| 1 | 基于服务主导逻辑的商业模式创新显示文摘第三次科技革命在颠覆性地改变商业环境的同时也改变了价值创造和价值分配的方式,这必将催生新一轮商业模式变革。然而,以往关于商业模式的研究成果多是基于传统的商品主导逻辑的,产品与服务品的明确区分往往容易导致'服务化悖论',单纯的追求高端要素会导致'商业模式创新失灵'。因此,指导企业战略和行动的商业逻辑从商品主导逻辑向服务主导逻辑演变,而价值主导逻辑的演变必然导致商业模式创新,Facebook、利丰和苹果三个公司的例子就是很好地基于服务主导逻辑的三种商业模式创新的路径。 | 李文秀 Yueming QIU 马鹏 | 2016 | 广东行政学院学报2016，28，3： | 4 |
