1Magnetic field data processing methods of the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite显示文摘The High Precision Magnetometer(HPM) on board the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) allows highly accurate measurement of the geomagnetic field; it includes FGM(Fluxgate Magnetometer) and CDSM(Coupled Dark State Magnetometer)probes. This article introduces the main processing method, algorithm, and processing procedure of the HPM data. First, the FGM and CDSM probes are calibrated according to ground sensor data. Then the FGM linear parameters can be corrected in orbit, by applying the absolute vector magnetic field correction algorithm from CDSM data. At the same time, the magnetic interference of the satellite is eliminated according to ground-satellite magnetic test results. Finally, according to the characteristics of the magnetic field direction in the low latitude region, the transformation matrix between FGM probe and star sensor is calibrated in orbit to determine the correct direction of the magnetic field. Comparing the magnetic field data of CSES and SWARM satellites in five continuous geomagnetic quiet days, the difference in measurements of the vector magnetic field is about 10 nT, which is within the uncertainty interval of geomagnetic disturbance.Bin Zhou YanYan Yang YiTeng Zhang XiaoChen Gou BingJun Cheng JinDong Wang Lei Li 2018Earth and Planetary Physics2018,2,6:9
2Rolling up MXene sheets into scrolls to promote their anode performance in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Although Ti3 C2 MXene sheets have attracted extensive attention in lithium-ion storage techniques,their restacking makes against and even hinders the Li ions diffusion within them,thereby decreasing the capacity as well as rate performance of conventional MXene anode.Here,for the first time,we roll up the Ti3 C2 Tx sheets into scrolls with unclosed topological structure and the interlayer galleries to alleviate the restacking problem.Thus,Ti3 C2 Tx scrolls as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have higher capacity and better rate performance than Ti3 C2 Tx sheets.On the bases of these,high-capacity silicon nanoparticles are added during the rolling process to in-situ produce Ti3 C2 Tx/Si composite scrolls.The addition of 10%silicon nanoparticles shows the best overall improvement among capacity,rate capability and cyclic stability for Ti3 C2 Tx scrolls.Jianing Meng Fangfang Zhang Li Zhang Lingyang Liu Jiangtao Chen Bingjun Yang Xingbin Yan 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:4
3Small changes in the length of diselenide bond-containing linkages exert great influences on the antitumor activity of docetaxel homodimeric prodrug nanoassemblies显示文摘Homodimeric prodrug-based self-assembled nanoparticles,with carrier-free structure and ultrahigh drug loading,is drawing more and more attentions.Homodimeric prodrugs are composed of two drug molecules and a pivotal linkage.The influence of the linkages on the self-assembly,in vivo fate and antitumor activity of homodimeric prodrugs is the focus of research.Herein,three docetaxel(DTX)homodimeric prodrugs are developed using different lengths of diselenide bond-containing linkages.Interestingly,compared with the other two linkages,the longest diselenide bond-containing linkage could facilitate the self-delivery of DTX prodrugs,thus improving the stability,circulation time and tumor targeting of prodrug nanoassemblies.Besides,the extension of linkages reduces the redox-triggered drug release and cytotoxicity of prodrug nanoassemblies in tumor cells.Although the longest diselenide bond-containing prodrug nanoassemblies possessed the lowest cytotoxicity to 4T1 cells,their stable nanostructure maintained intact during circulation and achieve the maximum accumulation of DTX in tumor cells,which finally“turned the table”.Our study illustrates the crucial role of linkages in homodimeric prodrugs,and gives valuable proposal for the development of advanced nano-DDS for cancer treatment.Lingxiao Li Shiyi Zuo Fudan Dong Tian Liu Yanlin Gao Yinxian Yang Xin Wang Jin Sun Bingjun Sun Zhonggui He 2021Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,3:3

5Newly designed identifying method for ice thickness on highvoltage transmission lines via machine vision显示文摘The icing of transmission lines will bring considerable challenges to the safe operation of the power grid.Therefore,a novel method combines machine vision and machine learning algorithms for identifying the ice thickness on high‐voltage transmission line(HVTL)as proposed herein.First,noise and background interference in the image are filtered,and the grey image is used as input.Then,the algorithms of improved Canny edge detection,Hough transform,improved K‐means clustering,and least‐squares fitting are adopted in turn to locate the edges of conductors.Finally,according to the distance mapping model based on monocular vision,the ice thickness of the conductor is determined by calculating the width difference before and after icing.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately locate the edge of the conductor in both field and experimental environments.Moreover,it can ensure ideal effects under different illumination and hardly not be affected by distortion in both horizontal and vertical directions.Besides,the distance mapping model can map the pixel distance to the actual distance with high precision,no matter whether the background is simple or complex,and the calculated ice thickness has only a small deviation compared to the actual value.In addition,the proposed method shows high reliability and effectiveness when various interference such as different backgrounds,uneven icing,height difference changes,conductor movement,contrast changes,and conductor sag occur.Bingjun Weng Wei Gao Weicou Zheng Gengjie Yang 2021High Voltage2021,6,5:3
6Spatial differences in soybean bioactive components across China and their influence by weather factors显示文摘Bioactive components are partially responsible for the nutritional and health benefits of soybeans. Four major bioactive components: isoflavones, oligosaccharides, phospholipids,and saponins, were quantified in 763 soybean samples collected from widely distributed regions across China from 2010 to 2013. A majority of the tested bioactive components showed generally declining trends from the north(high latitude) to the south(low latitude).A positive relationship between total oligosaccharides(TO) and altitude was observed. Total isoflavones(TI), phospholipids(TP) and TO were negatively correlated with cumulative temperature above or equal to 15 °C(AT15) and mean daily temperature(MDT), but positively correlated with diurnal temperature range(DTR) and hours of sunshine(HS).Total saponins(TS) were negatively correlated with MDT but positively correlated with rainfall(RF), whereas TO were negatively correlated with RF. Path-coefficient analysis showed that, besides genotype differences, temperature and HS during the reproductive period influenced TI and TP contents, while temperature and RF influenced TS and TO. The effects of weather factors on soybean bioactive components in diverse regions of China were characterized. 7Validation and modification of the AJCC 8th TNM staging system for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma in a Chinese cohort:A nationwide pancreas data center analysis显示文摘Objective:To validate the 8 th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)staging system for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)in a Chinese cohort of radically resected patients and to develop a refined staging system for PDAC.Methods:Data were collected from the China Pancreas Data Center(CPDC)for patients with resected PDAC in 2016 and 2017,and cancer-specific survival(CSS)was evaluated using the Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test.Univariate and multivariate analyses based on Cox regression were performed to identify prognostic factors.The recursive partitioning analysis(RPA),Kaplan-Meier method,and log-rank test were performed on the training dataset to generate a proposed modification for the 8 th TNM staging system utilizing the preoperative carbohydrate antigen(CA)19-9 level.Validation was performed for both staging systems in the validation cohort.Results:A total of 1,676 PDAC patients were retrieved,and the median CSS was significantly different between the 8 th TNM groupings,with no significant difference in survival between stage IB and IIA.The analysis of T and N stages demonstrated a better prognostic value in the N category.Multivariate analysis showed that the preoperative serum CA19-9 level was the strongest prognostic indicator among all the independent risk factors.All patients with CA19-9>500 U/mL had similar survival,and we proposed a new staging system by combining IB and IIA and stratifying all patients with high CA19-9 into stage III.The modified staging system had a better performance for predicting CSS than the 8 th AJCC staging scheme.Conclusions:The 8 th AJCC staging system for PDAC is suitable for a Chinese cohort of resected patients,and the N category has a better prognostic value than the T category.Our modified staging system has superior accuracy in predicting survival than the 8 th AJCC TNM staging system.Hao Hu Chang Qu Bingjun Tang Weikang Liu Yongsu Ma Yiran Chen Xuehai Xie Yan Zhuang Hongqiao Gao Xiaodong Tian Yinmo Yang 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,4:3

11Death of Prorocentrum donghaiense May Be a Programmed Autolysis显示文摘Prorocentrum donghaiense,one of the dinoflagellate,has continuously caused large scale red tides along the Chinese coast in recent years. These red tides have brought tremendous loss to the local economy and serious impacts to the local environment. Unfortunately,little was known about the mechanism of the fast appearance and extinction of the red tide caused by this alga. In this study,the full-length cDNA of a caspase encoding gene of P. donghaiense was cloned and characterized,and the transcription of this gene during the senescence of the alga was semi-quantitatively determined. The cDNA was 520 bp in length. It contained a 258 bp open reading frame(ORF) which encoded a peptide of 85 amino acids. The amount of transcripts of the caspase encoding gene increased with the senescence of P. donghaiense and started to decrease gradually when the autolysis of P. donghaiense cells took place. 17Impact of the amount of PEG on prodrug nanoassemblies for efficient cancer therapy显示文摘PEGylation has been widely used to improve the pharmacokinetic properties of prodrug self-assembled nanoparticles(prodrug-SANPs).However,the impacts of the amount of PEG on the self-assemble stability,cellular uptake,pharmacokinetics,and antitumor efficacy of prodrug-SANPs are still unknown.Herein,selenoether bond bridged docetaxel dimeric prodrug was synthesized as the model prodrug.Five prodrug-SANPs were designed by using different mass ratios of prodrugs to PEG(W_(prodrug)/W_(DSPE-mPEG2000)=10:0,9:1,8:2,7:3 and 6:4),and defined as Pure drug NPs,9:1NPs,8:2NPs,7:3 NPs and 6:4 NPs,respectively.Interestingly,8:2 NPs formed the most compact nanostructure,thus improving the self-assemble stability and pharmacokinetics behavior.In addition,the difference of these prodrug-SANPs in cellular uptake was investigated,and the influence of PEG on cytotoxicity and antitumor efficacy was also clarified in details.The 8:2 NPs exhibited much better antitumor efficacy than other prodrug-SANPs and even commercial product.Our findings demonstrated the pivotal role of the amount of PEG on prodrug-SANPs.Yaqiao Li Lingxiao Li Qianhui Jin Tian Liu Jin Sun Yongjun Wang Zhijun Yang Zhonggui He Bingjun Sun 2022Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,2:1
