| 2 | Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous Plutonism in the Northern Part of the Precambrian North China Craton:SHRIMP Zircon U-Pb Dating of Diorites and Granites from the Yunmengshan Geopark,Beijing显示文摘The Yunmengshan Geopark in northern Beijing is located within the Yanshan range.It contains the Yunmengshan batholith,which is dominated by two plutons:the Yunmengshan gneissic granite and the Shicheng gneissic diorite.Four samples of the Yunmengshan gneissic granite give SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages from 145 to 141 Ma,whereas four samples of the Shicheng gneissic diorite have ages from 159 Ma to 151 Ma.Dikes that cut the Yunmengshan diorite record SHRIMP zircon UPb age of 162±2 and 156±4 Ma.The cumulative plots of zircons from the diorites show a peak age of 155 Ma,without inherited zircon cores,and the peak age of 142 Ma for granite is interpreted as the emplacement age of the Yunmengshan granitic pluton,whose igneous zircons contain inherited zircon cores.The data presented here show that there were two pulses of magmatism:early diorites,followed c13 Ma later by true granites,which incorporated material from an older continental crust. | SHI Yuruo ZHAO Xitao MA Yinsheng HU Daogong LIU Qisheng WU Zhenhan ZHAO Yuanyi LIU Dunyi | 2009 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2009,83,2: | 17 |

| 4 | Excavating bioactivities of nanozyme to remodel microenvironment for protecting chondrocytes and delaying osteoarthritis显示文摘Osteoarthritis(OA)is the main cause of disability in the elderly.Effective intervention in the early and middle stage of osteoarthritis can greatly prevent or slow down the development of the disease,and reduce the probability of joint replacement.However,there is to date no effective intervention for early and middle-stage OA.OA microenvironment mainly destroys the balance of oxidative stress,extracellular matrix synthesis and degradation of chondrocytes under the joint action of biological and mechanical factors.Herein,hollow Prussian blue nanozymes(HPBzymes)were designed via a modified hydrothermal template-free method.The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of HPBzymes on chondrocytes and the progression of OA.The intrinsic bioactivities of HPBzymes were excavated in vitro and in vivo,remodeling microenvironment for significantly protecting chondrocytes and delaying the progression of traumatic OA by inhibiting reactive oxygen species(ROS)and Rac1/nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling in a rat model.HPBzyme significantly diminished interleukin(IL)-1β-stimulated inflammation,extracellular matrix degradation,and apoptosis of human chondrocytes.HPBzyme attenuated the expression of Rac1 and the ROS levels and prevented the release and nuclear translocation of NF-κB.Deeply digging the intrinsic bioactivities of nanozyme with single component to remodel microenvironment is an effective strategy for ROS-associated chronic diseases.This study reveals that excavating the bioactivities of nanomedicine deserves attention for diagnosis and treatment of severe diseases. | Weiduo Hou Chenyi Ye Mo Chen Wei Gao Xue Xie Jianrong Wu Kai Zhang Wei Zhang Yuanyi Zheng Xiaojun Cai | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,8: | 5 |
| 5 | Indo–Chinese Magmatic Activity in the Duobaoshan District of Heilongjiang Province and Its Geological Significance显示文摘The Duobaoshan ore concentration area, located in Nenjiang County of Heilongjiang Province, is an important porphyry Cu-Mo ore concentration area in China, which is characterized by complex magmatic activities and multi–phase overprinting metallogenesis. On the basis of field geological observation, systematic sampling, in-lab analysis and the metallogenic regularity in the Xiang'an–Mongolian metallogenic belt, this work carried out high-precision dating and geochemical analysis on the Yuejin, 173-kilometer and Wolihedingzi rock bodies. These rock bodies are renamed monzonitic granite and their consistent age(238 Ma) show that they were formed not in Variscan but in Indosinian. Therefore, it is inferred that the ore spots formed in the potassium silicate and sericite alteration zones of the rock mass also belong to Indosinian. In addition, we collected granodiorite from the Tongshan mining pit, and its zircon age is 223.1±2.8 Ma and the Cu content of the sample is high. The Tongshan mineralization is inferred to undergo the superimposition of Indosinian diagenetic mineralization. The age of the granodiorite porphyry related to copper-molybdenum mineralization in the Xiaoduobaoshan area is 222.1±5.5 Ma, and the earlier age of granodiorite is 471.8±7.4 Ma, indicating that the initial magmatic activities belong to the Duobaoshan porphyry system in the Caledonian period. The geochemical characteristics of the Indosinian rock samples show continental arc features, with reference to tectonic-magmatic activities of the whole Daxing'anling area. We consider that the magmatic activities and mineralization of the Indosinian period are affected by the southward subduction of Okhotsk Ocean since Late Permian. By combining the mineralization rules of Daxinganling area and the structural systems of Duobaoshan ore concentration area, we divide two rock-mineralization belts in this area including the Yuejin–Duobaoshan–Tongshan belt and 173-kilometer–Xiaoduobaoshan–Wolihedingzi belt, which are distributed nearly parallel along the NW-trending fractures and show similar geotectonic settings and the timing of the magmatic activities. | 6 | Radioactivity monitoring in environmental water and air around QNPP显示文摘Results of environmental radioactivity monitoring around Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant (QNPP) are reported in this paper. From 1992 to 2005, concentrations of 90Sr, 137Cs and 3H in terrestrial freshwater are (4.4±1.7) mBq·L-1, (0.3±0.1) mBq·L-1 and (1.6±0.5) Bq·L-1, respectively, and (2.8±2.4) Bq·L-1 of 3H in rainwater. Concentrations of 90Sr, 137Cs and 3H in the seawater samples collected from sea area nearby QNPP are (5.4±4.1) mBq·L-1, (0.7±0.2) mBq·L-1 and (1.0±0.5) Bq·L-1, respectively. Concentrations of 90Sr, 137Cs and 3H in the total waste water discharged from NPP-I are (4.0±1.8) m Bq·L-1, (1.0±0.5) mBq·L-1 and (2.8±2.2) Bq·L-1, respectively, and (1.4±0.4) Bq·L-1 of 3H in seawater sampled from No.1 outlet. Atomspheric 3H concentration in 1993~2005 at two monitoring sites is (78.9±96.3) and (64.2±40.2) mBq·m-3, respectively, with an increasing trend after 2003. | 8 | Estimating the Operation Status of Steam Cracking Furnace Using Numerical Simulation with Combustion Models显示文摘An accurate and complete geometric model was constructed to simulate the combustion, flow and temperature environment in the radiant section of the steam cracking furnace. Simulation of flow and radiation status has utilized the standard k-ε model and P1 model. The finite-rate/eddy-dissipation (finite-rate/ED) combustion model and non-premixed combustion model were both used to simulate accurately the combustion and the operation status of the steam cracking furnace. Three different surfaces of the steam cracking furnace were obtained from the simulation, namely:the flue gas temperature field of the entrance surface in long flame burners, the central surface location of tubes, and the crossover section surface. Detailed information on the flue gas temperature and the mass concentration fraction of these different surfaces in the steam cracking furnace can also be obtained by the simulation. This paper analyzed and compared the simulation results with the two combustion models, estimated the operation status of the steam cracking furnace, and reported that the finite-rate/ED model is appropriate to simulate the steam cracking furnace by comparing key simulation data with actual test data. | 10 | Freeze–thaw effects on erosion process in loess slope under simulated rainfall显示文摘Seasonal freeze–thaw processes have led to severe soil erosion in the middle and high latitudes.The area affected by freeze–thaw erosion in China exceeds 13%of the national territory.So understanding the effect of freeze–thaw on erosion process is of great significance for soil and water conservation as well as for ecological engineering.In this study,we designed simulated rainfall experiments to investigate soil erosion processes under two soil conditions,unfrozen slope(UFS)and frozen slope(FS),and three rainfall intensities of 0.6,0.9 and 1.2 mm/min.The results showed that the initial runoff time of FS occurred much earlier than that of the UFS.Under the same rainfall intensity,the runoff of FS is 1.17–1.26 times that of UFS;and the sediment yield of FS is 6.48–10.49 times that of UFS.With increasing rainfall time,rills were produced on the slope.After the appearance of the rills,the sediment yield on the FS accounts for 74%–86%of the total sediment yield.Rill erosion was the main reason for the increase in soil erosion rate on FS,and the reduction in water percolation resulting from frozen layers was one of the important factors leading to the advancement of rills on slope.A linear relationship existed between the cumulative runoff and the sediment yield of UFS and FS(R2>0.97,P<0.01).The average mean weight diameter(MWD)on the slope erosion particles was as follows:UFS0.9(73.84μm)>FS0.6(72.30μm)>UFS1.2(72.23μm)>substrate(71.23μm)>FS1.2(71.06μm)>FS0.9(70.72μm).During the early stage of the rainfall,the MWD of the FS was relatively large.However,during the middle to late rainfall,the particle composition gradually approached that of the soil substrate.Under different rainfall intensities,the mean soil erodibility(MK)of the FS was 7.22 times that of the UFS.The ratio of the mean regression coefficient C2(MC2)between FS and UFS was roughly correspondent with MK.Therefore,the parameter C2 can be used to evaluate soil erodibility after the appearance of the rills.This article explored the influence mechanism of freeze–thaw effects on loess soil erosion and provided a theoretical basis for further studies on soil erosion in the loess hilly regions. | SU Yuanyi LI Peng REN Zongping XIAO Lie ZHANG Hui | 2020 | Journal of Arid Land2020,12,6: | 2 |
