1Stepwise-Nanocavity-Assisted Transmissive Color Filter Array Microprints显示文摘Visible-light color flters using patterned nanostructures have attracted much interest due to their various advantages such as compactness,enhanced stability,and environmental friendliness compared with traditional pigment or dye-based optical flters.While most existing studies are based on planar nanostructures with lateral variation in size,shape,and arrangement,the vertical dimension of structures is a long-ignored degree of freedom for the structural colors.Herein,we demonstrate a synthetic platform for transmissive color flter array by coordinated manipulations between height-varying nanocavities and their lateral flling fractions.Te thickness variation of those nanocavities has been fully deployed as an alternative degree of freedom,yielding vivid colors with wide gamut and excellent saturation.Experimental results show that the color-rendering capability of the pixelated nanocavities can be still retained as pixels are miniaturized to 500 nm.Crosstalk between closely spaced pixels of a Bayer color flter arrangement was calculated,showing minimal crosstalk for 1μm2 square subpixels.Our work provides an approach to designing and fabricating ultracompact color flter arrays for various potential applications including stained-glass microprints,microspectrometers,and high-resolution image sensing systems.Yasi Wang Mengjie Zheng Qifeng Ruan Yanming Zhou Yiqin Chen Peng Dai Zhengmei Yang Zihao Lin Yuxiang Long Ying Li Na Liu Cheng-Wei Qiu Joel K.W.Yang Huigao Duan 2018Research2018,,1:8
2Study on variational aerosol fields over Beijing and its adjoining areas derived from Terra-MODIS and ground sunphotometer observation显示文摘This paper presents a comprehensive observa-tion technique on derived aerosols data from mobile sun-photometer graph and Terra-Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) observation. Research results suggest that after being treated by the variational technique with respect to sunphotometer observations, the Terra- MODIS remote sensing aerosol data are remarkably im-proved, thus for the first time revealing features of the influ-ence of aerosols and pollution emissions of Beijing and its adjoining areas (Hebei, Shandong, etc. provinces). The re-gional impact features of aerosols are related with the pe-ripheral U-shape topography of Beijing. 3MnO_(2) cathode materials with the improved stability via nitrogen doping for aqueous zinc-ion batteries显示文摘The research and exploration of manganese-based aqueous zinc-ion batteries have been controversial of cycle stability and mechanism investigation,thus improving the stability and exploring storage mechanism are still the most main issue.Defect engineering has become an effective method to improve cycle stability.Herein,a nitrogen-doped ε-MnO_(2)(MnO_(2)@N)has been prepared using electrochemical deposition and heat treatment under nitrogen atmosphere.As the cathode for zinc-ion batteries,the capacity retention rate of MnO_(2)@N cathode is close to 100%after 500 cycles at 0.5 A g^(-1),while the capacity retention rate for the initial MnO_(2) cathode is 62%.At 5 A g^(-1),the capacity retention rate of MnO_(2)@N cathode is 83%after 1000 cycles,which is much higher than the 27%capacity retention rate for the original MnO_(2) cathode.And it can be found that the oxygen vacancies increase after nitrogen doping,which can improve the conductivity of the MnO_(2)@N cathode.Also,there is Mn-N bond in MnO_(2)@N,which can enhance the electrochemical stability of MnO_(2)@N cathode.In addition,the electrochemical mechanism of MnO_(2)@N cathode has been explored by the CV,GCD and GITT tests.It is found that nitrogen doping promotes the intercalation of H^(+) and the corresponding capacity contribution.Compared with the original MnO_(2) cathode,the diffusion coefficient of H^(+) and Zn^(2+) in MnO_(2)@N cathode increases.Also,the reactions during the charging and discharging process are explored through the ex-situ XRD test.And this work may provide some new ideas for improving the stability of manganese-based zinc-ion batteries.Yanan Zhang Yanpeng Liu Zhenhua Liu Xiaogang Wu Yuxiang Wen Hangda Chen Xia Ni Guohan Liu Juanjuan Huang Shanglong Peng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:6
4Is there a survival benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with liver oligometastases from colorectal cancer after curative resection?显示文摘Background:Although colorectal oligometastases to the liver can potentially be cured with aggressive local abla-tion,the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy(ACT)for such metastasis remains unclear.The present study explored the effects of ACT on patients with colorectal liver oligometastases(CLO)after curative resections and aimed to iden-tify patients who could benefit from ACT.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 264 eligible patients with CLO who underwent curative resection between September 1999 and June 2015.Recurrence-free survival(RFS)and overall survival(OS)were analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test;prognostic factors were a by Cox regression modeling.Results:Among 264 patients,200(75.8%)patients received ACT and 64(24.2%)did not receive ACT.These two groups did not significantly differ in clinicopathologic characteristics,and had comparable 3-year OS and RFS rates(RFS:42.1%vs.45.7%,P=0.588;OS:69.7%vs.62.7%,P=0.446)over a median follow-up duration of 35.5 months,irrespective of preoperative chemotherapy.ACT markedly improved 3-year OS in high-risk patients with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center clinical risk scores(MSKCC-CRS)of 3-5(68.2%vs.33.8%,P=0.015),but presented no additional benefit in patients with MSKCC-CRS of 0-2(72.2%vs.78.6%,P=0.834).In multivariate analysis,ACT was independently associated with improved OS in patients with MSKCC-CRS of 3-5.Conclusions:ACT might offer a prognostic benefit in high-risk patients with CLOs after curative liver resection,but not in low-risk patients.Therefore,patients’risk status should be determined before ACT administration to optimize postoperative therapeutic strategies.Zhizhong Pan Jianhong Peng Junzhong Lin Gong Chen Xiaojun Wu Zhenhai Lu Yuxiang Deng Yujie Zhao Qiaoqi Sui Desen Wan 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:4
5A Low-Cost Dual Energy CT System with Sparse Data显示文摘Dual Energy CT(DECT) has recently gained significant research interest owing to its ability to discriminate materials,and hence is widely applied in the field of nuclear safety and security inspection. With the current technological developments,DECT can be typically realized by using two sets of detectors,one for detecting lower energy X-rays and another for detecting higher energy X-rays. This makes the imaging system expensive,limiting its practical implementation. In 2009,our group performed a preliminary study on a new low-cost system design,using only a complete data set for lower energy level and a sparse data set for the higher energy level. This could significantly reduce the cost of the system,as it contained much smaller number of detector elements.Reconstruction method is the key point of this system. In the present study,we further validated this system and proposed a robust method,involving three main steps:(1) estimation of the missing data iteratively with TV constraints;(2) use the reconstruction from the complete lower energy CT data set to form an initial estimation of the projection data for higher energy level;(3) use ordered views to accelerate the computation. Numerical simulations with different number of detector elements have also been examined. 6High-performance all-polymer solar cells enabled by a novel low bandgap non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor显示文摘The non-fully conjugated polymer as a new class of acceptor materials has shown some advantages over its small molecular counterpart when used in photoactive layers for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs),despite a low power conversion efficiency(PCE)caused by its narrow absorption spectra.Herein,a novel non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-2TS with a low bandgap of~1.40 eV was developed,via polymerizing a largeπ-fused small molecule acceptor(SMA)building block(namely YBO)with a non-conjugated thioalkyl linkage.Compared with its precursor YBO,PFY-2TS retains a similar low bandgap but a higher LUMO level.Moreover,compared with the structural analog of YBO-based fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-DTC,PFY-2TS shows a similar absorption spectrum and electron mobility,but significantly different molecular crystallinity and aggregation properties,which results in optimal blend morphology with a polymer donor PBDB-T and physical processes of the device in all-PSCs.As a result,PFY-2TS-based all-PSCs achieved a PCE of 12.31%with a small energy loss of 0.56 eV enabled by the reduced non-radiative energy loss(0.24 eV),which is better than that of 11.08%for the PFY-DTC-based ones.Our work clearly demonstrated that non-fully conjugated polymers as a new class of acceptor materials are very promising for the development of high-performance all-PSCs.Qunping Fan Ruijie Ma Tao Liu Jianwei Yu Yiqun Xiao Wenyan Su Guilong Cai Yuxiang Li Wenhong Peng Tao Guo Zhenghui Luo Huiliang Sun Lintao Hou Weiguo Zhu Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Ellen Moons Donghong Yu He Yan Ergang Wang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,8:3
7Novel magnetic silk fibroin scaffolds with delayed degradation for potential long-distance vascular repair显示文摘Although with the good biological properties,silk fibroin(SF)is immensely restrained in long-distance vascular defect repair due to its relatively fast degradation and inferior mechanical properties.It is necessary to construct a multifunctional composite scaffold based on SF.In this study,a novel magnetic SF scaffold(MSFCs)was prepared by an improved infiltration method.Compared with SF scaffold(SFC),MSFCs were found to have better crystallinity,magnetocaloric properties,and mechanical strength,which was ascribed to the rational introduction of iron-based magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs).Moreover,in vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrated that the degradation of MSFCs was significantly extended.The mechanism of delayed degradation was correlated with the dual effect that was the newly formed hydrogen bonds between SFC and MNPs and the complexing to tyrosine(Try)to inhibit hydrolase by internal iron atoms.Besides,theβ-crystallization of protein in MSFCs was increased with the rise of iron concentration,proving the beneficial effect after MNPS doped.Furthermore,although macrophages could phagocytose the released MNPs,it did not affect their function,and even a reasonable level might cause some cytokines to be upregulated.Finally,in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated that MSFCs showed excellent biocompatibility and the growth promotion effect on CD34-labeled vascular endothelial cells(VECs).In conclusion,we confirm that the doping of MNPs can significantly reduce the degradation of SFC and thus provide an innovative perspective of multifunctional biocomposites for tissue engineering.Xin Liu Yuxiang Sun Bo Chen Yan Li Peng Zhu Peng Wang Sen Yan Yao Li Fang Yang Ning Gu 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,1:3
8The metabolic role of LncZBTB39-1:2 in the trophoblast mobility of preeclampsia显示文摘Preeclampsia is characterized by new onset of hypertension and proteinuria after 20 weeks’gestation and is a leading cause of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality.The pathogenesis of preeclampsia is often associated with aberrant trophoblast function that leads to shallow placental implantation.However,the exact underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Placental LncZBTB39-1:2 expression level was investigated in 20 healthy placentae and 20 placentae with preeclampsia using qRT-PCR,and the metabolic profile of trophoblasts overexpressing LncZBTB39-1:2 in vitro was analysed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCeMS).In this study,we found that the expression of LncZBTB39-1:2 was significantly higher in preeclamptic placentae than in healthy placentae.Our metabolomics results have shown that tricarboxylic acid cycle intermediates and metabolites related to carbohydrate metabolism were decreased with the overexpression of LncZBTB39-1:2 in HTR8/SVneo cells.These findings were validated by detecting a lower level of intracellular ATP in HTR8/Vneo cells.Furthermore,the migration of HTR8/SVneo cells was compromised when cells were transfected with a plasmid encompassing LncZBTB39-1:2 overexpression.From these results,we conclude that abnormal levels of LncZBTB39-1:2 expression might lead to aberrant conditions in HTR-8/SVneo trophoblast cells.Aberrant conditions might be associated with dysregulated trophoblast migration and subsequent failure of uterine spiral artery remodelling,a pathogenesis recognised as a contributing factor in the aetiology of preeclampsia.Yamin Liu Ting-Li Han Xiaofang Luo Yuxiang Bai Xuehai Chen Wei Peng Xi Xiong Philip N.Baker Chao Tong Hongbo Qi 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,3:3
9Discrete element simulations and experiments of soil-winged subsoiler interaction显示文摘Understanding soil disturbance behaviors under the impact of the winged subsoiler is critical for designing or optimizing the winged subsoiler(a primary subsoiling tool).In this study,a soil-winged subsoiler interaction model was developed and the effects of winged subsoiler on soil disturbance behaviors were investigated using the discrete element method(DEM)simulations and lab soil-bin tests.The results showed that wings mainly affected the disturbance range and fragmentation degree of soil above them.The draught forces of share section(SS),arc section in the hardpan(ASHP),arc section in the top layer(ASTL)and line section(LS)were accounted for 69.53%,25.22%,4.73%and 0.52%of the total draught force of winged subsoiler;the lateral disturbance range from high to low of the soil at different depths followed the ranking:top layer(TL),hardpan disturbed by arc section(HDAS)and hardpan disturbed by share section(HDSS).Wings had the greatest influence on the draught force of ASHP.Adding wings to an arc-shaped subsoiler increased the disturbance areas of HDAS,TL and HDSS by 47.52%,7.74%and 4.59%,respectively,but meanwhile increased the total draught force by 36%.Compared with a non-winged subsoiler,winged subsoiler had higher soil looseness(15.83%),soil disturbance coefficient(58.59%),furrow width(448.65 mm)and soil disturbance area ratio(0.3835),but poorer soil surface flatness(19.79 mm)and lower soil loosening efficiency(39.35 mm²/N).This study provided critical information for optimizing winged subsoilers on aspects of improving soil loosening effectiveness and reducing draught force.Xuezhen Wang Peng Li Jinpu He Wuquan Wei Yuxiang Huang 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,1:3
10Facile Synthesis of FePS3 Nanosheets@MXene Composite as a High-Performance Anode Material for Sodium Storage显示文摘Searching for advanced anode materials with excellent electrochemical properties in sodium-ion battery is essential and imperative for next-generation energy storage system to solve the energy shortage problem.In this work,two-dimensional(2D)ultrathin FePS3 nanosheets,a typical ternary metal phosphosulfide,are first prepared by ultrasonic exfoliation.The novel 2D/2D heterojunction of FePS3 nanosheets@MXene composite is then successfully synthesized by in situ mixing ultrathin MXene nanosheets with FePS3 nanosheets.The resultant FePS3 nanosheets@MXene hybrids can increase the electronic conductivity and specific surface area,assuring excellent surface and interfacial charge transfer abilities.Furthermore,the unique heterojunction endows FePS3 nanosheets@MXene composite to promote the diffusion of Na^+ and alleviate the drastic change in volume in the cyclic process,enhancing the sodium storage capability.Consequently,the few-layered FePS3 nanosheets uniformly coated by ultrathin MXene provide an exceptional reversible capacity of 676.1 mAh g^−1 at the current of 100 mA g^−1 after 90 cycles,which is equivalent to around 90.6% of the second-cycle capacity(746.4 mAh g^−1).This work provides an original protocol for constructing 2D/2D material and demonstrates the FePS3@MXene composite as a potential anode material with excellent property for sodium-ion batteries.Yonghao Ding Yu Chen Na Xu Xintong Lian Linlin Li Yuxiang Hu Shengjie Peng 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,4:2

12A Method for Alpine Wetland Delineation and Features of Border: Zoigê Plateau, China显示文摘Accurate wetland delineation is the basis of wetland definition and mapping, and is of great importance for wetland management and research. The Zoigê Plateau on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was used as a research site for research on alpine wetland delineation. Several studies have analyzed the spatiotemporal pattern and dynamics of these alpine wetlands, but none have addressed the issues of wetland boundaries. The objective of this work was to discriminate the upper boundaries of alpine wetlands by coupling ecological methods and satellite observations. The combination of Landsat 8 images and supervised classification was an effective method for rapid identification of alpine wetlands in the Zoigê Plateau. Wet meadow was relatively stable compared with hydric soils and wetland hydrology and could be used as a primary indicator for discriminating the upper boundaries of alpine wetlands. A slope of less than 4.5° could be used as the threshold value for wetland delineation. The normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) in 434 field sites showed that a threshold value of 0.3 could distinguish grasslands from emergent marsh and wet meadow in September. The median normalized difference water index(NDWI) of emergent marsh remained more stable than that of wet meadow and grasslands during the period from September until July of the following year. The index of mean density in wet meadow zones was higher than the emergent and upland zones. Over twice the number of species occurred in the wet meadow zone compared with the emergent zone, and close to the value of upland zone. Alpine wetlands in the three reserves in 2014 covered 1175.19 km2 with a classification accuracy of 75.6%. The combination of ecological methods and remote sensing technology will play an important role in wetland delineation at medium and small scales. 13A Safe and Reliable Heterogeneous Controller Deployment Approach in SDN显示文摘Software-Defined Networking(SDN)provides flexible and global network management by decoupling control plane from data plane,and multiple controllers are deployed in the network in a logically centralized and physically distributed way.However,the existing approaches generally deploy the controllers with the same type in the network,which easily causes homogeneous controller common-mode fault.To this end,this paper proposes heterogeneous controller deployment in the SDN,considering the different types of controllers and relevant criteria(e.g.,delay,control link interruption rate,and controller fault rate).Then,we introduce a Safe and Reliable Heterogeneous Controller Deployment(SRHCD)approach,consisting of two stages.Stage 1 determines the type and the number of heterogeneous controllers required for the SDN network based on the dynamic programming.Stage 2 divides the SDN network into multiple subnets by k-means algorithm and improves the genetic algorithm to optimize the heterogeneous controller deployment in these SDN subnets to ensure reliable switch-controller communications.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed approach can effectively reduce the control plane fault rate and increase the attack difficulties.Besides,the switch-controller delay has been lowered by 16.5%averagely.Peng Yi Tao Hu Yanze Qu Liang Wang Hailong Ma Yuxiang Hu Julong Lan 2021China Communications2021,18,8:2
14The early-warning effects of assimilation of the observations over the large-scale slope of the “World Roof” on its downstream weather forecasting显示文摘To improve the numerical simulation of the severe snow storms occurred in the south of China and the middle/lower reaches of Changjiang River during January of 2008, the observations from the automatic weather stations (AWS) over the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau (QXP) and its surrounding areas were assimi-lated into the Weather Research and Forecasts (WRF) model using multi-cycle 3-dimensional varia-tional data assimilation (3DVAR). Due to the large-scale special topography of the QXP and its sur-rounding areas which may reach up to the mid-troposphere, the AWS located at different height on the deep slope of the plateau are different to those located on plains and take a role analogous in some extent to that of radio soundings in obtaining the vertical 'profile' information of the atmosphere, and have the advantages in the aspects of sampling frequency, location/height fixing, and synchronization. The information captured by these AWS may carry the early-warning 'strong signals' in the upstream sensitive area for the downstream weather systems to the east of the plateau and thus the assimilation of these AWS data is expected to lead to significant improvements on the simulation of the severe weather system occurred in its downstream areas through adjusting the 3-dimensional structures of the atmospheric thermal-dynamics for the initial conditions of the model. 16All-Climate Aluminum-Ion Batteries Based on Binder-Free MOF-Derived FeS_(2)@C/CNT Cathode显示文摘Aluminum-ion batteries(AIBs)are promising next-generation batteries systems because of their features of low cost and abundant aluminum resource.However,the inferior rate capacity and poor all-climate performance,especially the decayed capacity under low temperature,are still critical challenges toward high-specific-capacity AIBs.Herein,we report a binder-free and freestanding metal-organic framework-derived FeS_(2)@C/carbon nanotube(FeS_(2)@C/CNT)as a novel all-climate cathode in AIBs working under a wide temperature window between−25 and 50℃ with exceptional flexibility.The resultant cathode not only drastically suppresses the side reaction and volu-metric expansion with high capacity and long-term stability but also greatly enhances the kinetic process in AIBs with remarkable rate capacity(above 151 mAh g^(−1) at 2 A g^(−1))at room temperature.More importantly,to break the bottleneck of the inherently low capacity in graphitic material-based all-climate AIBs,the new hierarchical conductive composite FeS_(2)@C/CNT highly promotes the all-climate performance and delivers as high as 117 mAh g^(−1) capacity even under−25°C.The well-designed metal sulfide electrode with remarkable performance paves a new way toward all-climate and flexible AIBs.Yuxiang Hu Hongjiao Huang Deshuang Yu Xinyi Wang Linlin Li Han Hu Xiaobo Zhu Shengjie Peng Lianzhou Wang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,10:1
17Genomic analysis,trajectory tracking,and field surveys reveal sources and long-distance dispersal routes of wheat stripe rust pathogen in China显示文摘Identifying sources of phytopathogen inoculum and determining their contributions to disease outbreaks are essential for predicting disease development and establishing control strategies.Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),the causal agent of wheat stripe rust,is an airborne fungal pathogen with rapid virulence variation that threatens wheat production through its long-distance migration.Because of wide variation in geographic features,climatic conditions,and wheat production systems,Pst sources and related dispersal routes in China are largely unclear.In the present study,we performed genomic analyses of 154 Pst isolates from all major wheat-growing regions in China to determine Pst population structure and diversity.Through trajectory tracking,historical migration studies,genetic introgression analyses,and field surveys,we investigated Pst sources and their contributions to wheat stripe rust epidemics.We identified Longnan,the Himalayan region,and the Guizhou Plateau,which contain the highest population genetic diversities,as the Pst sources in China.Pst from Longnan disseminates mainly to eastern Liupan Mountain,the Sichuan Basin,and eastern Qinghai;that from the Himalayan region spreads mainly to the Sichuan Basin and eastern Qinghai;and that from the Guizhou Plateau migrates mainly to the Sichuan Basin and the Central Plain.These findings improve our current understanding of wheat stripe rust epidemics in China and emphasize the need for managing stripe rust on a national scale.Yuxiang Li Jichen Dai Taixue Zhang Baotong Wang Siyue Zhang Conghao Wang Jiguang Zhang Qiang Yao Mingju Li Chengyun Li Yuelin Peng Shiqin Cao Gangming Zhan Fei Tao Haifeng Gao Weili Huang Xiaojun Feng Yingwen Bai Zhuoma Qucuo Hongsheng Shang Chong Huang Wancai Liu Jiasui Zhan Xiangming Xu Xianming Chen Zhensheng Kang Xiaoping Hu 2023Plant Communications2023,4,4:1

19Initiation Mechanism of Loess Mudflows by Flume Experiments显示文摘The structure of loess is loose,and the shear strength of loess drops sharply after contact with water.Therefore,loess mudflows have become a common geological disaster on the Chinese Loess Plateau.In order to study the initiation mode and mechanism of loess mudflows,in this study,seven sets of flume experiments were designed by controlling the slope angle and rainfall intensity.The results show that(1)when the slope angle is between 10°and 20°,there are two initiation mechanisms of loess mudflows:mudflow(large scale)and retrogressive toe sliding,and mudflow(small-scale)and retrogressive toe sliding.(2)The main method by which water infiltrates into the soil accumulation is mainly vertical infiltration,which is not affected by the slope angle and the seepage direction of the accumulation soil.(3)The liquefaction of loess is the root cause of loess mudflows.Water infiltrates into the area with an uneven density and a large amount of water accumulates in this area.Thus,the water content of the loess increases and the pore water pressure increases quickly and cannot dissipate in time,so the loess liquefies and the liquefacted area continues to spread and become larger.Thus,loess mudflows(large scale)occur.The increase in pore water pressure was captured in the seven sets of experiments.However,the order of the rising positions in the accumulation were different.This requires us to carry out tracking of the particle displacement inside the soil and the spatial changes in the internal structure of the soil in future research.Penghui Ma Jianbing Peng Jianqi Zhuang Xinghua Zhu Cong Liu Yuxiang Cheng Zuopeng Zhang 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,5:1
