This paper presents a semantic-based similarity algorithm to build the IoT service community. Firstly, the algorithm reflects that the nodes of IoT contain a wealth of semantic information and makes them to build into the concept tree. Then tap the similarity of the semantic information based on the concept tree. Finally, we achieve the optimization of the service community through greedy algorithm and control the size of the service community by adjusting the threshold. | 5 | Degradable nanocatalyst enables antitumor/antibacterial therapy and promotion of wound healing for diabetes via self-enhanced cascading reaction显示文摘Diabetic patients often have problems such as residual tumor and wound infection after tumor resection,causing severe clinical problems.It is urgent to develop effective therapies to reach oncotherapy/antiinfection/promotion of wound healing combined treatment.Herein,we propose CS/MnO_(2)-GO_x (CMGO_x)nanocatalysts for the specific catalytic generation of ~·OH to inhibit tumors and bacteria in a hyperglycemic environment.The good biocompatible chitosan (CS),as a carrier for the catalyst,exhibits excellent antibacterial effect as well as promotes wound healing.Glucose oxidase (GO_x) is loaded on the surface of CS nanoparticles to generate H_(2)O_(2) and gluconic acid by consuming glucose (starvation therapy,ST) and O_(2).The MnO_(2) depletes glutathione (GSH) to produce Mn^(2+),amplifying oxidative stress and further promoting the activity of Mn^(2+)-mediated Fenton-like reaction to produce~·OH (chemodynamic therapy,CDT)in weak acidic environment.Moreover,the produced gluconic acid lowers the p H of the environment,enhancing chemodynamic therapy (ECDT).The tumor cells and bacteria are efficiently eliminated by the synergistic effect of ST and ECDT.The MnO_(2) nanoparticles at neutral environment decomposes H_(2)O_(2) into O_(2),which cooperate with CS to promote healing.The self-enhanced cascade reaction of CMGO_x in situ exhibits excellent effects of antitumor/antibacterial therapy and promotion of wound healing,offering a promising integrated treatment for diabetic patients after tumor surgical resection. | Xiang Wang Cheng Ding Ziwen Zhang Chunlin Li Dongmiao Cao Linjing Zhao Guoying Deng Yu Luo Chunping Yuan Jie Lu Xijian Liu | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,7: | 0 |

| 11 | Interference management for rate-constrained moving relay node in a heterogeneous network显示文摘Cooperative communication via a moving relay node(MRN) helps resolve both the poor quality of service(QoS) and limited battery-capacity problems of cell-edge vehicle user equipment(VUE). This paper investigates the performance of MRNs in a heterogeneous network(HetNet). MRNs as well as other small cells are expected to coexist in a complex manner. In such a HetNet, the inter-cell interference may degrade the expected improvement of MRNs, especially at the cell-edge. In this paper, we investigate the impact of intercell interference on the performance of MRNs. To alleviate this impact, we first formulated a general optimization problem for which it is intractable to find a global optimal solution. To have a practical solution with low computational complexity, we used a practical interference management algorithm that aimed to ensure that every MRN achieved its required minimum-rate while maximizing total network throughput. In the simulations, the proposed algorithm was observed to improve both the QoS and fairness of MRNs. | 12 | The SMAD2/miR-4256/HDAC5/p16^(INK4a) signaling axis contributes to gastric cancer progression显示文摘The dysregulation of exosomal microRNAs(miRNAs)plays a crucial role in the development and progression of cancer.This study investigated the role of a newly identified serum exosomal miRNA miR-4256 in gastric cancer(GC)and the underlying mechanisms.The differentially expressed miRNAs were firstly identified in serum exosomes of GC patients and healthy individuals using next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics.Next,the expression of serum exosomal miR-4256 was analyzed in GC cells and GC tissues,and the role of miR-4256 in GC was investigated by in vitro and in vivo experiments.Then,the effect of miR-4256 on its downstream target genes HDAC5/p16^(INK4a) was studied in GC cells,and the underlying mechanisms were evaluated using dual luciferase reporter assay and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation(ChIP).Additionally,the role of the miR-4256/HDAC5/p16^(INK4a) axis in GC was studied using in vitro and in vivo experiments.Finally,the upstream regulators SMAD2/p300 that regulate miR-4256 expression and their role in GC were explored using in vitro experiments.miR-4256 was the most significantly upregulated miRNA and was overexpressed in GC cell lines and GC tissues;in vitro and in vivo results showed that miR-4256 promoted GC growth and progression.Mechanistically,miR-4256 enhanced HDAC5 expression by targeting the promoter of the HDAC5 gene in GC cells,and then restrained the expression of p16^(INK4a) through the epigenetic modulation of HDAC5 at the p16INK4a promoter.Furthermore,miR-4256 overexpression was positively regulated by the SMAD2/p300 complex in GC cells.Our data indicate that miR-4256 functions as an oncogene in GC via the SMAD2/miR-4256/HDAC5/p16^(INK4a) axis,which participates in GC progression and provides novel therapeutic and prognostic biomarkers for GC. | MIN WANG HAILIANG ZHAO WEIWEI CHEN CAIQUN BIE JINYING YANG WENRUI CAI CHUTIAN WU YANFANG CHEN SHUFEN FENG YING SHI YUTING LI HUIJUN TANG LIXIAN ZHONG LILIANGZI GUO SISI CHEN LINJING LONG SHAOHUI TANG | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,4: | 0 |

| 17 | Toward Sustainable Revegetation in the Loess Plateau Using Coupled Water and Carbon Management显示文摘The'Grain-for-Green'project on the Loess Plateau is the largest revegetation program in the world.However,revegetation-induced land use changes can influence both water and carbon cycles,and the diverse consequences were not well understood.Therefore,the reasonability and sustainability of revegetation measures are in question.This study quantifies the impacts of revegetation-induced land use conversions on the water and carbon cycles in a typical watershed on the Loess Plateau and identifies suitable areas where revegetation of forest or grassland could benefit both soil and water conservation and carbon sequestration.We used a coupled hydro-biogeochemical model to simulate the changes of a few key components in terms of water and carbon by designing a variety of hypothetical land use conversion scenarios derived from revegetation policy.Compared to the baseline condition(land use in 2000),both sediment yield and water yield decreased substantially when replacing steep cropland with forest or grassland.Converting cropland with slopes larger than 25°,15°,and 6°to forest(CTF)would enhance the carbon sequestration with a negligible negative effect on soil water content,while replacing cropland with grassland(CTG)would result in a decline in net primary production but with a substantial increase in soil water content(3.8%-14.9%).Compared to the baseline,the soil organic carbon would increase by 0.9%-3.2% in CTF and keep relatively stable in CTG.Through testing a variety of hypothetical revegetation scenarios,we identified potential priority areas for CTF and CTG,where revegetation may be appropriate and potentially beneficial to conserving soil and water and enhancing carbon sequestration.Our study highlights the challenges in future water and carbon coupling management under revegetation policy,and our quantitative results and identification of potential areas for revegetation could provide information to policy makers for seeking optimal management on the Loess Plateau. | Fubo Zhao Yiping Wu Xiaowei Yin Georgii Alexandrov Linjing Qiu | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,8: | 0 |
