1Single-crystalline layered double hydroxides with rich defects and hierarchical structure by mild reduction for enhancing the oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘The oxygen evolution reaction(OER)with sluggish reaction kinetics and large overpotential is the critical reaction in water splitting that is promising for energy storage and conversion.Layered double hydroxides(LDHs),due to their unique lamellar structure and flexibility of chemical component,are very competing material candidates for OER.Herein,the morphology structure and the electronic structure of LDHs were simultaneously tuned to improve the OER catalytic activity by mild solvothermal reduction using ethylene glycol.The increased surface area,the introduction of oxygen vacancies and the construction of hierarchical structure greatly enhanced the electro-catalytic activity of LDHs for OER.The as-prepared LDHs showed a lower over-potential as low as 276 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm-2,and a small Tafel slope of 40.3 mV dec-1 accompanied with good stability.This work provides an efficient way to the design and optimization of advanced catalysts in the future.Peng Zhou Junying He Yuqin Zou Yanyong Wang Chao Xie Ru Chen Shuangquan Zang Shuangyin Wang 2019Science China Chemistry2019,62,10:5
2HLS bunch current measurement system显示文摘Bunch current is an important parameter for studying the injection fill-pattern in the storage ring and the instability threshold of the bunch, and the bunch current monitor also is an indispensable tool for the top-up injection. A bunch current measurement (BCM) system has been developed to meet the needs of the upgrade project of Hefei Light Source (HLS). This paper presents the layout of the BCM system. The system based on a high-speed digital oscilloscope can be used to measure the bunch current and synchronous phase shift. To obtain the absolute value of bunch-by-bunch current, the calibration coefficient is measured and analyzed. 4Development and application of the new BPM system data processing program at Hefei light source显示文摘A data processing program has been applied for the new beam position monitor (BPM) system of the storage ring at Hefei Light Source (HLS). The new BPM system in the upgrade project will be equipped with Libera Brilliance BPM processors to replace the old Bergoz MX-BPM processors. The embedded Linux system on Libera has completed some important work, including instrument status check,data acquisition, position calculation, EPICS IOC data release,and so on. A new EPICS record type has been developed to recalculate the beam position with log-ratio method. The property of the new position data was analyzed in the time and frequency domain. The results show that the rms value of beam position measurement resolution can be up to submicron. 5Kinectin 1 promotes the growth of triple-negative breast cancer via directly co-activating NF-kappaB/p65 and enhancing its transcriptional activity显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most challenging subtype of breast cancer.Various endeavor has been made to explore the molecular biology basis of TNBC.Herein,we reported a novel function of factor Kinectin 1(KTN1)as a carcinogenic promoter in TNBC.KTN1 expression in TNBC was increased compared with adjacent tissues or luminal or Her2 subtypes of breast cancer,and TNBC patients with high KTN1 expression have poor prognosis.In functional studies,knockdown of KTN1 inhibited the proliferation and invasiveness of TNBC both in vitro and in vivo,while overexpression of KTN1 promoted cancer cell proliferation and invasiveness.RNA-seq analysis revealed that the interaction of cytokine-cytokine receptor,particularly CXCL8 gene,was upregulated by KTN1,which was supported by the further experiments.CXCL8 depletion inhibited the tumorigenesis and progression of TNBC.Additionally,rescue experiments validated that KTN1-mediated cell growth acceleration in TNBC was dependent on CXCL8 both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,it was found that KTN1 enhanced the phosphorylation of NF-κB/p65 protein at Ser536 site,and specifically bound to NF-κB/p65 protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells.Moreover,the transcription of CXCL8 gene was directly upregulated by the complex of KTN1 and NF-κB/p65 protein.Taken together,our results elucidated a novel mechanism of KTN1 gene in TNBC tumorigenesis and progression.KTN1 may be a potential molecular target for the development of TNBC treatment.Lin Gao Shanze Chen Malin Hong Wenbin Zhou Bilan Wang Junying Qiu Jinquan Xia Pan Zhao Li Fu Jigang Wang Yong Dai Ni Xie Qinhe Yang Hsien-Da Huang Xiang Gao Chang Zou 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8:2
6Content Determination of Quercetin in Ferment of Ginkgo biloba L. Leaves by HPLC显示文摘[Objectives] This study aimed to determine the content of quercetin in ferment of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves.[Methods]Bacillus licheniformis was selected for solid-state fermentation of G.biloba leaf powder,and the content of quercetin in ferment of G.biloba leaves was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.First,the flavonoid glycosides were extracted with methanol.Then,the flavonoid glycosides were hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid to prepare the test solution.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Platisil ODS C_(18) column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm);V_(methonal)∶V_(water)(0.4% phosphoric acid solution) =55∶45;flow rate of 1 m L/min;Shimadzu UV detector;detection wavelength of 360 nm.[Results] Quercetin was used as a reference substance.In the range of 0.002 6-0.036 0 g/L,there was a good linear relationship,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 8 and RSD of 1.26%.[Conclusions] This method is simple,easy to operate,accurate,and reproducible.It is suitable for the determination of quercetin content in G.biloba leaves.Dengfeng ZOU Hua ZHU Junying RUAN Xiaohua WANG 2018Medicinal Plant2018,9,6:1
7Interlayer ligand engineering of β-Ni(OH)2 for oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is a bottleneck process for many electrochemical devices due to the sluggish kinetics,for which advanced electrocatalysts should be carefully designed.Nickle-based materials have been extensively studied to catalyze OER.However,their performances are still below the expectation and the active sites are often controversial.Herein,we have successfully modulated the electronic and surface properties of layeredβ-Ni(OH)2 by the interlayer ligand engineering,aiming to design novel efficient electrocatalysts and unveil the catalysis mechanism.By one-step solvothermal reaction,alkoxyl substitutedβ-Ni(OH)2 with variable interlayer distances is obtained,and the ethoxyl substituted one(NiEt)shows great potential for efficient OER.With the assistance of powder X-ray diffraction and crystalline structure computational simulation,the formula of alkoxyl substitutedβ-Ni(OH)2 are determined.Operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy studies combined with ex-situ analyses revealed that the critical active species of NiEt is formed via hydroxylation and subsequent de-protonation,with high valent Niδ+(3<δ≤3.66).The corresponding catalytic reaction pathway and mechanism are proposed.Junying He Yuqin Zou Yucheng Huang Chenhui Li Yanbo Liu Ling Zhou Chung-Li Dong Xia Lu Shuangyin Wang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,11:1
8Nuclear RIPK1 promotes chromatin remodeling to mediate inflammatory response显示文摘RIPK1 is a master regulator of multiple cell death pathways,including apoptosis and necroptosis,and inflammation.Importantly,activation of RIPK1 has also been shown to promote the transcriptional induction of proinflammatory cytokines in cells undergoing necroptosis,in animal models of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)and Alzheimer's disease(AD),and in human ALS and AD.Rare human genetic carriers of non-cleavable RIPK1 variants(D324V and D324H)exhibit distinct symptoms of recurrent fevers and increased transcription of proinflammatory cytokines.Multiple RIPK1 inhibitors have been advanced into human clinical trials as new therapeutics for human inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases,such as ALS and AD.However,it is unclear whether and how RIPK1 kinase activity directly mediates inflammation independent of cell death as the nuclear function of RIPK1 has not yet been explored.Here we show that nuclear RIPK1 is physically associated with the BAF complex.Upon RIPK1 activation,the RIPK1/BAF complex is recruited by specific transcription factors to active enhancers and promoters marked by H3K4me1 and H3K27ac.Activated nuclear RIPK1 mediates the phosphorylation of SMARCC2,a key component of the BAF complex,to promote chromatin remodeling and the transcription of specific proinflammatory genes.Increased nuclear RIPK1 activation and RIPK1/BAF-mediated chromati n-remodeling activity were found in cells expressi ng non-cleavable RIPK1,and in creased enrichment of activated RIPK1 on active enhancers and promoters was found in an animal model and human pathological samples of ALS.Our results suggest that RIPK1 kinase serves as a transcriptional coregulator in nucleus that can transmit extracellular stimuli to the BAF complex to modulate chromatin accessibility and directly regulate the transcription of specific genes involved in mediating inflammatory resp onses.Wanjin Li Bing Shan Chengyu Zou Huibing Wang Meng-Meng Zhang Hong Zhu Masanori Gomi Naito Daichao Xu Vica Jean Manuel Lauren Mifflin Zhaodong Hou John Ravits Junying Yuan 2022Cell Research2022,32,7:1

10Observations on the Diagnostic Effects of CT Examination(Enhanced Scan)on Hemorrhage Corpus Luteum Cyst显示文摘Objective:To investigate the diagnostic effects of enhanced CT scan on hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst(HCLC).Methods:The clinical data of 24 patients with hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst diagnosed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were collected.All patients received enhanced CT scan to evaluate the diagnostic value of CT.Results:The average diameter of the cysts in this group of patients was 5.1cm by CT.Further detection of the ruptured cyst wall showed that there was a liquid lowdensity shadow.Some of the cysts were accompanied by signs of increased density,indicating the presence of blood clots;all patients received surgical treatment.Intraoperative ultrasound examination of the cysts had an average diameter of 5.2cm and a wall of 0.2~0.4mm.Among them,19 cases of cysts contained'coffee-colored'liquid with varying degrees of blood clots,and 5 cases had no blood clots in the cysts but there were a lot of blood clots beside the cysts.Conclusion:The application of enhanced CT scan in patients with hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst is of great value.It can provide accurate data reference for clinical treatment and is worthy of promoting its clinical application.Xiang Gao Heng Tang Lianglong Wu Zou Mei Liangjin Liu Junying Bi 2020Proceedings of Anticancer Research2020,4,6:0
11Elevated peripheral levels of receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIPK1)and IL-8 as biomarkers of human amyotrophic lateral sclerosis显示文摘Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a devastating fatal neurodegenerative disease with no cure.Receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIPK1)has been proposed to mediate pathogenesis of ALS.Primidone has been identified as an old drug that can also inhibit RIPK1 kinase.We conducted a drug-repurposing biomarker study of primidone as a RIPK1 inhibitor using SOD1G93A mice and ALS patients.SOD1G93A mice treated with primidone showed significant delay of symptomatic onset and improved motor performance.One-hundred-sixty-two ALS participants dosed daily with primidone(62.5 mg)completed 24-week follow-up.A significant reduction was showed in serum levels of RIPK1 and IL-8,which were significantly higher in ALS patients than that of healthy controls(P<0.0001).Serum RIPK1 levels were correlated positively with the severity of bulbar symptoms(P<0.05).Our study suggests that serum levels of RIPK1 and IL-8 in peripheral can be used as clinical biomarkers for the activation of RIPK1 in central nervous system in human ALS patients.Repurposing primidone may provide a promising therapeutic strategy for ALS.The effect of primidone for the treatment of other inflammatory diseases may also be considered,since the activation of RIPK1 has been implicated in mediating a variety of inflammatory diseases including COVID-19-associated cytokine release syndrome(CRS).(ChiCTR2200060149).Jun Wei Min Li Zhi Ye Xinqian Hu Xiaoyan He Jia Wang Gaofeng Chen Chengyu Zou Daichao Xu Hongbing Zhang Junying Yuan Yunhong Zha 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,1:0
12Bimetallic selenide heterostructure with directional built-in electricfield confined in N-doped carbon nanofibers for superior sodium storage with ultralong lifespan显示文摘Constructing heterostructure is considered as an effective strategy to address the sluggish electronic and ionic kinetics of anode materials for sodium ion batteries(SIBs).However,realizing the orientated growth and uniform distribution of the heterostructure is still a great challenge.Herein,the regulated novel CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)heterostructure confined in N-doped carbon nanofibers(CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)@N-C)are prepared by using Co/Ni-ZIF template,in which,the CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)heterostructures realize uniform distribution on a micro level.Benefiting from the unique heterostructure and N-doped carbon nanofibers,the CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)@N-C deliveries superior rate capability and durable cycle lifespan with a reversible capacity of 400.5 mA h g^(-1)after 5000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1).The Na-ion full battery with CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)@N-C anode and layered oxide cathode displays a remarkable energy density of 563 W h kg^(-1)with 241.1 W kg^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1).The theoretical calculations disclose that the periodic and directional built-in electric-field along with the heterointerfaces of CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)@N-C can accelerate electrochemical reaction kinetics.The in(ex)situ experimental measurements reveal the reversible conversion reaction and stable structure of CoSe_(2)/NiSe_(2)@N-C during Na+insertion/extraction.The study highlights the potential ability of precisely controlled heterostructure to stimulate the electrochemical performances of advanced anode for SIBs.Junying Weng Degui Zou Wenyong Yuan Pengfei Zhou Minghui Ding Jin Zhou Hailin Cong Fangyi Cheng 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4:0
