| 3 | Smartphone based precise monitoring method for farm operation显示文摘Although Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)terminal has been widely used for fleet management,it cannot satisfy the need of managing changes of laborer and implement during farm operation,which are important for social service cooperatives comparing to family farms in China.The objective of this study was to explore a precise,low cost and easy-to-use method for vehicle fleet management of large scale farm machinery cooperatives.A smartphone based application software(APP)named Precise Monitoring System(PMS)was developed to record the farm operation information including tractor,implement and laborer by scanning their Quick Response codes(QR codes),and obtain real time GNSS positions by using built-in GNSS chip of smartphone.Considering the convenience usage for farmers,only two buttons,“start/pause/continue”and“stop”were designed to record farm operation status.Finally,IDs,positions and operation status were combined and transferred to the server through GPRS/3G/4G.Two kinds of experiments were designed and conducted to verify the PMS.The results showed that PMS can realize the basic functions such as precise and real-time monitoring,operation quality tracing,operation mileage and operation area calculating,and U-turn processing.The method and APP could record complex combination of production factors precisely and accurately,which is suitable for the management of vehicle fleet,and can replace GNSS terminal to some extent. | Wu Caicong Zhou Lin Wang Jie Cai Yaping | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3: | 7 |
| 4 | Injectable peptide hydrogel as intraperitoneal triptolide depot for the treatment of orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Chemotherapy is among the limited choices approved for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) at intermediate and advanced stages. Preferential and prolonged drug exposure in diseased sites is required to maximize the therapeutic index of the drug. Here, we report an injectable supramolecular peptide hydrogel as an intraperitoneal depot for localized and sustained release of triptolide for the treatment of orthotopic HCC. We chose peptide amphiphile C16-GNNQQNYKD-OH-based nanofibers as gelators and carriers for triptolide. Sustained triptolide release from the hydrogel was achieved over 14 days in vitro, with higher accumulation in and cytotoxicity against human HCC Bel-7402 in comparison with L-02 fetal hepatocytes. After intraperitoneal injection, the hydrogel showed prolonged retention over 13 days and preferential accumulation in the liver, realizing HCC growth inhibition by99.7 ± 0.1% and animal median survival extension from 19 to 43 days, without causing noticeable pathological changes in the major organs. | 6 | Studies of key technologies for CdTe solar modules显示文摘In this paper, CdS thin films, which act as the window layer and n-type partner to the p-type CdTe layer, were prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD). CdTe thin films were deposited by the close-spaced sublimation (CSS) method. To obtain high-quality back contacts, a Te-rich layer was created with chemical etching and back contact materials were applied after CdTe annealing. The results indicate that the ZnTe/ZnTe:Cu complex layers show superior performance over other back contacts. Herein, we reducedultrathin LDH precursors in situ and topotactically converted them to atomicallythick (N2 nm) two-dimensional (2D) multi-metallic, single crystalline alloynanosheets with highly tunable metallic compositions. The as-obtained alloynanosheets not only maintained the vertically aligned ultrathin 2D structure,but also inherited the atomic dispersion of the minor metallic compositions ofthe LDH precursors, even though the atomic percentage was higher than 20%,which is far beyond the reported percentages for single-atom dispersions (usuallyless than 0.1%). | 9 | Transcriptome and metabolomics analysis revealed that CmWRKY49 regulating CmPSY1 promotes β-carotene accumulation in orange fleshed oriental melon显示文摘The flesh color of oriental melons is an important commercial trait that affects consumer preferences.To explore the mechanisms underlying the flesh color formation and regulation during fruit ripening,carotenoid-targeted metabolomic and RNA-seq analysis were conducted between white-fleshed(WF) and orange-fleshed(OF) oriental melon cultivars at different stages.The carotenoid-targeted metabolomic analysis indicated that β-carotene was the major metabolite that caused differences in flesh color between the two cultivars.Additionally,through KEGG pathway enrichment and weighted gene co-expression network(WGCNA) analysis,metabolic pathways and related transcription factors that are associated with carotenoid metabolism were selected and transcriptome data was verified using RT-qPCR.Finally,the yeast one hybrid and luciferase activity showed that the transcription factor CmWRKY49 could directly bind to the CmPSY1 promoter to activate its expression in the ’OF’ cultivar.Transient overexpression of CmWRKY49 in ’OF’ cultivar increased the β-carotene content,while the β-carotene content decreased when it was silenced in the same cultivar.This study provides insights into the underlying regulatory network of carotenoid metabolism in oriental melon fruit. | Xiaoyu Duan Cai Jiang Yaping Zhao Ge Gao Meng Li Hongyan Qi | 2022 | Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,5: | 3 |

Compared with the existing results, the newly obtained bounds are less conservative and more practical, which means that the condition for the existence of the upper bounds derived here is much weaker. The advantage of the results is shown by theoretical analysis and numerical examples. | 13 | Behavior modelling and sensing for machinery operations using smartphone’s sensor data:A case study of forage maize sowing显示文摘Large-scale agricultural machinery cooperatives require technical statistic report of agricultural machinery operations to improve the efficiency of fleet management.This research proposed a smartphone-based solution to build the behavior model for agricultural machinery operations by using the embedded sensors including the GNSS,the accelerometer,and the microphone.The whole working process of agricultural machinery operation was divided into four stages:preparation,operation,U-turn,and transfer,each of which may contain the behaviors of stalling and idling.Field experiments were carried out by skilled operators,whose operations were typical agricultural machinery operations that could be used to extract behavior features.Butterworth low-pass filter was used to smooth the output from the accelerometer.Then,the operating data were collected through an APP when sowing the forage maize as a case study.Four stages of machinery operation can be preliminarily classified by using GNSS speed,while the identification of behaviors such as sudden acceleration and longtime idling that may increase fuel consumption,reduce machinery life,or decrease the working efficiency,requires extra information such as acceleration and sound intensity.The results showed that the jerk of accelerating can describe the severity of the sudden acceleration,the standard deviation of forward acceleration can reflect the smoothness of operation,the upward acceleration can be used to identify behaviors of stalling and idling,and the sound intensity during idling can capture the behavior of goosing the throttle.Further,the operating behavior figure can be drawn based on the above parameters.In conclusion,this research constructed several behavior models of agricultural machinery and operators by using smartphone’s sensor data and established the base of the online assessing and scoring system for agricultural machinery operations. | Caicong Wu Zhibo Chen Dongxu Wang Zhihong Kou Yaping Cai Weizhong Yang | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6: | 1 |

| 20 | Multi-Feature Fusion-Guided Multiscale Bidirectional Attention Networks for Logistics Pallet Segmentation显示文摘In the smart logistics industry,unmanned forklifts that intelligently identify logistics pallets can improve work efficiency in warehousing and transportation and are better than traditional manual forklifts driven by humans.Therefore,they play a critical role in smart warehousing,and semantics segmentation is an effective method to realize the intelligent identification of logistics pallets.However,most current recognition algorithms are ineffective due to the diverse types of pallets,their complex shapes,frequent blockades in production environments,and changing lighting conditions.This paper proposes a novel multi-feature fusion-guided multiscale bidirectional attention(MFMBA)neural network for logistics pallet segmentation.To better predict the foreground category(the pallet)and the background category(the cargo)of a pallet image,our approach extracts three types of features(grayscale,texture,and Hue,Saturation,Value features)and fuses them.The multiscale architecture deals with the problem that the size and shape of the pallet may appear different in the image in the actual,complex environment,which usually makes feature extraction difficult.Our study proposes a multiscale architecture that can extract additional semantic features.Also,since a traditional attention mechanism only assigns attention rights from a single direction,we designed a bidirectional attention mechanism that assigns cross-attention weights to each feature from two directions,horizontally and vertically,significantly improving segmentation.Finally,comparative experimental results show that the precision of the proposed algorithm is 0.53%–8.77%better than that of other methods we compared. | Weiwei Cai Yaping Song Huan Duan Zhenwei Xia Zhanguo Wei | 2022 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,6: | 1 |
