1Animal models of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease/nonalcoholic steatohepatitis显示文摘Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a condition in which excess fat accumulates in the liver of a patient without a history of alcohol abuse.Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),a severe form of NAFLD,can progress to liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.NAFLD is regarded as a hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome and incidence has been increasing worldwide in line with the increased prevalence of obesity,type 2 diabetes,and hyperlipemia.Animal models of NAFLD/NASH give crucial information,not only in elucidating pathogenesis of NAFLD/NASH but also in examining therapeutic effects of various agents.An ideal model of NAFLD/NASH should correctly reflect both hepatic histopathology and pathophysiology of human NAFLD/NASH.Animal models of NAFLD/NASH are divided into genetic,dietary,and combination models.In this paper,we review commonly used animal models of NAFLD/NASH referring to their advantages and disadvantages.Yoshihisa Takahashi Yurie Soejima Toshio Fukusato 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,19:57
2LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION PLANNING UNDER ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES显示文摘In this paper we demonstrate the need for risk-adjusted approaches to planning expansion of livestock production. In particular, we illustrate that under exposure to risk, a portfolio of producers is needed where more efficient producers co-exist and cooperate with less efficient ones given that the latter are associated with lower, uncorrelated or even negatively correlated contingencies. This raises important issues of cooperation and risk sharing among diverse producers. For large-scale practical allocation problems when information on the contingencies may be disperse, not analytically tractable, or be available on aggregate levels, we propose a downscaling procedure based on behavioral principles utilizing spatial risk preference structure. It allows for estimation of production allocation at required resolutions accounting for location specific risks and suitability constraints. The approach provides a tool for harmonization of data from various spatial levels. 4安徽巢湖地区早三叠世菊石序列(英文)显示文摘由于地处低纬度下扬子碳酸盐缓坡台地较深水区 ,安徽巢湖地区的下三叠统由一系列泥、灰岩旋回层组成 ,并含有丰富的菊石化石。通过对巢北平顶山和马家山一带上二叠统顶部和下三叠统多条剖面的系统研究 ,建立了在华南乃至低纬度特提斯地区具有代表性的、以属级分类单位为基础的下三叠统菊石生物地层序列 (从下而上 ) :Ophiceras Lytophiceras带、Gyronites Prionolobus带、Flemingites Euflemingites带、Anasibirites带、Columbites Tirolites带和Subcolumbites带。在提议的全球印度阶 奥伦尼克阶界线层型候选剖面———巢湖平顶山西坡剖面上 ,Flemingites Euflemingites带之底与牙形石Neospathoduswaageni首现点比较接近 ,可以作为本界线主要辅助标志之一。记述采自该区上二叠统顶部及下三叠统 ,尤其是印度阶 奥伦尼克阶界线附近的一些具有年代地层意义的菊石化石资料 。童金南 Yuri D.Zakharov 吴顺宝 2004古生物学报2004,43,2:27
5A candidate of the Induan-Olenekian boundary stratotype in the Tethyan region显示文摘The Olenekian Stage of the Lower Triassic is named from the Boreal Realm, but the stage has never been properly defined, nor has it been applied in the low-latitude Tethyan Realm, with exception of North Caucasus and Mangyshlak. This paper proposes a stratotype for the In-duan-Olenekian boundary in the low-latitude Tethyan Realm. South China is one of the main re-gions in the Tethyan Realm with well-developed Lower Triassic sequences and abundant fossils. According to the basic stratigraphic records and various accumulated data, we believe that the West Pingdingshan Section in Chaohu, Anhui Province is one of the best sequences to define the Induan-Olenekian boundary. The first appearance datum (FAD) of conodont Neospathodus waageni is the preferred index to define the boundary. 6典型黑土区村级尺度侵蚀沟演变显示文摘侵蚀沟的演变是东北水土流失过程的重要方面。利用1968和2009年亚米级遥感影像,获取典型黑土区村级尺度的侵蚀沟分布、耕地垄向和土地利用数据,基于1∶1万地形图获取等高线、坡度、坡长和垄向坡度数据,在地理信息系统和遥感技术的支持下,分析典型黑土区41 a村级尺度侵蚀沟的动态变化及其影响因素。结果表明:1)41 a间,典型黑土区侵蚀沟密度有明显增加的趋势,基于分辨率为亚米级遥感影像解译的侵蚀沟密度较以往研究结果大幅增加;2)自然坡度0.25°~1.5°范围内为该区域侵蚀沟密度变化最大的区域,8°以上区域由于实施退耕还林措施,侵蚀沟密度降低;3)300~500 m坡长区域侵蚀沟密度出现极值;4)由于实施改垄措施,41 a后垄向坡度在0~0.25°范围内耕地面积增加,大于0.25°范围内耕地面积均减少。李浩 张兴义 刘爽 Yury Kravchenko Kateryna Ivanova 李续峰 陈强 2012中国水土保持科学2012,10,2:17

8All-dielectric meta-optics and non-linear nanophotonics显示文摘Most optical metamaterials fabricated and studied to date employ metallic components resulting in significant losses, heat and overall low efficiencies. A new era of metamaterial physics is associated with all-dielectric meta-optics, which employs electric and magnetic Mie resonances of subwavelength particles with high refractive index for an optically induced magnetic response, thus underpinning a new approach to design and fabricate functional and practical metadevices. Here we review the recent developments in meta-optics and subwavelength dielectric photonics and demonstrate that the Mie resonances can play a crucial role in the realization of the unique functionalities of meta-atoms, also driving novel effects in the fields of metamaterials and nanophotonics. 9Clinical utility of the platelet-lymphocyte ratio as a predictor of postoperative complications after radical gastrectomy for clinical T2-4 gastric cancer显示文摘AIM To identify simple and sensitive markers for postoperative complications after gastrectomy, the predictive values were compared among candidate preoperative factors. METHODS Three-hundred and twelve patients with previously untreated clinical T2-4 gastric cancer who underwent a D2 standard gastrectomy(distal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy) were included in the analysis.Correlations between 21 parameters that can be determined by preoperative routine blood tests and clinically relevant postoperative complications(grade Ⅱ or higher according to the Clavien-Dindo classification) were evaluated. The optimal cutoff values and clinical significance of the selected markers were further evaluated by subgroup analyses according to age, body mass index, operative procedure and clinical disease stage.RESULTS Sixty-six patients(21.1%) experienced grade Ⅱ or higher postoperative complications. The plateletlymphocyte ratio(PLR, total lymphocyte count/platelet count × 100) exhibited the highest area under the curve value(0.639) for predicting postoperative complications among the 21 parameters, and the optimal cutoff value was determined to be 0.71(sensitivity = 70%, specificity = 56%). In the univariate analysis, the odds ratio of a low PLR for the occurrence of postoperative complications was 2.94(95%CI: 1.66-5.35, P < 0.001), and a multivariate binomial logistic analysis involving other potential risk factors identified a low PLR as an independent risk factor for postoperative complications(OR = 3.32, 95%CI: 1.82-6.25, P < 0.001). In subgroups classified according to age, body mass index, operative procedure and clinical disease stage, the low PLR group exhibited an increased incidence of postoperative complications. 10Role of the receptor for advanced glycation end products in hepatic fibrosis显示文摘AIM:To study the role of advanced glycation end products(AGE)and their specifi c receptor(RAGE)in the pathogenesis of liver fi brogenesis.METHODS:In vitro RAGE expression and extracellular matrix-related gene expression in both rat and human hepatic stellate cells(HSC)were measured after stimulation with the two RAGE ligands,advanced glycation end product-bovine serum albumin(AGE-BSA)and Nε-(carboxymethyl)lysine(CML)-BSA,or with tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).In vivo RAGE expression was examined in models of hepatic fi brosis induced by bile duct ligation or thioacetamide.The effects of AGE-BSA and CML-BSA on HSC proliferation,signal transduction and profi brogenic gene expression were studied in vitro.RESULTS:In hepatic fibrosis,RAGE expression was enhanced in activated HSC,and also in endothelial cells,inflammatory cells and activated bile duct epithelia.HSC expressed RAGE which was upregulated after stimulation with AGE-BSA,CML-BSA,and TNF-α.RAGE stimulation with AGE-BSA and CML-BSA did not alter HSC proliferation,apoptosis,fibrogenic signal transduction and fibrosis-or fibrolysis-related gene expression,except for marginal upregulation of procollagen α1(Ⅰ)mRNA by AGE-BSA.CONCLUSION:Despite upregulation of RAGE in activated HSC,RAGE stimulation by AGE does not alter their fibrogenic activation.Therefore,RAGE does not contribute directly to hepatic fibrogenesis.Christina Lohwasser Daniel Neureiter Yury Popov Michael Bauer Detlef Schuppan 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,46:13
11The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 12Meta-optics and bound states in the continuum显示文摘We discuss the recent advances in meta-optics and nanophotonics associated with the physics of bound states in the continuum(BICs). Such resonant states appear due to a strong coupling between leaky modes in optical guiding structures being supported by subwavelength high-index dielectric Mieresonant nanoantennas or all-dielectric metasurfaces. First, we review briefly very recent developments in the BIC physics in application to isolated subwavelength particles. We pay a special attention to novel opportunities for nonlinear nanophotonics due to the large field enhancement inside the particle volume creating the resonant states with high-quality(high-Q) factors, the so-called quasi-BIC, that can be supported by the subwavelength particles. Second, we discuss novel applications of the BIC physics to alldielectric optical metasurfaces with broken-symmetry meta-atoms when tuning to the BIC conditions allows to enhance substantially the Q factor of the flat-optics dielectric structures. 15重庆地区无偿献血者丙肝病毒感染及对献血者招募的影响(英文)显示文摘近年来,中国的献血者招募模式正在从有偿献血到单位组织献血,进而到完全无偿献血的模式转变。有关真正的无偿献血者中丙型肝炎感染的资料还较少报道。本研究对重庆地区2003年的首次献血者进行丙型肝炎感染及病毒分型的调查,共有13620份血清标本进行ELISA丙型肝炎抗体检测,其中抗体阳性标本再经RT-PCR扩增HCVRNA的核心区/E2区片段进行基因分型。结果发现,HCV抗体阳性率为0.49%(67/13620),其中在40-49岁年龄段的阳性率(0.86%)最高;高学历人群和大城市生活人群的阳性率相对为高。丙肝病毒的基因分型结果显示,在22份基因分型阳性标本中有基因型1b,2a,3a和3b等四种,分别占4(18%)、5(23%)、9(41)和4(18%),以基因型3(包括3a和3b)为流行。结论:重庆地区无偿献血人群中丙型肝炎抗体阳性率较低;由于本地及周边地区静注毒品人群中丙型肝炎感染以基因型3为主,提示可能在献血人群中有静注吸毒者的存在。因此,随着献血模式的转变,在献血者的招募中应注意排除吸毒者这一高危人群。赵树铭 蒋天伦 黎儒青 GAO Feng-Xiang LU Ling ZHENG Hao-Qiang 胡建 范娅涵 李兵 肖瑞卿 Yury Khudoyakov 2008中国实验血液学杂志2008,16,3:10
16Preventive effect of a pectic polysaccharide of the common cranberry Vaccinium oxycoccos L. on acetic acid-induced colitis in mice显示文摘AIM: To study isolation and chemical characterization of pectin derived from the common cranberry Vaccinium oxycoccos L. (oxycoccusan OP) and the testing of its preventive effect on experimental colitis.METHODS: Mice were administrated orally with OP two days prior to a rectal injection of 5% acetic acid and examined for colonic damage 24 h later. Colonic inflammation was characterized by macroscopical injury and enhanced levels of myeloperoxidase activity measured spectrophotometrically with o-phenylene diamine as the substrate. The mucus contents of the colon were determined by the Alcian blue dye binding method. Vascular permeability was estimated using 4% Evans blue passage after i.p. injection of 0.05 mol/L acetic acid. RESULTS: In the mice treated with OP, colonic macroscopic scores (1.1 ± 0.4 vs 2.7, P < 0.01) and the total square area of damage (10 ± 2 vs 21 ± 7, P < 0.01) were significantly reduced when compared with the vehicle-treated colitis group. OP was shown to decrease the tissue myeloperoxidase activity in colons (42 ± 11 vs 112 ± 40, P < 0.01) and enhance the amount of mucus of colitis mice (0.9 ± 0.1 vs 0.4 ± 0.1, P < 0.01). The level of colonic malondialdehyde was noted to decrease in OP-pretreated mice (3.6 ± 0.7 vs 5.1 ± 0.8, P < 0.01). OP was found to decrease the inflammatory status of mice as was determined by reduction of vascular permeability (161 ± 34 vs 241 ± 21, P < 0.01). Adhesionof peritoneal neutrophils and macrophages was also shown to decrease after administration of OP (141 ± 50 vs 235 ± 37, P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Thus, a preventive effect of pectin from the common cranberry, namely oxycoccusan OP, on acetic acid-induced colitis in mice was detected. 17无浆填充墙框架拟静力试验研究显示文摘为提高填充墙框架结构整体耗能能力,同时降低由填充墙引起的'刚度效应',提出了新型的无浆填充墙框架结构并进行了材性及拟静力试验。在材性试验中得到了无浆和有浆砌块抗压及通缝抗剪强度和钢筋混凝土的材料特性;在拟静力试验中将无浆及有浆填充墙框架与相应的钢筋混凝土纯框架对比得到了不同填充墙形式下框架结构的破坏过程及形态、结构滞回曲线,分析了新型无浆填充墙框架的受力机理。研结果究表明:无浆填充墙在框架弹性工作状态下耗能良好,并且对框架结构附加刚度很小,该结构形式抗震性能良好。林坤 刘红军 Totoev Yuri 2012建筑结构学报2012,33,2:9
18过表达趋化因子受体2促进脂肪间充质干细胞对皮肤损伤的修复显示文摘目的探讨过表达趋化因子受体2(CCR2)是否能促进脂肪间充质干细胞(ADSCs)皮下移植对小鼠皮肤创伤修复的效率。方法分离培养ADSCs,取3~5代细胞通过流式细胞技术检测ADSCs相关的细胞表面标志物CD73、CD105、CD44和CD31的表达,并分别置于骨、软骨和脂肪诱导分化培养基中进行诱导分化,检测其多向分化潜能。通过慢病毒感染法构建过表达CCR2的ADSCs。在实验小鼠脊背两侧皮肤上分别制备一个面积为0. 8 cm×0. 8 cm的机械创面,随机分成3组,分别皮下注射CCR2-EGFP-ADSCs、EGFP-ADSCs和磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)到小鼠创面4周。每天记录创面愈合情况,并进行病理切片观察,与对照组对比分析。结果分离培养的ADSCs高表达CD73、CD105和CD44,不表达CD31,具有骨、软骨、脂肪诱导分化潜能。过表达CCR2的ADSCs构建成功。小鼠皮肤创伤造模及移植细胞后,各组小鼠均存活,创面逐日缩小。CCR2-EGFP-ADSCs组、EGFP-ADSCs组和对照组第5、9天的创面愈合率分别为(68±3. 1)%和(91±2. 1)%、(63±2. 7)%和(87±2. 1)%、(58±3. 5)%和(80±2. 9)%。注射了ADSCs的两组愈合率均显著高于对照组(均P<0. 05)。病理组织切片显示3组小鼠第9天创面真皮层较正常皮层均有增厚,且CCR2-EGFP-ADSCs组观察到明显的类毛囊结构,多于EGFP-ADSCs组,对照组未观察到类似结构。结论过表达CCR2可促进ADSCs对皮肤损伤的修复。祁旻龙 朱良 Yuri Ciervo 徐俊 2018同济大学学报(医学版)2018,39,5:9
19Hybrid Rubisco with Complete Replacement of Rice Rubisco Small Subunits by Sorghum Counterparts Confers C4 Plant-like High Catalytic Activity显示文摘Photosynthetic rate at the present atmospheric condition is limited by the CO2-fixing enzyme ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(Rubisco)because of its extremely low catalytic rate(kcat)and poor affinity for C02(Kc)and specificity for CO2(Sc/O).Rubisco in C4 plants generally shows higher k cat than that in C3 plants.Rubisco consists of eight large subunits and eight small subunits(RbcS).Previously,the chimeric incorporation of sorghum C4-type RbcS significantly increased the k cat of Rubisco in a C3 plant,rice.In this study,we knocked out rice RbcS multigene family using the CRISPR-Cas9 technology and completely replaced rice RbcS with sorghum RbcS in rice Rubisco.Obtained hybrid Rubisco showed almost C4 plant-like catalytic properties,i.e.,higher kcai,higher Kc,and lower Sc/O.Transgenic lines expressing the hybrid Rubisco accumulated reduced levels of Rubisco,whereas they showed slightly but significantly higher photosynthetic capacity and similar biomass production under high C 02 condition compared with wild-type rice.High-resolution crystal structural analysis of the wild-type Rubisco and hybrid Rubisco revealed the structural differences around the central pore of Rubisco and the pC-pD hairpin in RbcS.We propose that such differences,particularly in the pC-pD hairpin,may impact the flexibility of Rubisco catalytic site and change its catalytic properties.Hiroyoshi Matsumura Keita Shiomi Akito Yamamoto Yuri Taketani Noriyuki Kobayashi Takuya Yoshizawa Shun-ichi Tanaka Hiroki Yoshikawa Masaki Endo Hiroshi Fukayama 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,11:8
