High precision magnetometer for geomagnetic exploration onboard of the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite显示文摘The China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) is the first platform of China's earthquake observation system in space and the first satellite of China's geophysical field detection missions. The high precision magnetometer(HPM), which contains two fluxgate sensors and a coupled dark state magnetometer(CDSM), measures the vector of the Earth's magnetic field with a bandwidth from DC to 15 Hz. The two fluxgate sensors are in a gradiometer configuration in order to reduce satellite interferences. Additionally, the CDSM sensor measures the scalar value of the magnetic field with higher accuracy and stability.Several data processing and calibration methods have been prepared to get accurate vector magnetic field data. This includes the calibration of each of the three sensors, the absolute vector correction algorithm, the spacecraft magnetic interference elimination and the coordinate transformation method. Also the instrument performances based on ground calibration activities are shown in this article.CHENG BingJun ZHOU Bin MAGNES Werner LAMMEGGER Roland POLLINGER Andreas 2018Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,5:13
Magnetic field data processing methods of the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite显示文摘The High Precision Magnetometer(HPM) on board the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) allows highly accurate measurement of the geomagnetic field; it includes FGM(Fluxgate Magnetometer) and CDSM(Coupled Dark State Magnetometer)probes. This article introduces the main processing method, algorithm, and processing procedure of the HPM data. First, the FGM and CDSM probes are calibrated according to ground sensor data. Then the FGM linear parameters can be corrected in orbit, by applying the absolute vector magnetic field correction algorithm from CDSM data. At the same time, the magnetic interference of the satellite is eliminated according to ground-satellite magnetic test results. Finally, according to the characteristics of the magnetic field direction in the low latitude region, the transformation matrix between FGM probe and star sensor is calibrated in orbit to determine the correct direction of the magnetic field. Comparing the magnetic field data of CSES and SWARM satellites in five continuous geomagnetic quiet days, the difference in measurements of the vector magnetic field is about 10 nT, which is within the uncertainty interval of geomagnetic disturbance.Bin Zhou YanYan Yang YiTeng Zhang XiaoChen Gou BingJun Cheng JinDong Wang Lei Li 2018Earth and Planetary Physics2018,2,6:9

Analysis and elimination of tri-band beacon interference with the fluxgate sensors onboard CSES显示文摘High precision magnetometer(HPM)is a magnetic field detection payload onboard China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES),including two fluxgate magnetometers(FGM)and a coupled dark state magnetometer(CDSM).Observations show that FGM appears to be influenced when tri-band beacon(TBB)is powered on and emits electromagnetic waves. The interference phenomenon is further validated based on both in-orbit observation analysis and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)tests on the ground.A joint correction algorithm based on the least square fitting and first-order difference method according to scalar magnetometer data is proposed to eliminate the interference. The algorithm significantly improves the consistency of HPM data. After correction, the average scalar deviation error could be reduced from 9.0 nT to around 0.7 nT.TONG YuQi CHENG BingJun MIAO YuanQing ZHOU Bin ZHU XingHong YANG YanYan LIU Ji GOU XiaoChen ZHANG YiTeng WANG JinDong LI Lei MAGNES Werner LAMMEGGER Roland POLLINGER Andreas ZEREN Zhima SHEN XuHui 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,10:1
Structurally defined tandem-responsive nanoassemblies composed of dipeptide-based photosensitive derivatives and hypoxia-activated camptothecin prodrugs against primary and metastatic breast tumors显示文摘Substantial progress in the use of chemo-photodynamic nano-drug delivery systems(nanoDDS) for the treatment of the malignant breast cancer has been achieved. The inability to customize precise nanostructures, however, has limited the therapeutic efficacy of the prepared nano-DDS to date. Here,we report a structurally defined tandem-responsive chemo-photosensitive co-nanoassembly to eliminate primary breast tumor and prevent lung metastasis. This both-in-one co-nanoassembly is prepared by assembling a biocompatible photosensitive derivative(pheophorbide-diphenylalanine peptide, PPADA) with a hypoxia-activated camptothecin(CPT) prodrug [(4-nitrophenyl) formate camptothecin, NCPT]. According to computational simulations, the co-assembly nanostructure is not the classical core-shell type, but consists of many small microphase regions. Upon exposure to a 660 nm laser,PPA-DA induce high levels of ROS production to effectively achieve the apoptosis of normoxic cancer cells. Subsequently, the hypoxia-activated N-CPT and CPT spatially penetrate deep into the hypoxic region of the tumor and suppress hypoxia-induced tumor metastasis. Benefiting from the rational design of the chemo-photodynamic both-in-one nano-DDS, these nanomedicines exhibit a promising potential in the inhibition of difficult-to-treat breast tumor metastasis in patients with breast cancer.Mengchi Sun Hailun Jiang Tian Liu Xiao Tan Qikun Jiang Bingjun Sun Yulong Zheng Gang Wang Yang Wang Maosheng Cheng Zhonggui He Jin Sun 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:1

Metal-organic layers induce in situ nano-structuring of Cu surface in electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction显示文摘Cu-based catalysts have attracted widespread attention for its capability in electrocatalytically reducing CO_(2)to a variety of products.Surface modification of Cu has become an interesting method for tuning the catalytic performance. Here,we use Zrbased metal-organic layers(MOLs)as the additive of the Cu surface, which enhanced the Faradaic efficiency of CH4 by two times as compared to the untreated polycrystalline Cu foil.Unexpectedly, the MOLs were found to induce in situ nano-structuring of the Cu foil surface within seconds in the electrolysis,as revealed by a combination of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),grazing incidence X-ray diffractometry(GIXRD),and linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)measurements. These surface changes are responsible for the shift of product selectivity.Control experiments suggest that negatively chargedμ3-O−on the Zr-cluster in the MOL might interact with CO-covered Cu surface and induce roughing and nano-structuring.This work reveals a potential role of additive on Cu to induce surface nano-structuring that tunes catalytic activity and selectivity.Xinru He Jiawei Chen Yifei Xu Yan Shen Yifan Zeng Jieyu Zhu Bingjun Xu Cheng Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
