2Integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses of a wax deficient citrus mutant exhibiting jasmonic acid-mediated defense against fungal pathogens显示文摘Naturally,resistant crop germplasms are important resources for managing the issues of agricultural product safety and environment deterioration.We found a spontaneous mutant of‘Newhall’navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck)(MT)with broad-spectrum protections against fungal pathogens in the orchard,postharvest-storage,and artificial inoculation conditions.To understand the defense mechanism of MT fruit,we constructed a genome-scale metabolic network that integrated metabolome and transcriptome datasets.The coordinated transcriptomic and metabolic data were enriched in two sub-networks,showing the decrease in very long chain fatty acid(by 41.53%)and cuticular wax synthesis(by 81.34%),and increase in the synthesis of jasmonic acid(JA)(by 95.23%)and JA-induced metabolites such as 5-dimethylnobietin(by 28.37%)in MT.Furthermore,cytological and biochemical analyses confirmed that the response to fungal infection in MT was independent of wax deficiency and was correlated with the levels of jasmonates,and the expression of plant defensin gene PDF1.2.Results of exogenous application of MeJA and JA inhibitors such as propyl gallate proved that JA-mediated defense contributes to the strong tolerance against pathogens in MT.Our results indicated that jasmonate biosynthesis and signaling are stimulated by the fatty acid redirection of MT,and participate in the tolerance of pathogenic fungi.Yizhong He Jingwen Han Runsheng Liu Yuduan Ding Jinqiu Wang Li Sun Xiaoming Yang Yunliu Zeng Weiwei Wen Juan Xu Hongming Zhang Xiang Yan Zhaoxing Chen Zuliang Gu Hong Chen Huanqing Tang Xiuxin Deng Yunjiang Cheng 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:8

4Regorafenib-loaded poly(lactide-co-glycolide) microspheres designed to improve transarterial chemoembolization therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)has been widely introduced to treat hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)especially for unresectable patients for decades.However,TACE evokes an angiogenic response due to the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),resulting in the formation of new blood vessels and eventually tumor recurrence.Thus,we aimed to develop regorafenib(REGO)-loaded poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)microspheres that enabled localized and sustained drug delivery to limit proangiogenic responses following TACE in HCC treatment.REGO-loaded PLGA microspheres were prepared using the emulsion-solvent evaporation/extraction method,in which DMF was selected as an organic phase co-solvent.Accordingly,we optimized the proportion of DMF,which the optimal ratio to DCM was 1:9(v/v).After preparation,the microspheres provided high drug loading capacity of 28.6%,high loading efficiency of 91.5%,and the average particle size of 149μm for TACE.IR spectra and XRD were applied to confirming sufficient REGO entrapment.The in vitro release profiles demonstrated sustained drug release of microspheres for more than 30 d To confirm the role of REGO-loaded microspheres in TACE,the cell cytotoxic activity on HepG2 cells and anti-angiogenic effects in HUVECs Tube-formation assay were studied in combination with miriplatin.Moreover,the microspheres indicated the potential of antagonizing miriplatin resistance of HepG2 cells in vitro.Pharmacokinetics preliminary studies exhibited that REGO could be sustainably released from microspheres for more than 30d after TACE in vivo.In vivo anti-tumor efficacy was further determined in HepG2 xenograft tumor mouse model,demonstrating that REGO microspheres could improve the antitumor efficacy of miriplatin remarkably compared with miriplatin monotherapy.In conclusion,the obtained REGO microspheres demonstrated promising therapeutic effects against HCC when combined with TACE.Xiang Li Guangwei He Feng Su Zhaoxing Chu Leiming Xu Yazhong Zhang Jianping Zhou Yang Ding 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,6:4
5Controllable one-step doping synthesis for the white-light emission of cesium copper iodide perovskites显示文摘In this paper, a controllable one-step doping method has been successfully adopted in the cesium copper iodide perovskite’s luminescence, a high-quality white-light emission with Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage(CIE) coordinates of(0.3397, 0.3325), and a color rendering index(CRI) reaching up to 90 was realized in a convenient way. Through adding impurities into the Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5) system, high efficiency and stable CsCu_(2)I_(3) was synthesized, and the coexistence of varied high luminescence phases realized the white lighting.Strikingly, blue-emitting Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5) and yellow-emitting CsCu_(2)I_(3) could coexist, and their respective luminescence was not interacted in the compound, which was beneficial for acquiring a single emission and highly efficient white lighting. 6氯盐对水泥混凝土强度与防冰效率的试验研究显示文摘以盐溶液外部浸泡模拟混凝土表面防冰,以内部掺加盐分模拟混凝土内部防冰。通过抗压与弯拉试验分析了2种氯盐施加方式对混凝土强度的影响;又通过室内冻结试验分析了氯盐施加方式对防冰效率的影响。结果表明:内部防冰对混凝土强度的损伤程度要大于外部防冰;两种方式在初始冻结时间上几乎无明显差异,在完全冻结时间上内部防冰的延迟效果显著弱于表面防冰。由此可判断,强度损伤主要来源于内部,防冰效率则来源于表层。因此,防冰涂层与防渗层组合具有应用前景。曹林涛 Xie Zhaoxing 万红军 张小龙 2013中外公路2013,33,1:2
