1Copy-Paste Detection Based on a SIFT Marked Graph Feature Vector显示文摘To detect copy-paste tampering,an improved SIFT(Scale invariant feature transform)-based algorithm was proposed.Maximum angle is defined and a maximum angle-based marked graph is constructed.The marked graph feature vector is provided to each SIFT key point via discrete polar coordinate transformation.Key points are matched to detect the copy-paste tampering regions.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively identify and detect the rotated or scaled copy-paste regions,and in comparison with the methods reported previously,it is resistant to postprocessing,such as blurring,Gaussian white noise and JPEG recompression.The proposed algorithm performs better than the existing algorithm to dealing with scaling transformation.LYU Yingda SHEN Xuanjing CHEN Haipeng 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,2:6
2Bandgap prediction by deep learning in configurationally hybridized graphene and boron nitride显示文摘It is well-known that the atomic-scale and nano-scale configuration of dopants can play a crucial role in determining the electronic properties of materials.However,predicting such effects is challenging due to the large range of atomic configurations that are possible.Here,we present a case study of how deep learning algorithms can enable bandgap prediction in hybridized boron–nitrogen graphene with arbitrary supercell configurations.A material descriptor that enables correlation of structure and bandgap was developed for convolutional neural networks.Bandgaps calculated by ab initio calculations,and corresponding structures,were used as training datasets.The trained networks were then used to predict bandgaps of systems with various configurations.For 4×4 and 5×5 supercells they accurately predict bandgaps,with a R^(2) of >90% and root-mean-square error of~0.1 eV.The transfer learning was performed by leveraging data generated from small supercells to improve the prediction accuracy for 6×6 supercells.This work will pave a route to future investigation of configurationally hybridized graphene and other 2D materials.Moreover,given the ubiquitous existence of configurations in materials,this work may stimulate interest in applying deep learning algorithms for the configurational design of materials across different length scales.Yuan Dong Chuhan Wu Chi Zhang Yingda Liu Jianlin Cheng Jian Lin 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:5
3Brazing diamond grits onto AA7075 aluminium alloy substrate with Ag–Cu–Ti filler alloy by laser heating显示文摘The brazing of diamond is a promising way to fabricate grinding wheels for efficient machining and precision grinding.This work investigated the feasibility of bonding diamond grits onto Aluminium Alloy 7075(AA7075)substrate with a Ag–Cu–Ti filler alloy via laser fusion brazing.The interfacial microstructures and the strength of the brazed diamond joints were studied.The cross-section of the brazed diamond joint consists of a molten filler alloy layer,a molten pool,a heat effect zone,a columnar crystal zone and an equiaxed crystal zone.Within the interface of the filler alloy/substrate metal,microstructures observed possibly were Ag(s.s),Al(s.s),Tix Al,Al2 Cu and Mg intermetallic compounds.A layer of Ti C with a thickness of about 30–50 nm was found at the bonding interface of the diamond/filler alloy.The averaged peak shear force of the brazed joints was found to be approximately 39.8 N.The abrasion grinding test indicated that the diamond/AA7075 brazed joint was adequate for grinding.However,the pulled-off of grit was found to be the primary failure of this type of brazed joint.This work broadened the brazing diamond technique and the range of applications of brazed diamond wheels for efficient grinding.Guoqin HUANG Yingda WANG Meiqin ZHANG Changcai CUI Zhen TONG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6:3
4Revealing the surface electronic structures of AIGaN deep-ultraviolet multiple quantum wells with lateral polarity domains显示文摘We report on the carrier dynamic and electronic structure investigations on AlGaN-based deep-ultraviolet multiple quantum wells (MQWs)with lateral polarity domains.The localized potential maximum is predicted near the domain boundaries by first-principle calculation,suggesting carrier localization and efficient radiative recombination.More importantly,lateral band diagrams of the MQWs are proposed based on electron affinities and valance band levels calculated from ultraviolet(UV)photoelectron spectroscopy.The proposed lateral band diagram is further demonstrated by surface potential distribution collected by Kelvin probe microscopy and the density-of-state calculation of energy bands.This work illustrates that lateral polarity structures are playing essential roles in the electronic properties of II nitride photonic devices and may provide novel perspective in the realization of high-efficiency UV emitters.WEI GUO LI CHEN HOUQIANG XU YINGDA QIAN MOHEB SHEIKHI JASON HOO SHIPING GUO LIANG XU JIANZHE LU FERAS ALQATARI XIAOHANG LI KAIYAN HE ZHE CHUAN FENG JICHUN YE 2020Photonics Research2020,8,6:2
5DSC analyses of static and dynamic precipitation of an Al-Mg-Si-Cu aluminum alloy显示文摘In the present investigation, both static and dynamic precipitations of an Al–Mg–Si–Cu aluminum alloy after solid-solution treatment(SST)were comparatively analyzed using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). Dynamic aging was performed in the SST alloy through equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) at different temperatures of room temperature, 110, 170, 191 and 300 1C. For comparison, static artificial aging was conducted in the SST alloy at 191 1C with two aging times of 4 and 10 h. The DSC analyses reveal that the dynamic precipitation has occurred in the ECAPed samples, while the activation energies associated with the strengthening precipitates in the dynamic samples are considerably higher than the energies in the SST and static aged samples. The higher activation energies are probably attributed to the smaller grains and higher dislocation density developed after ECAP. 19Review of Renewal Design of Industrial Heritage from the Perspective of Green Buildings显示文摘With the acceleration of global economic development and urbanization,industrial transformation and the outstanding ecological environment problems have made industrial heritage renewal receive more and more attention.In recent years,the related research conducted from the perspective of green buildings has also become one of the new hotspots.In this paper,CiteSpace software was used to make an econometric analysis of the related research in this field from 2004 to 2022 in CNKI database from the number of published papers,keyword clustering and emergentwords,and a knowledge chart was drawn.Besides,the development process,evolution trend and frontier hot spot of related research were sorted out and summarized.The results show that ① the green renewal of domestic industrial heritage has experienced three stages:embryonic stage,exploration stage and outbreak stage.②The research focuses on experience summary and project practice exploration.③The research hotspots are mainly distributed in the directions of protection strategy,evaluation system construction,green transformation technology,urban renewal,etc.,and the perspective tends to be diversified and presents the trend of multi-disciplinary intersection.The shortcomings of the research are as follows:industrial heritage research and green building research are relatively independent,and no systematic theoretical system of green transformation of industrial heritage has been formed;there is a lack of relatively comprehensive reconstruction evaluation guidelines,andevaluation models of green transformation of industrial heritage at different levels have not been established.LIU Yingda MA Xin YANG Xin 2022Journal of Landscape Research2022,14,5:0
