| 3 | Innovative superheated steam impingement blanching(SSIB)enhances drying rate and quality attributes of line pepper显示文摘Blanching is an essential step before processing of agricultural products as it can inactivate enzymes that cause undesirable changes.In current work the effects of superheated steam impingement blanching(SSIB)time and temperature on drying characteristics and red pigments content of line pepper were investigated.Results showed that after a 3-min SSIB pretreatment at 110℃ the pepper epidermis covered with wax coat was damaged.In addition,the drying time was extensively decreased and the loss of red pigments of dried products was reduced.Results showed that the whole drying process took place in the falling rate period,which indicated that diffusion was the dominant physical mechanism governing moisture movement in the samples.Therefore,the second Fick’s law of diffusion was used to determine the effective moisture diffusivity(Deff)of line pepper,which increased from 1.193×10^-10 to 3.128×10^-10 m^2/s with increasing of the drying temperature and air velocity.The drying activation energy(Ea)of pretreated samples was 34.31 kJ/mol,which decreased by 3% compared with the non-pretreatment group.The findings of this work indicate that SSIB is very promising pretreatment technique as it not only enhances drying process but also improves bioactive substance preservation of red pepper. | Xu-Hai Yang Qian Zhang Jun Wang Li-Zhen Deng Za Kan | 2017 | Information Processing in Agriculture2017,4,4: | 5 |
| 4 | 铁盐水解法制备铁层柱蒙脱石及其结构特性研究显示文摘利用低角度X射线衍射、红外光谱、喇曼光谱及孔结构分析,研究了用铁盐水解法制备的铁层柱蒙脱石的结构与性质。所制得的铁层柱蒙脱石以介孔型层离结构为主,微孔型柱撑结构为辅。前者为蒙脱石片层与铁离子水解产生的聚合羟基铁簇合物堆垛而成的卡房状结构,与d值为6.4±1.0nm的X射线衍射宽峰相对应;微孔型柱撑结构则与d值约1.5nm的(001)衍射峰相对应。所合成的系列铁层柱蒙脱石中最大的比表面积和孔容分别为215.7m2/g和0.291mL/g。500℃热处理后,仍保存铁层柱蒙脱石的介孔结构。铁层柱蒙脱石富含阴离子(NO3-),并作为平衡铁水解聚合物正电荷的反离子而稳定存在,可为磷钨酸离子[PW12O40]3-所交换。铁层柱蒙脱石的新型结构和特殊性质在催化剂、载体与吸附剂等领域具新的应用前景。 | 袁鹏 杨丹 陶奇 Fa■za Bergaya 何宏平 朱建喜 周琴 | 2007 | 矿物岩石地球化学通报2007,26,2: | 5 |
| 5 | Design and test of 4ZZ-4A2 full-hydraulic self-propelled jujube harvester显示文摘The cultivated area of jujube in Xinjiang has increased rapidly in recent years.While the jujube harvest by hand has the shortage of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost,in addition,the harvesting machinery applying to dwarf and dense planting mode of jujubes is unavailable in Xinjiang.The 4ZZ-4A2 based on the full-hydraulic self-propelled jujube harvester was designed to solve the above problems.The harvester was mainly composed of a frame,a vibrating device,a jujube collecting and conveying device,an air separation device,a steering system,a hydraulic system and a jujube suction device and was capable of completing vibration,collection,conveying,cleaning and sundries removal work of jujubes through one step.The jujubes dropped on the ground were picked up at the same time.The AMESim simulation software was adopted to perform simulation analysis on the overall hydraulic system.The results showed that the speed of the vibrating motor was stable at about 650 r/min(the corresponding vibration frequency is 10.83 Hz)with the torque of 80 N·m,the speed of the conveyor motor was stable at 77 r/min with the torque of 77 N·m;the speed of the fan motor was stable at 54 r/min with the torque of 53.6 N·m;the speed of the walking motor fluctuated around 100 r/min with the torque of about 1000 N·m;the hydraulic steering system responded rapidly and could satisfy the actual working requirements of the jujube harvester.The jujube garden test results showed that the harvester could reach to the optimum harvesting effect when running at the speed of 0.5 m/s.Under such speed,the ground jujube picking rate was 45.1%,the tree jujube harvesting rate was 93.2%,the loss rate was 2.9%,and the damage rate was 0.9%.This study can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the jujube harvester. | Wei Fu Zhiyuan Zhang Kai Ding Weibin Cao Za Kan Junbing Pan Yudong Liu | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4: | 4 |
| 6 | Alleviated mucosal and neuronal damage in a rat model of Crohn's disease显示文摘AIM:To establish a rat model suitable to investigate the repetitive relapsing inflammations(RRI)characteristic to Crohn’s disease.METHODS:Colitis was induced by 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid(TNBS).RRI were mimicked by repeating administrations of TNBS.Tissue samples were taken from control,once,twice and three times treated rats from the inflamed and adjacent non-inflamed colonic segments at different timepoints during the acute intestinal inflammation.The means of the ulcerated area were measured to evaluate the macroscopic mu-cosal damage.The density of myenteric neurons was determined on whole mounts by Hu C/Hu D immunohistochemistry.Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)expression was evaluated by molecular biological techniques.RESULTS:TNBS-treated rats displayed severe colitis,but the mortality was negligible,and an increase of body weight was characteristic throughout the experimental period.The widespread loss of myenteric neurons,and marked but transient HO-1 up-regulation were demonstrated after the first TNBS administration.After repeated doses the length of the recovery time and extent of the ulcerous colonic segments were markedly decreased,and the neuronal loss was on a smaller scale and was limited to the inflamed area.HO-1 m RNA level was notably greater than after a single dose and overexpression was sustained throughout the timepoints examined.Nevertheless,the HO-1protein up-regulation after the second TNBS treatment proved to be transient.Following the third treatment HO-1 protein expression could not be detected.CONCLUSION:Experimentally provoked RRI may exert a protective preconditioning effect against the mucosal and neuronal damage.The persistent up-regulation of HO-1 m RNA expression may correlate with this. | Petra Talapka Lajos István Nagy Alexandra Pál Marietta Zita Poles Anikó Berkó Mária Bagyánszki László Géza Puskás éva Fekete Nikolett Bódi | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,44: | 3 |

| 8 | Structural and molecular features of intestinal strictures in rats with Crohn's-like disease显示文摘AIM: To develop a new rat model we wanted to gain a better understanding of stricture formation in Crohn's disease(CD).METHODS: Chronic colitis was induced locally by the administration of 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid(TNBS). The relapsing inflammation characteristic to CD was mimicked by repeated TNBS treatments. Animals were randomly divided into control, once, twice and three times TNBS-treated groups. Control animals received an enema of saline. Tissue samples were taken from the strictured colonic segments and also adjacent proximally and distally to its 60, 90 or 120 d after the last TNBS or saline administrations. The frequency and macroscopic extent of the strictures were measured on digital photographs. The structural features of strictured gut wall were studied by light- and electron microscopy. Inflammation related alterations in TGF-beta 2 and 3, matrix metalloproteinases 9(MMP9) and TIMP1 m RNA and protein expression were determined by quantitative real-time PCR and western blot analysis. The quantitative distribution of caspase 9 was determined by post-embedding immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: Intestinal strictures first appeared 60 d after TNBS treatments and the frequency of them increased up to day 120. From day 90 an intact lamina epithelialis, reversible thickening of lamina muscularis mucosae and irreversible thickening of the muscularis externa were demonstrated in the strictured colonic segments. Nevertheless the morphological signs of apoptosis were frequently seen and excess extracellular matrix deposition was recorded between smooth muscle cells(SMCs). Enhanced caspase 9 expression on day 90 in the SMCs and on day 120 also in myenteric neurons indicated the induction of apoptosis. The m RNA expression profile of TGF-betas after repeated TNBS doses was characteristic to CD, TGF-beta 2, but not TGF-beta 3 was up-regulated. Overexpression of MMP9 and down-regulation of TIMP1 were demonstrated. | 9 | 颈内动脉外翻内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄疗效分析显示文摘目的探讨颈内动脉外翻内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄的疗效.方法对127例颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者行颈内动脉外翻内膜剥脱术,其中有症状者78例,无症状者49例.术后随访5~16个月,回顾性分析其疗效,评价此术式的优点.结果全组无手术死亡病例.术后患者均复查颈部和脑实质DSA,显示患侧颈动脉形态正常,颈内动脉血管迂曲消失,无1例狭窄.126例患者脑部供血有明显改善,其患侧颈内动脉、皮质下血管显影时间较术前提前0.40~0.90 s,颅内血管血流经过时间缩短0.50~0.80 s;出现脑梗死1例,遗留永久性神经功能缺损,有效率为99.2%,并发症发生率为2.4%.结论颈内动脉外翻内膜剥脱术是一种有效、安全治疗颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的手术方式. | 张佳栋 温向阳 D Maza | 2005 | 中国脑血管病杂志2005,2,11: | 3 |

| 13 | Prevalence of and risk factors for tuberculosis among healthcare workers in Chinese tuberculosis facilities显示文摘Background:China is one of 22 countries with a high tuberculosis(TB)burden in the world.Healthcare workers(HCWs)have a high risk of contracting Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection due to insufficient infection control practices.We conducted a cross-sectional study to explore the prevalence of TB and its associated risk factors among HCWs in Chinese TB facilities.Methods:Two hundred and forty-one TB facilities employing a total of 9663 HCWs were selected from 12 provinces in China to represent healthcare settings at the provincial,prefectural,and county levels.Structured questionnaires were used to collect information on TB infection control practices and HCWs in those facilities.Data was double entered into EpiData 3.1;TB prevalence and associated risk factors were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 with bivariate and multivariate regression models.Results:The results showed that 71 HCWs had been diagnosed with TB,accounting for a prevalence of 760/100000.The multivariate analysis showed that associated risk factors included belonging to the age group of 51 years and above(aOR:6.17,95%CI:1.35-28.28),being a nurse(aOR=3.09,95%CI:1.15-8.32),implementation of 0-9 items of management measures(aOR=2.57,95%CI:1.37-4.80),and implementation of 0-1 items of ventilation measures(aOR=2.42,95%CI:1.31-4.47).Conclusion:This was the first national large sampling survey on TB prevalence among HCWs in China.It was found that the implementation of TB infection control practices in some facilities was poor.The TB prevalence in HCWs was higher than that in the general population.Therefore,TB infection control practices in Chinese medical facilities should be strengthened. | Xiao-Ning Wang Tian-Lun He Meng-Jie Geng Yu-Dan Song Ji-Chun Wang Min Liu Sarah Jayne Hoosdally Ana Luíza Gibertoni Cruz Fei Zhao Yu Pang Yan-Lin Zhao Guang-Xue He | 2018 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1: | 2 |
