1Design and application of 60mer oligonucleotide microarray in SARS coronavirus detection显示文摘The 60mer oligonucleotide microarray was designed and applied to detecting of SARS (severe acute res-piratory syndrome) coronavirus. Thirty 60mer specific oligos were designed to cover the whole genome of the first submit-ted coronavirus strain, according to the sequence of TOR2 (GENEBANK Accession: AY274119). These primers were synthesized and printed into a microarray with 12×12 spots. RNAs were extracted from the throat swab and gargling fluid of SARS patients and reverse-transcripted into the double strand cDNAs. The cDNAs were prepared as re-stricted cDNA fragments by the restriction display (RD) technique and labeled by PCR with the Cy5-universal primer. The labeled samples were then applied to the oligo microar-ray for hybridization. The diagnostic capability of the mi-croarray was evaluated after the washing and scanning steps. The scanning result showed that samples of SARS patients were hybridized with multiple SARS probes on the microar-ray, and there is no signal on the negative and blank controls. These results indicate that the genome of SARS coronavirus can be detected in parallel by the 60mer oligonucleotide mi-croarray, which can improve the positive ratio of the diagno-sis. 2Polydopamine-modified collagen sponge scaffold as a novel dermal regeneration template with sustained release of platelet-rich plasma to accelerate skin repair:A one-step strategy显示文摘Although employed to release growth factors(GFs)for regenerative medicine,platelet-rich plasma(PRP)has been hindered by issues like burst effect.Based on collagen sponge scaffolds(CSSs)modified with polydopamine(pDA),a novel dermal regeneration template(DRT)was designed.However,whether it could efficiently deliver PRP and even foster wound healing remained unclear.In this work,after PRP was prepared and pDA-modified CSSs(pDA-CSSs)were fabricated,microscopic observation,GFs release assay and in-vitro biological evaluations of pDA-CSSs with PRP(pDA-CSS@PRP)were performed,followed by BALA-C/nu mice full-thickness skin defects implanted with pDA-CSS@PRP covered by grafted skins(termed as a One-step strategy).As a result,scanning electron microscope demonstrated more immobilized platelets on pDA-CSS′surface with GFs’controlled release via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,compared with CSSs.In line with enhanced in-vitro proliferation,adhesion and migration of keratinocytes&endothelial cells,pDA-CSS@PRP were histologically revealed to accelerate wound healing with less scar via rapid angiogenesis,arrangement of more mature collagen,guiding cells to spread,etc.In conclusion,pDA-CSSs have potential to serve as a novel DRT capable of delivering PRP,which may foster full-thickness skin defect healing by means of a One-step strategy.Zijun Zheng Minxiong Li Pengwei Shi Yanbin Gao Jun Ma Yuchen Li Lei Huang Zhangfeifan Yang Lei Yang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,8:2
3Interacting plexcitons for designed ultrafast optical nonlinearity in a monolayer semiconductor显示文摘Searching for ideal materials with strong effective optical nonlinear responses is a long-term task enabling remarkable breakthroughs in contemporary quantum and nonlinear optics.Polaritons,hybridized light-matter quasiparticles,are an appealing candidate to realize such nonlinearities.Here,we explore a class of peculiar polaritons,named plasmon–exciton polaritons(plexcitons),in a hybrid system composed of silver nanodisk arrays and monolayer tungsten-disulfide(WS2),which shows giant room-temperature nonlinearity due to their deep-subwavelength localized nature.Specifically,comprehensive ultrafast pump–probe measurements reveal that plexciton nonlinearity is dominated by the saturation and higher-order excitation-induced dephasing interactions,rather than the well-known exchange interaction in traditional microcavity polaritons.Furthermore,we demonstrate this giant nonlinearity can be exploited to manipulate the ultrafast nonlinear absorption properties of the solid-state system.Our findings suggest that plexcitons are intrinsically strongly interacting,thereby pioneering new horizons for practical implementations such as energy-efficient ultrafast all-optical switching and information processing.Yuxiang Tang Yanbin Zhang Qirui Liu Ke Wei Xiang’ai Cheng Lei Shi Tian Jiang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,5:2
4Distribution domains of the Pan-African event in East Antarctica and adjacent areas显示文摘The Pan-African event is widely distributed in East Antarctica (EA) craton, including both the coastal regions and interior of the EA. From aspects of the shear zones, granites, pegmatites, time of high-grade metamorphism and detrital zircon age peaks of the downflowing sediments from the inland, the Pan-African event in the EA and adjacent areas in the Gondwana reconstruction, like SE Africa, southern India and SW Australia, was described in the paper. The water or fluid available along the shear zones was responsible for retrogression of the earlier, e.g., Grenville age, high-grade outcrops to later Pan-African amphibolite to granulite facies metamorphism. In geochemistry, the granites are generally anorogenic, ocassionally with some gabbros or dolerite dykes, showing sign of bimodal feature. Meanwhile, the event has influenced most isotopic systems, including the U-Pb, Sm-Nd, Rb-Sr and Ar-Ar systems, giving Pan-African apparent ages. Spatially, the Pan-African event is demonstrated from possibly local granitic magmatism, to wider medium-high grade metamorphism, and mostly widespread in resetting for some isotope systems, suggesting the prevailing thermal effect of the event. Before Gondwana formation, local depressions in the EA may have been filled with sediments, implying the initial breakup period of the Rodinia. The later Pan-Gondwana counterrotating cogs shaped the interstitial fold belts between the continent blocks and formed a set of shear zones. The mafic underplating in the Gondwana may be responsible for the typical features of the Pan-African event. 6SHRIMP Zircon U-Pb Dating of the Tongshi Magmatic Complex in Western Shandong and Its Geological Implications显示文摘The SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating result of the Tongshi magmatic complex in western Shandong is presented in this paper. The Tongshi magmatic complex comprises fine-grained porphyritic diorite and syenitic porphyry. Eighteen analyses for fine-grained porphyritic diorite gave two concordia ages, in which ten analyses constitute the young age group, giving 206Pb/238U ages ranging from 167.9 Ma to 183 Ma with a weighted mean age of 175.7 ± 3.8 Ma, and the other eight yielded 207Pb/206Pb ages of 2502 Ma to 2554 Ma with a weighted mean 2518 ± 11 Ma. Two analyses for syenitic porphyry gave ages of 2485 Ma and 2512 Ma, respectively. 7Confirmation of the Major Grenville Event in the Qinling Complex of the Qinling Orogenic Belt,Central China显示文摘The Qinling Complex from the Qinling orogenic belt was generally considered to be part of the Caledonian orogeny, however information of the Grenville event of the Qinling Complex has been poorly recognized. Two granite samples of greenschist-facies and two paragneiss samples of amphibolitefaices are identified from the Qinling Complex. The granites occur along the regional gneissosity of the Qinling Complex, thus it is suggested that their magmatic zircon ages(~970 Ma) mark the lower boundary of the main metamorphic age(amphibolite-granulite facies). In addition, some early-formed metamorphic zircons(~1 000 Ma) are distinguished in the granites, which may reflect the information about the source area of the granites. Therefore the major metamorphism of amphibolite-granulite facies in the Qinling Complex is constrained at Early Neoproterozoic(~1 000 Ma), not Early Paleozoic as conventionally considered. In the Early Paleozoic, the Qinling Complex was characterized by multiple extension-shear activities, overprint of greenschist-facies metamorphism and emplacement of extensive granites. These granites and related thermal events could reset the U-Pb isotopic system of the early-formed zircons, leading to the apparent zircon ages younger than their protolith age. As a result, the Qinling Complex is a modified Early Neoproterozoic orognenic belt or an independent block, which became a continental margin arc during the Early Paleozoic, being accompanied by metamorphism, deformation, and emplacement of continental arc granites. The Erlangping, Kuanping, and Taowan groups to the north of the Qinling Complex show more intensive deformation of the Caledonian, and their oblique subduction towards the Qinling Complex caused the formation of eclogites. 9Cis-regulatory change and expression divergence between duplicate genes formed by genome duplication of Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘As an index of functional divergence, expression divergence between duplicate gene copies has been observed and correlated with protein coding sequence divergence and bias in gene functional classes. However, the changes in the cis-regulatory region of the duplicate genes which is thought to have important role in expression divergence, has not been explored on the genome-wide scale. We analyzed functional genomics data for a large number of duplicated gene pairs formed by ancient polyploidy events in Arabidopsis thaliana. The divergence in cis-regulatory regions between two copies is positively correlated with the magnitude difference of expression. Moreover, we find that highly expressed duplicate gene pairs have a more diverged cis-regulatory region than weakly expressed gene pairs. We also show that the correlation between expression functional constraint and protein functional constraint is different in old and young duplicate pairs. Our results suggest that cis-regulatory sequence divergence contributes to the expression divergence of duplicate genes formed by genome-wide duplication. Cis-regulatory region diverges faster in highly expressed duplicate pairs. 10Simulation design of fuze warhead system of air defense missile at very low altitude显示文摘A novel simulation method for fuze warhead system(FWS) at very low altitude flight is proposed to solve adaptability issues of the traditional one in the naval battle. Firstly, a simulation system framework is presented. Then the detailed implementation of a novel general fuze model, a novel sea echo model and a novel warhead dynamic effectiveness power field algorithm including the simulation system are presented. Finally, simulation results show good performance of the proposed method. The proposed method can simulate the echo signal when the complex fuze antennas detect target and the sea at the same time, and can truly reflect the target positions hit by the warhead fragments. 11Turning ZrTe_5 into a semiconductor through atom intercalation显示文摘In this study we successfully intercalated potassium(K) atoms into single ZrTe_5 crystals by liquid ammonia method, and found a semimetal-to-semiconductor transition at low temperatures in K-intercalated ZrTe_5. As the K concentration increased, the resistance anomalous peak was gradually suppressed until finally disappearing. Whilst, the corresponding Hall resistance measurements consistently showed a sign reversal. 15Anomalous enhancement oxidation of few-layer MoS_(2)and MoS_(2)/h-BN heterostructure显示文摘Because of profound applications of two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))and its heterostructures in electronics,its thermal stability has been spurred substantial interest.We employ a precision muffle furnace at a series of increasing temperatures up to 340℃to study the oxidation behavior of continuous MoS_(2)films by either directly growing mono-and fewlayer MoS_(2)on SiO_(2)/Si substrate,or by mechanically transferring monolayer MoS_(2)or hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)onto monolayer MoS_(2)substrate.Results show that monolayer MoS_(2)can withstand high temperature at 340℃with less oxidation while the few-layer MoS_(2)films are completely oxidized just at 280℃,resulting from the growth-induced tensile strain in few-layer MoS_(2).When the tensile strain of films is released by transfer method,the stacked few-layer MoS_(2)films exhibit superior thermal stability and typical layer-by-layer oxidation behavior at similarly high temperature.Counterintuitively,for the MoS_(2)/h-BN heterostructure,the h-BN film itself stacked on top is not damaged and forms many bubbles at 340℃,whereas the underlying monolayer MoS_(2)film is oxidized completely.By comprehensively using various experimental characterization and molecular dynamics calculations,such anomalous oxidation behavior of MoS_(2)/h-BN heterostructure is mainly due to the increased tensile strain in MoS_(2)film at elevated temperature.Siming Ren Yanbin Shi Chaozhi Zhang Mingjun Cui Jibin Pu 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0
16Shunxin decoction(顺心组方) improves diastolic function in rats with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction induced by abdominal aorta constriction through cyclic guanosine monophosphate-dependent protein kinase Signaling Pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To determine whether Shunxin decoction(顺心组方) improves diastolic function in rats with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFp EF) by regulating the cyclic guanosine monophosphatedependent protein kinase(c GMP-PKG) signaling pathway. METHODS: Except for control group 8 and sham surgery group 8, the remaining 32 male Sprague-Dawlay rats were developed into HFp EF rat models using the abdominal aorta constriction method. These rats in the HFp EF model were randomly divided into the model group, the Shunxin high-dose group, the Shunxin lowdose group, and the Qiliqiangxin capsule group. The three groups received high-dose Shunxin decoction, lowdose Shunxin decoction, and Qiliqiangxin capsule by gavage, respectively, for 14 d. After the intervention, the diastolic function of each rat was evaluated by testing E/A, heart index, hematoxylin-eosin staining, Masson, myocardial ultrastructure, and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP). The Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine(BATMAN-TCM) software was used to predict targets for which Shunxin decoction acts on the c GMP-PKG pathway. Natriuretic peptide receptor A(NPRA) and guanylate cyclase(GC) were detected by immunohistochemistry, and e NOS, phosphodiesterase 5A(PDE5A), and c GMP-dependent protein kinase 1(PKG I) were determined by Western blotting. RESULTS: Compared to the model group, the thickness of the interventricular septum at the end of diastole(IVSd) and the thickness of the posterior wall at the end of diastole(PWd) of the Shunxin decoction high-dose group, Shunxin decoction low-dose group, and Qiliqiangxin capsule group were all significantly reduced(P < 0.01). Furthermore, Shunxin decoction high-dose group E/A value was decreased(P < 0.01). Compared to the model group, the expression of NPRA and GC increased in the Shunxin decoction low-dose group and the Qiliqiangxin capsule group(P < 0.01). Compared to the model group, the expressions of e NOS and PKG I increased(P < 0.05) in the Shunxin decoction high-dose group. The expression of PDE5A expression decreased in the myocardium of the Shunxin decoction high-dose group, Shunxin decoction low-dose group, and Qiliqiangxin capsule group compared to the model group(P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Shunxin decoction can improve diastolic function in rats with HFp EF. It increases the expression of NPRA, GC, and e NOS in the myocardial cell c GMP-PKG signaling pathway, upregulates c GMP expression, decreases PDE5A expression to reduce the c GMP degradation. 17Reinforcement Effect Evaluation on Dynamic Characteristics of an Arch Bridge Based on Vehicle-Bridge Coupled Vibration Analysis显示文摘To numerically evaluate the reinforcement effect on dynamic characteristics of a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge with vibration problems,a 12-degree-of-freedom sprung-mass dynamic vehicle model and a 3D finite element bridge model were established.Then,the coupled equations of vehicle-bridge interaction were derived and a computer program was developed using the FORTRAN language.This program can accurately simulate vehicle-bridge coupled vibration considering the bumping effect and road surface irregularity during motion of the vehicle.The simulated results were compared with those of relevant literatures to verify the correctness of the self-developed program.Then,three reinforcement schemes for the bridge(Addition of longitudinal beams,Reinforcement of bridge decks,and Replacement of suspenders)were proposed and numerically simulated,and the vibration reduction effects of the three schemes were evaluated based on the numerical results to find effective ones.It is confirmed that the reinforcement scheme of Addition of longitudinal beams shows the most significant vibration reduction effect.It is recommended in the engineering practice that the combination of the reinforcement schemes of Addition of longitudinal beams and Replacement of bridge deck can be used to solve the excessive vibration problem.Yanbin Tan Xingwen He Lei Shi Shi Zheng Zhe Zhang Xinshan Wang 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,5:0

20An ICN-Oriented Name-Based Routing Scheme显示文摘Information-Centric Networking (ICN) treat contents as the first class citizens and adopt content names for routing. However, ICN faces challenges of big data. The massive content names and location-independent naming bring scalability and efficiency challenges for content addressing. A scalable and efficient name-based routing scheme is a critical component for ICN. This paper proposes a novel Scalable Name-based Geometric Routing scheme, SNGR. To resolve the location-independent names to locations, SNGR utilizes a bi-level sloppy grouping design. To provide scalable location-dependent routing for name resolution, SNGR proposess a universal geometric routing framework. Our theoretical analyses guarantee the performance of SNGR.
