1Real-time object tracking via least squares transformation in spatial and Fourier domains for unmanned aerial vehicles显示文摘This paper addresses the problem of real-time object tracking for unmanned aerial vehicles. We consider the task of object tracking as a classification problem. Training a good classifier always needs a huge number of samples, which is always time-consuming and not suitable for realtime applications. In this paper, we transform the large-scale least-squares problem in the spatial domain to a series of small-scale least-squares problems with constraints in the Fourier domain using the correlation filter technique. Then, this problem is efficiently solved by two stages. In the first stage, a fast method based on recursive least squares is used to solve the correlation filter problem without constraints in the Fourier domain. In the second stage, a weight matrix is constructed to prune the solution attained in the first stage to approach the constraints in the spatial domain. Then, the pruned classifier is used for tracking. To evaluate proposed tracker’s performance, comprehensive experiments are conducted on challenging aerial sequences in the UAV123 dataset. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed approach achieves a state-ofthe-art tracking performance in aerial sequences and operates at a mean speed of beyond 40 frames/s. 22 K superfluid helium cryogenic vertical test system for superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I显示文摘Purpose The accelerator-driven subcritical system(ADS)is the internationally recognized key technology of nuclear waste problem treatment,of which superconducting proton linac is an important part.With the support of the strategic science and technology pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences took the lead in the research of 325 MHz superconducting proton linac,which is called ADS Injector I.The superconducting accelerator part of ADS Injector I mainly consists of 14 spoke-type superconducting cavities withβ0.12.At the same time,the research work of various cavities with differentβvalues and different frequencies is also carried out to lay the technical and technological foundation for ADS main accelerator.The only way to determine whether the superconducting cavity can reach the design target and whether it can be installed into the cryostat is the vertical test at cryogenic.As the only way to test the microwave performance of the superconducting cavity at low temperature,the vertical test can accurately test the acceleration gradient Eacc and the corresponding quality factor Q0 of the superconducting cavity.The design and construction of the superconducting cavity vertical test facility is based on the practical needs of the pilot project and the long-term development of the superconducting accelerator.Methods This paper mainly introduces the design and construction of the cryogenic vertical test system for the superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I,including the system scheme design,process design,heat load analysis,2 K superfluid helium obtaining method,system commissioning and operation,etc.Results and Conclusion The static heat leakage at 2 K of the 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I is 1.624W,which has reached the international advanced level.The 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I after constructed not only meets the test requirements of ADS pilot project,but also conducts 4 K and 2 K vertical tests for other different types of superconducting cavities and relevant cryogenic experiments.Rui Ge Liangrui Sun Miaofu Xu Rui Ye Xiangzhen Zhang Minjing Sang Ruixiong Han Zhuo Zhang Jiehao Zhang Lin Bian Mei Li Changcheng Ma Tongxian Zhao Yongcheng Jiang Zhengze Chang Shaopeng Li 2020Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2020,4,2:2
3Pyrite morphology and episodic euxinia of the Ediacaran Doushantuo Formation in South China显示文摘The Ediacaran Doushantuo Formation with well-preserved fossil record in South China provides a rare window for our understanding of biological evolution,global carbon cycle,and oceanic redox states.Prominent negativeδ^(13)C anomalies(i.e.,the Shuram excursion)in Ediacaran successions worldwide fundamentally challenge the traditional models of isotopic mass balance.Additionally,conflicting opinions of both oxic and anoxic conditions have been proposed for the deep waters during this period.Here,we present a detailed study of pyrite morphology and carbonate carbon isotope data documented from drill core samples at Songtao County,northeastern Guizhou.Framboid aggregates are the dominant pyrite form in black shale and they can transfer to euhedral crystals through continuous growth of the constituent microcrystals.A positive correlation between microcrystal sizes(d)and framboid diameters(D)is observed,while the different D/d ratios of framboids in argillaceous dolostone and black shale reflect different substrate availability.Electron microprobe analyses reveal no consistent compositional patterns between framboidal and euhedral pyrites.Framboid size distributions of the investigated drill core,in combination with previously published redox data from the intra-shelf Jiulongwan section,shelf margin Zhongling section,and lower slope Wuhe section,suggest that three episodes of marine euxinia have been established throughout the deposition of the Doushantuo Formation.The time lag between the uppermost euxinic interval and the Shuram excursion may arise from the depression of sulfate reduction maintained by other oxidants.YE YunTao WU ChaoDong ZHAI LiNa AN ZhengZe 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,1:2

15GelNB molecular coating as a biophysical barrier to isolate intestinal irritating metabolites and regulate intestinal microbial homeostasis in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic,immune-mediated inflammatory disease characterized by the destruction of the structure and function of the intestinal epithelial barrier.Due to the poor remission effect and severe adverse events associated with current clinical medications,IBD remains an incurable disease.Here,we demonstrated a novel treatment strategy with high safety and effective inflammation remission via tissue-adhesive molecular coating.The molecular coating is composed of o-nitrobenzaldehyde(NB)-modified Gelatin(GelNB),which can strongly bond with-NH_(2)on the intestinal surface of tissue to form a thin biophysical barrier.We found that this molecular coating was able to stay on the surface of the intestine for long periods of time,effectively protecting the damaged intestinal epithelium from irritations of external intestinal metabolites and harmful flora.In addition,our results showed that this coating not only provided a beneficial environment for cell migration and proliferation to promote intestinal repair and regeneration,but also achieved a better outcome of IBD by reducing intestinal inflammation.Moreover,the in vivo experiments showed that the GelNB was better than the classic clinical medication-mesalazine.Therefore,our molecular coating showed potential as a promising strategy for the prevention and treatment of IBD.Qijiang Mao Haoqi Pan Yiyin Zhang Yi Zhang Qiuwen Zhu Yi Hong Zhengze Huang Yang Li Xu Feng Yifeng Fang WenChao Chen Pengfei Chen Bo Shen Hongwei Ouyang Yuelong Liang 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,1:1
