| 5 | An ATF24 peptide-functionalized β-elemene-nanostructured lipid carrier combined with cisplatin for bladder cancer treatment显示文摘Objective:In this study,we aimed to develop an amino-terminal fragment(ATF)peptide-targeted liposome carryingβ-elemene(ATF24-PEG-Lipo-β-E)for targeted delivery into urokinase plasminogen activator receptor-overexpressing bladder cancer cells combined with cisplatin(DDP)for bladder cancer treatment.Methods:The liposomes were prepared by ethanol injection and high-pressure microjet homogenization.The liposomes were characterized,and the drug content,entrapment efficiency,andin vitro release were studied.The targeting efficiency was investigated using confocal microscopy,ultra-fast liquid chromatography,and an orthotopic bladder cancer model.The effects of ATF24-PEG-Lipo-β-E combined with DDP on cell viability and proliferation were evaluated by a Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)assay,a colony formation assay,and cell apoptosis and cell cycle analyses.The anticancer effects were evaluated in a KU-19-19 bladder cancer xenograft model.Results:ATF24-PEG-Lipo-β-E had small and uniform sizes(~79 nm),high drug loading capacity(~5.24 mg/mL),high entrapment efficiency(98.37±0.95%),and exhibited sustained drug release behavior.ATF24-PEG-Lipo-β-E had better targeting efficiency and higher cytotoxicity than polyethylene glycol(PEG)ylatedβ-elemene liposomes(PEG-Lipo-β-E).DDP,combined with ATF24-PEG-Lipo-β-E,exerted a synergistic effect on cellular apoptosis and cell arrest at the G2/M phase,and these effects were dependent on the caspase-dependent pathway and Cdc25C/Cdc2/cyclin B1 pathways.Furthermore,thein vivo antitumor activity showed that the targeted liposomes effectively inhibited the growth of tumors,using the combined strategy.Conclusions:The present study provided an effective strategy for the targeted delivery ofβ-elemene(β-E)to bladder cancer,and a combined strategy for bladder cancer treatment. | Bingtao Zhai Peng Chen Wengang Wang Shuiping Liu Jiao Feng Ting Duan Yu Xiang Ruonan Zhang Mingming Zhang Xuemeng Han Xiaying Chen Qiujie Li Guohua Li Ying Liu Xingxing Huang Wenzheng Zhang Ting Pan Lili Yan Ting Jin Tian Xie Xinbing Sui | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,3: | 5 |

| 8 | Removal of F- and organic matter from coking wastewater by coupling dosing FeCl3 and AlCl3显示文摘Coagulation and precipitation is a widely applied method to remove F-from wastewater.In this work,the effect of coagulation on the removal of F-and organic matter from coking wastewater was studied using Al Cl3and Fe Cl3as compound coagulants.The removal rates of F-and organic matter under different coagulant doses and p H conditions were investigated.The results show that the highest removal rates of F-by Al Cl3and Fe Cl3are 94.4%and 25.4%,respectively;when the dosage is 10 mmol/L,the TOC removal rates of Fe Cl3and Al Cl3reach 20.4%and 34.7%,respectively.Therefore,the removal rate of F-by Al Cl3is higher than that of Fe Cl3,but the removal rate of organic matter by Fe Cl3is relatively higher.The addition of Ca2+can promote the removal of F-,but the removal rate of organic matter decreases.In addition,by investigating the effects of different p H and Fe–Al ratio on the removal rate,the removal effect of adding Fe Cl3and Al Cl3at the same time was discussed.The results show that the most suitable working condition for the removal of organic matter and F-is that the p H is 6.5 and the molar ratio of Al/Fe is 8:2.Overall,the removal mechanism of F-and organic matter in coking wastewater by Fe Cl3and Al Cl3was explored in this study.The experimental results can provide reference for the advanced treatment of coking wastewater. | Shuo Li Mengjie Liu Fuming Meng Xia Hu Wenzheng Yu | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,12: | 2 |
| 9 | One-Pot Three-Dimensional Printing Robust Self-Supporting MnO_(x)/Cu-SSZ-13 Zeolite Monolithic Catalysts for NH_(3)-SCR显示文摘Honeycomb cordierite coated with Cu-SSZ-13 zeolite is widely used for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x) with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR)to reduce pollutants from vehicle emissions.However,conventional honeycomb catalysts fabricated via coating techniques are limited by low zeolite loadings,loss of the deposited zeolites,and complicated preparation processes.Herein,a facile,one-step three-dimensional(3D)printing strategy is developed to construct MnO_(x)/Cu-SSZ-13 monolithic catalysts with excellent catalytic performance for NH_(3)-SCR.Iron-containing halloysite nanotubes(Fe-HNTs)are introduced as printing ink additives to ensure mechanical stability and modulate the NH_(3)-SCR performance of monolithic catalysts in high temperature conditions.In situ incorporation of Mn into the Cu-SSZ-13 zeolite monoliths during the 3D printing process boosts the mechanical strength of the monolithic structures from 2.54 MPa to 4.33 MPa as well as broadens the temperature window(165-550℃)of the catalysts for NH_(3)-SCR with NO_(x) conversion of above 80%.Such robust multicomponent-integrated 3D-printed selfsupporting catalysts not only possess high zeolite loading and excellent catalytic activity,but also avoid complicated manufacturing processes,which contrasts with conventional honeycomb catalysts fabricated by extrusion coupled with coating. | Yingzhen Wei Mengyang Chen Xiaoyu Ren Qifei Wang Jinfeng Han Wenzheng Wu Xiangguang Yang Shuang Wang Jihong Yu | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,5: | 1 |

| 12 | The influence of various additives on coagulation process at different dosing point:From a perspective of structure properties显示文摘Structure properties of flocs(size,fractal dimension(D_(f)),etc.)have a high impact on coagulation efficiency.In this work,the influences of three different additives(ferric salt(Fe),phosphate(P),and citric acid(CA))on coagulation process/efficiency were investigated.Results showed that a small amount of extra Fe can facilitate the growth of Al flocs by providing more'active sites'.Although zeta potential and D_(f) showed a limited change,the average floc size increased apparently and the increment was more obvious when Fe was added after the formation of the flocs.In contrast,P addition during the rapid mixing period will decrease the final average floc size,while the influence is less significant when P was added after the growth of the flocs.In terms of CA,a more striking negative effect on the growth ability of the flocs was observed compared to P.The strong complexing/coordination interactions between CA and aluminum hydroxide is the main reason behind the influence.CA also significantly decreased the D_(f) value of the flocs compared to P,and D_(f) showed a comparatively higher decrease when P or CA was added during the rapid mixing stage compared to the addition after the flocs formation.These results indicated that the addition of CA or P during the rapid mixing stage'inactivated'or occupied more'active sites'on the preliminarily formed Al NPs during the hydrolysis process,and therefore presented stronger impact on the morphology/size of the formed flocs. | Yufei Li Lei Xu Tong Shi Wenzheng Yu | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,3: | 1 |

| 14 | Unraveling Membrane Fouling Induced by Chlorinated Water Versus Surface Water:Biofouling Properties and Microbiological Investigation显示文摘Chlorine is usually applied in the urban water treatment process to deactivate pathogens and prevent waterborne diseases.As a pre-treatment,it remains unclear whether chlorinated water can effectively alleviate membrane fouling during ultrafiltration(UF).In this study,tap water was investigated for its effect on biofilm formation and biofouling in a gravity-driven membrane(GDM)filtration system.For comparison,biofilm/biofouling with untreated surface(lake)water was studied in parallel.It was found that more severe membrane fouling occurred with the filtration of tap water than lake water,and larger quantities of polysaccharide and extracellular DNA(eDNA)were present in the tap-water biofilm than in the lake-water biofilm.The tap-water biofilm had a densely compact morphology.In contrast,a porous,spider-like structure was observed for the lake-water biofilm,which was assumed to be associated with the bacteria in the biofilm.This hypothesis was verified by 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)sequencing,which demonstrated that Xanthobacter was the dominant taxon in the tap-water biofilm.Additionally,membrane hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity played a minor role in affecting the membrane fouling properties and microbial community.This study revealed the significant role of chlorine-resistant bacteria in biofouling formation and provides a deeper understanding of membrane fouling,which can potentially aid in searching for effective ways of controlling membrane fouling. | Li Zhang Lei Xu Nigel Graham Wenzheng Yu | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,8: | 1 |

| 19 | Petroleum geology of marl in Triassic Leikoupo Formation and discovery significance of Well Chongtan1 in central Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘In 2022,the risk exploration well Chongtan1(CT1)in the Sichuan Basin revealed commercial oil and gas flow during test in a new zone–the marl of the second submember of the third member of Leikoupo Formation(Lei-32)of Middle Triassic,recording a significant discovery.However,the hydrocarbon accumulation in marl remains unclear,which restricts the selection and deployment of exploration area.Focusing on Well CT1,the hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics of Lei-32 marl are analyzed to clarify the potential zones for exploration.The following findings are obtained.First,according to the geochemical analysis of petroleum and source rocks,oil and gas in the Lei-32 marl of Well CT1 are originated from the same marl.The marl acts as both source rock and reservoir rock.Second,the Lei-32 marl in central Sichuan Basin is of lagoonal facies,with a thickness of 40–130 m,an area of about 40000 km^(2),a hydrocarbon generation intensity of(4–12)×10^(8) m^(3)/km^(2),and an estimated quantity of generated hydrocarbons of 25×10^(12) m^(3).Third,the lagoonal marl reservoirs are widely distributed in central Sichuan Basin.Typically,in Xichong–Yilong,Ziyang–Jianyang and Moxi South,the reservoirs are 20–60 m thick and cover an area of 7500 km^(2).Fourth,hydrocarbons in the lagoonal marl are generated and stored in the Lei-32 marl,which means that marl serves as both source rock and reservoir rock.They represent a new type of unconventional resource,which is worthy of exploring.Fifth,based on the interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data from central Sichuan Basin,Xichong and Suining are defined as favorable prospects with estimated resources of(2000–3000)×10^(8) m^(3). | WANG Zecheng XIN Yongguang XIE Wuren WEN Long ZHANG Hao XIE Zengye ZHANG Jianyong TIAN Han LI Wenzheng FU Xiaodong SUN Haofei WANG Xiaofang HU Guoyi ZHANG Yu | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5: | 0 |
| 20 | Characteristics of Climate Change in the Lake Basin Area of Gangcha County显示文摘This paper mainly was based on the average temperature,precipitation,humidity,and wind direction of Gangcha county from 1960 to 2013.By using wavelet analysis and Mann-Kendall(M-K)mutation analysis,specifically analyzed the climate change characteristics in the lake basin area of Gangcha county.The result showed that the climatic change in the lake basin area of Gangcha county is noticeable.The average temperature,average minimum temperature,average maximum temperature,and evaporation showed an increasing trend.But the evaporation in the study area was higher than precipitation.The average relative humidity showed a decreasing trend.And the sunshine and the average wind speed percentage showed a significant decreasing trend.Utilizing the Morelet wavelet,The time series of annual mean temperature,annual evaporation and annual sunshine percentage all have quasi3a and quasi4A periods,and the annual mean precipitation has quasi2–3A,quasi2–5A and quasi2–6A periods,which appear in 1996–2005,1962–1978 and 1978–1996 respectively.The mean annual relative humidity has obvious quasi2–7A and quasi3A time series,which appear from 1960 to 1996,1997 to 2005 and after 2008,respectively.The annual mean wind speed has quasi3–4A and quasi5A time series characteristics,which appear in 1964–1967,1984–1995,after 2009 and 1971–1983,respectively.Through Mann-Kendall(M-K)mutation analysis,it is found that the mutations of evaporation and the average speed of wind are significant.The mutation of evaporation started in 2004,and the mutation of average started in 2003. | Wenzheng Yu Aodi Fu Li Shao Haitao Liu Xin Yao Tianliang Chen Hanxiaoya Zhang | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10: | 0 |
