1肠道菌群在功能性便秘中的作用显示文摘功能性便秘非常常见,但其发病机制尚不明了。越来越多的证据显示,功能性便秘与肠道微生态失调有关,而肠道微生态与肠道转运之间很可能存在相互影响。本文对功能性便秘发生过程中肠道微生态所发挥作用的证据进行了总结。肠道微生态通过胆酸、短链脂肪酸、5-羟色胺和甲烷等相关微生物代谢活动调控结肠动力、结肠黏膜分泌和吸收,进而促使功能性便秘的发生。作为肠道微生态影响功能性便秘的证据支持,用益生菌、益生元、合生元和中药治疗功能性便秘时,常可观察到患者肠道微生态在菌种组成和功能上的改变。深入研究功能性便秘的病理发生,阐明微生态制剂治疗功能性便秘的药理机制,将为功能性便秘的新型治疗方法提供理论基础。Shengsheng Zhang Ruixin Wang Danyan Li Luqing Zhao Lixin Zhu 2021Gastroenterology Report2021,9,5:13

13Similarities and Differences of CT Features between COVID-19 Pneumonia and Heart Failure显示文摘Aims:During the COVID-19 epidemic,chest computed tomography(CT)has been highly recommended for screen-ing of patients with suspected COVID-19 because of an unclear contact history,overlapping clinical features,and an overwhelmed health system.However,there has not been a full comparison of CT for diagnosis of heart failure or COVID-19 pneumonia.Methods:Patients with heart failure(n=23)or COVID-19 pneumonia(n=23)and one patient with both diseases were retrospectively enrolled.Clinical information and chest CT images were obtained and analyzed.Results:There was no difference in ground-glass opacity,consolidation,crazy paving pattern,the lobes affected,and septal thickening between heart failure and COVID-19 pneumonia.However,a less rounded morphology(4%vs.70%,P=0.00092),more peribronchovascular thickening(70%vs.35%,P=0.018)and fi ssural thickening(43%vs.4%,P=0.002),and less peripheral distribution(30%vs.87%,P=0.00085)were found in the heart failure group than in the COVID-19 group.Importantly,there were also more patients with upper pulmonary vein enlargement(61%vs.4%,P=0.00087),subpleural effusion(50%vs.0%,P=0.00058),and cardiac enlargement(61%vs.4%,P=0.00075)in the heart failure group than in the COVID-19 group.Besides,more fi brous lesions were found in the COVID-19 group,although there was no statistical difference(22%vs.4%,P=0.080).Conclusions:Although there is some overlap of CT features between heart failure and COVID-19,CT is still a useful tool for differentiating COVID-19 pneumonia.Zhaowei Zhu Jianjun Tang Xiangping Chai Zhenfei Fang Qiming Liu Xinqun Hu Danyan Xu Jia He Liang Tang Shi Tai Yuzhi Wu Shenghua Zhou 2021Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2021,,3:0
14Tantalum pentoxide:a new material platform for high-performance dielectric metasurface optics in the ultraviolet and visible region显示文摘Dielectric metasurfaces,composed of planar arrays of subwavelength dielectric structures that collectively mimic the operation of conventional bulk optical elements,have revolutionized the field of optics by their potential in constructing high-efficiency and multi-functional optoelectronic systems on chip.The performance of a dielectric metasurface is largely determined by its constituent material,which is highly desired to have a high refractive index,low optical loss and wide bandgap,and at the same time,be fabrication friendly.Here,we present a new material platform based on tantalum pentoxide(Ta2O5)for implementing high-performance dielectric metasurface optics over the ultraviolet and visible spectral region.This wide-bandgap dielectric,exhibiting a high refractive index exceeding 2.1 and negligible extinction coefficient across a broad spectrum,can be easily deposited over large areas with good quality using straightforward physical vapor deposition,and patterned into high-aspect-ratio subwavelength nanostructures through commonly-available fluorine-gas-based reactive ion etching.We implement a series of highefficiency ultraviolet and visible metasurfaces with representative light-field modulation functionalities including polarization-independent high-numerical-aperture lensing,spin-selective hologram projection,and vivid structural color generation,and the devices exhibit operational efficiencies up to 80%.Our work overcomes limitations faced by scalability of commonly-employed metasurface dielectrics and their operation into the visible and ultraviolet spectral range,and provides a novel route towards realization of high-performance,robust and foundry-manufacturable metasurface optics.Cheng Zhang Lu Chen Zhelin Lin Junyeob Song Danyan Wang Moxin Li Okan Koksal Zi Wang Grisha Spektor David Carlson Henri J.Lezec Wenqi Zhu Scott Papp Amit Agrawal 2024Light(Science & Applications)2024,13,1:0
