highly expressed in HCC samples,and the mRNA level of PAQR4 was negatively correlated with the overall survival of HCC patients.Knockdown of PAQR4 in Hep3B cells suppressed cell proliferation by hindering G1/S transition of cell cycle as shown by the flow cytometry analysis.PAQR4 knockdown also expedited the cell apoptosis.Knockdown of PAQR4 repressed the migratory and invasive potential of Hep3B cells.PAQR4 knockdown sensitized Hep3B cells to apatinib-based chemotherapy.PAQR4 knockdown blocked the activation of PI3K/AKT pathway,as reflected by the reduced phosphorylation of AKT and p85.Conversely,overexpression of PAQR4 exerted opposite effects in Huh-7 cells.PI3K inhibitor LY294002 could eliminate the effects of PAQR4 on cell proliferation,apoptosis,chemoresistance,and invasion.In tumor xenograft model,knockdown of PAQR4 suppressed tumor growth in vivo,while PAQR4 overexpression promoted tumor growth.Collectively,our data suggest that PAQR4 has a tumorigenic effect on HCC progression by activating PI3K/AKT pathway. | Gang Zhao Xiaobao Shi Zhanbo Sun Pengfei Zhao Zaiming Lu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021，53，12： | 2 |
| 6 | Psychosocial impact of mothers with perinatal loss and its contributing factors:an insight显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the psychosocial impact among mothers with perinatal loss and its contributing factors.Methods:A cross sectional study was conducted in University Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC) from April 2008 to May 2009 using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and self administered questionnaire.Results:Sixty-two respondents were included and most of them were working mothers (77.4%).The mean age of the respondents was (31.0±5.6) years and a majority of the subjects aged between 20-34 years (77.4%).According to the EPDS score,53.2% of the respondents had a psychosocial impact with a total score of >9,out of 30.There was a significant relationship between psychosocial impact after perinatal loss and support from friends (P=0.019).However,there were no significant differences between psychosocial impact and history of previous perinatal loss,ethnicity,occupation,educational level,age or total income.Conclusion:Mothers with perinatal loss should be screened for psychosocial impact and offered support when needed.Family and friends should continue to provide emotional support.People who have experienced similar problem before will be able to provide better support than those who have not. | Rosnah SUTAN Rosnah Mohamad AMIN Khatija Banu ARIFFIN Tang Zoun TENG Mohd Faiz KAMAL Rusli Zaim RUSLI | 2010 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2010，11，3： | 2 |
| 7 | Reflection and transmission properties of double submerged rectangular blocks显示文摘An analytic method is used to study the reflection and transmission coefficients of the double submerged rectangular blocks (DSRBs) in oblique waves. The scattering potentials are obtained by means of the eigenfunction expansion method, and expressions for the reflection and transmission coefficients are determined. The boundary element method is employed to verify the correctness of the present analytical method. The DSRBs have better performance than the single submerged rectangular block (SSRB) in certain cases. The statistic TPE may be directly adopted and/or extended to quantitative-trait locus (QTL) mapping for quantitative traits. In this article, the statistic TPE was extended and applied to quantitative trait for association analysis of QTL by means of selective genotyping. The statistical properties (the type I error rate and the power) were examined under a range of parameters and population-sampling strategies (e.g.,various genetic models, various heritabilities, and various sample-selection threshold values) by simulation studies. The results indicated that the statistic TPE is robust and powerful for genomic association study of QTL.
