2Coupling of Hierarchical Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) Nanofibers into 3D Photothermal Aerogels Toward Simultaneous Water Evaporation and Purification显示文摘Serious freshwater shortage and environmental pollution boost the rapid development of solar-driven water production.Although improved evaporation rate has achieved in recent years,undesirable impurity(e.g.,pollutant components)can also be inevitably evaporated and collected as impurity in produced freshwater.This work reports new ultra-light three-dimensional(3D)aerogels assembled by hierarchical Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers and reduced graphene oxide(RGO)for excit-ing synchronized solar-driven evaporation and water purification.Hydrophilic Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) fibrous channels linked up the graphene hot-spots and water body for sufficient water supply and bulk water insulation.Meanwhile,featured with thermal insulation effect,the Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers effectively locked the converted heat with less energy loss from sunlight.The introducing of Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers into RGO aerogel led to the effective interfacial evaporation for a more rapid water evaporation rate(2.19 kg·m−2·h−1,normalized to evaporation area including both top and side surface),which was 36%higher than that of pristine RGO aerogel.Moreover,simultaneous with the strong steam generation,Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers in situ removed the pollutants within steam by photodegradation,achieving polluted wastewater purification with high con-taminant removal ratio of 91.3%.Our work on coupling Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers into photothermal aerogel provides attractive solutions for the challenges of clean water scarcity and serious environmental pollution.Xiangyu Meng Wanlin Xu Zhihui Li Jianhui Yang Jingwu Zhao Xixi Zou Yueming Sun Yunqian Dai 2020Advanced Fiber Materials2020,2,2:4
3Deposition of Phase-pure Cr2AlC Coating by DC Magnetron Sputtering and Post Annealing Using Cr-Al-C Targets with Controlled Elemental Composition but Different Phase Compositions显示文摘Polycrystalline Cr_2AlC coatings were prepared on M38G superalloy using a two-step method consisting of magnetron sputtering from Cr-Al-C composite targets at room temperature and subsequent annealing at 620°C. Particularly, various targets synthesized by hot pressing mixture of Cr, Al, and C powders at 650–1000°C were used. It was found that regardless of the phase compositions and density of the composite targets, when the molar ratio of Cr:Al:C in the starting materials was 2:1:1, phase-pure crystalline Cr_2AlC coatings were prepared by magnetron sputtering and post crystallization. The Cr_2AlC coatings were dense and crack-free and had a duplex structure. 4Functional characterization of oligopeptide transporter 1 of dairy cows显示文摘Background: It is wel known that peptides play a vital role in the nutrition and health of dairy cows. Bovine oligopeptide transporter 1(bP epT 1) is involved in the peptide transport process in the gastrointestinal tracts of dairy cows. However,little information is known in the characteristics of bP epT 1. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to characterize bP epT 1 functional y using a mammalian cel expression system. The uptake of radiolabeled dipeptide glycyl-sarcosine([3 H]-Gly-Sar)into the bP epT 1-transfected Chinese hamster ovary cel s was measured at various pH and substrate concentrations and with or without 15 other smal peptides that contained Met or Lys.Results: Western blot results showed that the abundance of bP epT 1 protein in the jejunum and ileum are the highest in the gastrointestinal tract of dairy cows. The uptake of [3 H]-Gly-Sar by b Pep T1-Chinese hamster ovary cells was dependent on time, p H, and substrate concentration, with a low Kmvalue of 0.94 ± 0.06 mmol/L and a maximum velocity of 20.80 ± 1.74 nmol/(mg protein · 5 min). Most of the di-and tripeptides were the substrates of b Pep T1,based on substrate-competitive studies. 12Nutritional value of detoxified Jatropha curcas seed cake protein isolates using rats as an animal model显示文摘A bioassay study was conducted to investigate the effects of substituting casein with graded levels of detoxified Jatropha curcas seed cake protein isolates(JPI) as a protein source on the growth performance,feed efficiency ratio(FER) and its protein values using rats as an animal model. Thirty 21-day-old male Spraguee Dawley weaned rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group with 6 replications(n = 1). Each group consumed one of the following diets: protein-free, casein(CAS) and JPI diets(JPI20,JPI40 and JPI60; different levels of JPI to replace the casein at concentrations of 20%, 40% and 60% on crude protein basis). Feed intake and protein intake showed no difference among the rats fed JPI20, JPI40 and CAS diets(P > 0.05). However, these parameters were lower in the rats fed JPI60 than in rats fed CAS(P < 0.05). The rats fed diets containing JPI had lower body weight gain, protein efficiency ratio and net protein retention than those fed CAS diet(P < 0.05). When the level of JPI used to replace the casein was lower than 40%, protein efficiency ratio(PER) was close to or higher than 2.0, which suggests that JPI could be viewed as a high-quality protein. Inclusion of JPI in the diet decreased alkaline phosphatase activity. The values were significantly lower in rats fed JPI20 and JPI40than in rats fed CAS(P < 0.05). No histopathological changes were observed in livers and kidneys in the rats fed JPI diets. 19Reconstruction and petroleum geological significance of lithofacies paleogeography and paleokarst geomorphology of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in northwestern Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘Based on analysis of outcrop,drilling,logging and seismic data,and geotectonic background,the lithofacies paleogeography and paleokarst geomorphology of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in the northwestern Sichuan Basin were reconstructed,and the petroleum geological significance of the lithofacies paleogeography and paleokarst geomorphology were discussed.The Maokou Formation is divided into 3 long-term cycles,namely LSCl,LSC2 and LSC3,which correspond to the Member 1,Member 2 and Member 3 of the Maokou Formation,respectively.Controlled by the extensional structure caused by opening of the Mianlue Ocean in the north margin of the upper Yangtze blocks and basement faults produced by mantle plume uplifting,the area had tectonic differentiation in NWW and NE,and sedimentary basement took on episodic settlement from north to south,as a result,the sedimentary systems of Member 1 to Member 3 gradually evolved from carbonate platform to platform-slope-continental shelf.According to the residual thickness,paleokarst geomorphologic units such as karst highland,karst slope and karst depression at different stages were reconstructed.The karst geomorphological units were developed successively on the basis of sedimentary geomorphology.Sedimentary facies and paleokarst geomorphology are of great significance for oil and gas accumulation.The Maokou Formation in northwestern Sichuan has two kinds of most favorable reservoir zone combinations:high energy grain shoal and karst monadnock,platform margin slope and karst slope.Based on this understanding,the planar distribution of the two kinds of reservoir zones were predicted by overlapping the favorable reservoir facies belt with paleokarst geomorphology.The study results provide a new idea and reference for the exploration deployment of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in the Sichuan Basin.ZHONG Yuan YANG Yueming WEN Long LUO Bing XIAO Di LI Minglong CHEN Cong ZHAO Like LU Feifan TAN Xiucheng 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:1
