| 1 | Alternative splicing of MaMYB16L regulates starch degradation in banana fruit during ripening显示文摘The alternative splicing of select genes is an important mechanism to regulate responses to endogenous and environmental signals in plants.However,the role of alternative splicing in regulating fruit ripening remains unclear.Here,we discovered that MaMYB16L,an R1-type MYB transcription factor,undergoes alternative splicing and generates two transcripts,the full-length isoform MaMYB16L and a truncated form MaMYB16S,in banana fruit.During banana fruit ripening,the alternative splicing process intensifies with downregulated MaMYB16L and upregulated MaMYB16S.Moreover,MaMYB16L is a transcriptional repressor that directly binds with the promoters of many genes associated with starch degradation and MaDREB2,a positive ripening regulator,and represses their expression.In contrast,MaMBY16S lacks a DNA-binding domain but competitively combines and forms non-functional heterodimers with functional MaMYB16L.MaMYB16L-MaMYB16S heterodimers decrease the binding capacity and transrepression activity of MaMYB16L.The downregulation of MaMYB16L and the upregulation of MaMYB16S,that is,a decreased ratio of active to non-active isoforms,facilitates the activation of ripening-related genes and thereby promotes fruit ripening.Furthermore,the transient overexpression of MaMYB16S promotes banana fruit ripening,whereas the overexpression of MaMYB16L delays this process.Therefore,the alternative splicing of MaMYB16L might generate a self-controlled regulatory loop to regulate banana fruit ripening. | Guoxiang Jiang Dandan Zhang Zhiwei Li Hanzhi Liang Rufang Deng Xinguo Su Yueming Jiang Xuewu Duan | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,7: | 2 |

| 6 | Efficient Grinding Method for Face Gear with Long Radius Disk Wheel显示文摘In order to improve the machining efficiency of the dish wheel grinding face gear, two changes are proposed:a disk wheel grinding face gear with a long radius and a multi-axis movement optimization method for tooth surface correction. Based on the grinding principle of face gears, the equation of the long radius disk wheel is deduced. Based on the structure of the machining tool, the tooth surface equations of the face gear shaped by the long radius disk wheel are established. Furthermore, an optimization model of face gear tooth surface correction is established, and the machine tool motion optimization of face gear tooth surface correction is completed;Finally, a long radius disk wheel grinding face gear test is performed. | 7 | Dual-Prior Integrated Image Reconstruction for Quanta Image Sensors Using Multi-Agent Consensus Equilibrium显示文摘Quanta image sensors(QIS) are a new type of singlephoton imaging device that can oversample the light field to generate binary bit-streams. The reconstruction for QIS refers to the recovery of original scenes from these binary measurements.Conventional reconstruction algorithms for QIS generally depend solely on one instantiated prior and are certainly insufficient for capturing the statistical properties over high-dimensional space.On the other hand, deep learning-based methods have shown promising performance, due to their excellent ability to learn feature representations from relevant databases. However, most deep models only focus on exploring local features while generally overlooking long-range similarity. In view of this, a dual-prior integrated reconstruction algorithm for QIS(DPI-QIS) is proposed, which combines a deep prior with a non-local self-similarity one using the multi-agent consensus equilibrium(MACE)framework. In comparison to the approaches that utilize a single prior, DPI-QIS fits the reconstruction model sufficiently by leveraging the respective merits of both priors. An effective yet flexible MACE framework is employed to integrate the physical forward model allying with the two prior-based models to achieve an overall better result.
