1Recent progress in developing efficient monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells显示文摘Organic–inorganic halide perovskites have received widespread attention thanks to their strong light absorption,long carrier diffusion lengths,tunable bandgaps,and low temperature processing.Single-junction perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have achieved a boost of the power conversion efficiency(PCE)from 3.8%to 25.2%in just a decade.With the continuous growth of PCE in single-junction PSCs,exploiting of monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells is now an important strategy to go beyond the efficiency available in single-junction PSCs.In this review,we first introduce the structure and operation mechanism of monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cell.We then summarize recent progress in monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells from the perspectives of different structural units in the device:tunnel recombination junction,wide-bandgap top subcell,and narrow-bandgap bottom subcell.Finally,we provide our insights into the challenges and scientific issues remaining in this rapidly developing research field.Yurui Wang Mei Zhang Ke Xiao Renxing Lin Xin Luo Qiaolei Han Hairen Tan 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,5:2

3The Precursor of GRB211211A:A Tide-induced Giant Quake?显示文摘The equilibrium configuration of a solid strange star in the final inspiral phase with another compact object is generally discussed,and the starquake-related issue is revisited,for a special purpose to understand the precursor emission of binary compact star merger events(e.g.,that of GRB211211A).As the binary system inspirals inward due to gravitational wave radiation,the ellipticity of the solid strangeon star increases due to the growing tidal field of its compact companion.Elastic energy is hence accumulated during the inspiral stage which might trigger a starquake before the merger when the energy exceeds a critical value.The energy released during such starquakes is calculated and compared to the precursor observation of GRB211211 A.The result shows that the energy might be insufficient for binary strangeon-star case unless the entire solid strangeon star shatters,and hence favors a black hole-strangeon star scenario for GRB211211A.The timescale of the precursor as well as the frequency of the observed quasi-periodic-oscillation have also been discussed in the starquake model.Enping Zhou Yong Gao Yurui Zhou Xiaoyu Lai Lijing Shao Weiyang Wang Shaolin Xiong Renxin Xu Shuxu Yi Garvin Yim Han Yue Zhen Zhang 2024Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2024,24,2:0
4Preparation and photodetection performance of high crystalline quality and large size β-Ga_(2)O_(3)microwires显示文摘Ultrawide band gap semiconductors are promising solar-blind ultraviolet(UV)photodetector materials due to their suitable bandgap,strong absorption and high sensitivity.Here,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)microwires with high crystal quality and large size were grown by the chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.The microwires reach up to 1 cm in length and were single crystalline with low defect density.Owing to its high crystal quality,a metal–semiconductor–metal photodetector fabricated from a Ga_(2)O_(3)microwire showed a responsivity of 1.2 A/W at 240 nm with an ultrahigh UV/visible rejection ratio(R_(peak)/R_(400 nm))of 5.8×10^(5),indicating that the device has excellent spectral selectivity.In addition,no obvious persistent photoconductivity was observed in the test.The rise and decay time constants of the device were 0.13 and 0.14 s,respectively.This work not only provides a growth method for high-quality Ga_(2)O_(3)microwires,but also demonstrates the excellent performance of Ga_(2)O_(3)microwires in solar-blind ultraviolet detection.Yuefei Wang Yurui Han Chong Gao Bingsheng Li Jiangang Ma Haiyang Xu Aidong Shen Yichun Liu 2023Journal of Semiconductors2023,44,6:0
5Revealing the output power potential of bifacial monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells显示文摘Bifacial monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells have the promise of delivering higher output power density by inheriting the advantages of both tandem and bifacial architectures simultaneously.Herein,we demonstrate,for the first time,the bifacial monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells and reveal their output power potential.The bifacial tandems are realized by replacing the rear metal electrodes of monofacial tandems with transparent conduction oxide electrodes.Bandgap engineering is deployed to achieve current matching under various rear illumination conditions.The bifacial tandems show a high output power density of 28.51 mW cm−2 under a realistic rear illumination(30 mW cm−2).Further energy yield calculation shows substantial energy yield gain for bifacial tandems compared with the monofacial tandems under various ground albedo for different climatic conditions.This work provides a new device architecture for higher output power for all-perovskite tandem solar cells under real-world conditions.Hongjiang Li Yurui Wang Han Gao Mei Zhang Renxing Lin Pu Wu Ke Xiao Hairen Tan 2022eLight2022,2,1:0
6Peroxidase-like single Fe atoms anchored on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene as surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate for the simultaneous discrimination of multiple antioxidants显示文摘Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)are emerging as promising alternatives to mimic natural enzyme,which is due to high atomic utilization efficiency,well-defined geometric,and unique electronic structure.Herein,Fe single atoms supported on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(Fe-SA/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))with intrinsic peroxidase activity is developed,further constructing a sensitive Raman sensor array for sensing of five antioxidants.Fe-SA/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)shows excellent peroxidase-like performance in catalyzing the oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)with colorimetric reactions.X-ray adsorption fine structure(XAFS)reveals that the electron transport between the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)and Fe atoms occurs along Fe-O-Ti ligands,meanwhile the density functional theory(DFT)calculations confirm the spontaneous dissociation of H_(2)O_(2)and the formation of OH radicals.Furthermore,the peroxidase-like Fe-SA/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)was used as surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate of oxidized TMB(TMB+)and achieved satisfied signal amplification performance.Using the blocking effects of free radical reactions,one-off identification of 5 antioxidants,including ascorbic acid(AA),uric acid(UA),glutathione(GSH),melatonin(Mel),and tea polyphenols(TPP),could be realized with this high identifiable catalytic property.This principle could realize 100%distinguish accuracy combined with linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and heat map data analysis.A wide detection concentration ranges from 10^(-8)to 10^(-3)M for five antioxidants was also achieved.Hongyan Xi Hongfei Gu Yurui Han Tingting You Pengfei Wu Qingqing Liu Lirong Zheng Shuhu Liu Qiang Fu Wenxing Chen Yukun Gao Yuting Wang Penggang Yin 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
