1Effects of citrus tree-shape and spraying height of small unmanned aerial vehicle on droplet distribution显示文摘In order to explore the droplet penetration of spraying with unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on citrus trees with different shapes,the tests were carried out at different working heights.The material was five years old Cocktail grapefruit(Citrus paradisi cv.Cocktail)grafted on Trafoliata(Poncirus trifoliata L.Raf.)and the type of UAV sprayer used was the 3W-LWS-Q60S.A solution of 300 times Ponceau 2R diluents liquid instead of pesticide was used for citrus fields spraying and the droplets were collected by paper cards.Droplets deposition parameters were extracted and analyzed using digital image processing after scanning the cards.The results showed that:1)For the trees with round head shape canopy,the droplet depositions of the upper,middle and lower layers had a significant difference at 0.05 level.The droplet deposition had the best effect when the working height was 1.0 m,where the average droplet deposition densities were 39.97 droplets/cm2 and the average droplet size was 0.30 mm,but the droplet coverage(3.19%)was lower than that at the working height of 1.5 m(4.27%).2)Under three different working heights of UAV,the tree with open center shape can obtain higher droplet deposition density at all three layers than that with the round head shape canopy.It was especially prominent when the working height was 1.0 m,as the middle layer increased by 49.92%.However,the higher range of droplet deposition density meant larger fluctuation and dispersion.3)The open center shape canopy and the 1.0 m working height obviously improved the droplet coverage rate and droplet density in the citrus plant.For these parameters of open center shape citrus tree,there was no obvious difference in the front and rear direction,but in the left and middle part of the tree crown,the difference reached a 0.05 significant level.Considering droplet deposition characteristics and the spray uniformity,the UAV performed better when working on open center shape plants at a 1.0 m working height.Zhang Pan Deng Lie Lyu Qiang He Shaolan Yi Shilai Liu Yande Yu Yongxu Pan Haiyang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4:37

3Evidence of Oil Sources and Migration in Triassic-Jurassic Reservoirs in the South Tianhuan Depression of the Ordos Basin, China Based on Analysis of Biomarkers and Nitrogen-Bearing Compounds显示文摘The Ordos Basin is an important intracontinental sedimentary basin in western China for its abundant Mesozoic crude oil resources. The southern part of the Tianhuan Depression is located in the southwestern marginal area of this Basin, in which the Jurassic and Triassic Chang-3 are the main oil-bearing strata. Currently, no consensus has been reached regarding oil source and oil migration in the area, and an assessment of oil accumulation patterns is thus challenging. In this paper, the oil source, migration direction, charging site and migration pathways are investigated through analysis of pyrrolic nitrogen compounds and hydrocarbon biomarkers. Oil source correlations show that the oils trapped in the Jurassic and Chang-3 reservoirs were derived from the Triassic Chang-7 source rocks. The Jurassic and Chang-3 crude oils both underwent distinct vertical migration from deep to shallow strata, indicating that the oils generated by Chang-7 source rocks may have migrated upward to the shallower Chang-3 and Jurassic strata under abnormally high pressures, to accumulate along the sand bodies of the ancient rivers and the unconformity surface. The charging direction of the Jurassic and Chang-3 crude oils is primarily derived from Mubo, Chenhao, and Shangliyuan, which are located northeast of the southern Tianhuan Depression, with oils moving toward the west, southwest, and south. 4In vitro and in vivo biodegradation and biocompatibility of an MMT/BSA composite coating upon magnesium alloy AZ31显示文摘The performance of biodegradable magnesium alloy requires special attention to rapid degradation and poor biocompatibility, which can cause the implant to fail. Here, a sodium montmorillonite(MMT)/bovine serum albumin(BSA) composite coating was prepared upon magnesium alloy AZ31 via hydrothermal synthesis, followed by dip coating. We evaluated the surface characterization and corrosion behavior in vitro, and the biocompatibility in vitro and in vivo. Biodegradation progress of the MMT-BSA coated Mg pieces was examined through hydrogen evolution, immersion tests, and electrochemical measurements in Hank’s solution. In vitro biocompatibility studies were evaluated via hemolysis tests, dynamic cruor time tests, platelet adhesion, MTT testing and live-dead stain of osteoblast cells(MC3 T3-E1). It was found that the MMT-BSA coating had good corrosion resistance and a marked improvement in biocompatibility in comparison to bare Mg alloy AZ31. in vivo studies were carried out in rat model and the degradation was characterized by computed tomography scans. Results revealed that the MMT-BSA coated Mg alloy AZ31 implants maintained their structural integrity and slight degradation after 120 d of post-implantation. A100% survival rate for the rats was observed with no obvious toxic damages on the organs and tissues.Additionally, we proposed a sound coating formation mechanism. 5Stability influence factors analysis and construction of a deep beam anchorage structure in roadway roof显示文摘Deep beam anchorage structures based on spatial distribution analysis of the cable prestressed field have been proposed for roadway roof support. Stability and other factors that influence deep beam structures are studied in this paper using mechanical calculations, numerical analysis and field measurements. A mechanical model of deep beam structure subjected to multiple loading is established, including analysis of roof support in the return airway of S1203 working face in the Yuwu coal mine, China. The expression of maximum shear stress in the deep beam structure is deduced according to the stress superposition criterion. It is found that the primary factors affecting deep beam structure stability are deep beam thickness, cable pre-tension and cable spacing. The variation of maximum shear stress distribution and prestressed field diffusion effects according to various factors are analyzed using Matlabòand FLAC3D^(TM) software, and practical support parameters of the S1203 return airway roof are determined.According to the observations of rock pressure, there is no evidence of roof separation, and the maximum values of roof subsidence and convergence of wall rock are 72 and 48 mm, respectively. 6Application of defin让ive screening design to quantify the effects of process parameters on key granule characteristics and optimize operating parameters in pulsed-spray fluid-bed granulation显示文摘The pulsed-spray fluid-bed granulation (PSFBG) process was investigated and optimized using definitive scree ning design, a recently proposed new class of three-level desig n of experiment method. Such a design enabled quadratic models to be established that described the effect of six in put process parameters - inlet air temperature, inlet air humidity, binder spray rate, atomization pressure, pulse period, and pulse width - on the granule quality in a PSFBG process. Mathematical models of the mean particle size, relative size distribution width, production yield, and porosity were developed to quantify the relationships between the in flue ncing factors and critical quality attributes. On the basis of con strai nts on the desired granule properties, a design space for PSFBG was determined and ranges of the operating parameters were defined. An acceptable degree of prediction was confirmed by validation experiments, demonstrating the reliability and effectiveness of using definitive screening design to study the PSFBG process. 7Nondestructive assessment of quality of Nanfeng mandarin fruit by a portable near infrared spectroscopy显示文摘A portable near infrared spectroscopy system was developed for assessing the quality of Nanfeng mandarin fruit.One hundred and fifty-three Nanfeng mandarin samples were used to measure the performance of the system.Several pretreatment methods were adopted to process the spectra.Then Support Vector Machine(SVM),Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)and Partial Least Square(PLS)were used to build models for soluble solids content(SSC),titratable acidity(TA),vitamin C and surface color.The best results were obtained by SVM.The correlation coefficient(R)and root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)were(0.93,0.65°Brix),(0.66,0.09%),(0.81,2.7mg/100g)and(0.57,0.81)for SSC,TA,vitamin C and color,respectively.The results demonstrated that the portable near infrared spectroscopy was feasible for determining the Nanfeng mandarin quality nondestructively.Sun Xudong Zhang Hailiang Liu Yande 2009International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009,2,1:3
8Design and Dynamic Modeling of a 2-DOF Decoupled Flexure-Based Mechanism显示文摘Flexure mechanisms with decoupled characteristics have been widely utilized in precision positioning applications.However,these mechanisms suffer from either slow response or low load capability.Furthermore,asymmetric design always leads to thermal error.In order to solve these issues,a novel 2-DOF decoupled mechanism is developed by monolithically manufacturing sets of statically indeterminate symmetric(SIS) flexure structures in parallel.Symmetric design helps to eliminate the thermal error and Finite Element Analysis(FEA) results show that the maximum coupling ratio between X and Y axes is below 0.25% when a maximum pretension force of 200 N is applied.By ignoring the mass effect,all the SIS flexure structures are simplified to 'spring-damper' components,from which the static and dynamics model are derived.The relation between the first resonant frequency of the mechanism and the load is investigated by incorporating the load mass into the proposed dynamics model.Analytical results show that even with a load of 0.5 kg,the first resonant frequency is still higher than 300 Hz,indicating a high load capability.The mechanism's static and dynamic performances are experimentally examined.The linear stiffnesses of the mechanism at the working platform and at the driving point are measured to be 3.563 0 N·μm-1 and 3.362 1 N·μm-1,respectively.The corresponding estimation values from analytical models are 3.405 7 N·μm-1 and 3.381 7 N·μm-1,which correspond to estimation errors of-4.41% and 0.6%,respectively.With an additional load of 0.16 kg,the measured and estimated first resonant frequencies are 362 Hz and 365 Hz,respectively.The estimation error is only 0.55%.The analytical and experimental results show that the developed mechanism has good performances in both decoupling ability and load capability;its static and dynamic performance can be precisely estimated from corresponding analytical models.The proposed mechanism has wide potentials in precision positioning applications.QIN Yanding TIAN Yanling ZHANG Dawei 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4:3
9SEMI-SUPERVISED RADIO TRANSMITTER CLASSIFICATION BASED ON ELASTIC SPARSITY REGULARIZED SVM显示文摘Non-collaborative radio transmitter recognition is a significant but challenging issue, since it is hard or costly to obtain labeled training data samples. In order to make effective use of the unlabeled samples which can be obtained much easier, a novel semi-supervised classification method named Elastic Sparsity Regularized Support Vector Machine (ESRSVM) is proposed for radio transmitter classification. ESRSVM first constructs an elastic-net graph over data samples to capture the robust and natural discriminating information and then incorporate the information into the manifold learning framework by an elastic sparsity regularization term. 11Lightweight 3D bioprinting with point by point photocuring显示文摘As photocrosslinkable materials,methacryloyl-modified hydrogels are widely used as bioinks in tissue engineering.Existing printing methods to use these hydrogels,including changing the viscosity of the material or mixing them with other printing components,have been explored,but their application has been limited due to low printing quality or high cost.In addition,the complex operation of bulky equipment restricts the application of these existing printing methods.This study presents a lightweight stereolithography-based three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting system with a smart mechanical and structural design.The developed bioprinter dimensions were 300 mm×300 mm×200 mm and it can be placed on a benchtop.The equipment has a mini bioink chamber to store a small amount of bioink for each printing.We systematically investigated the point-by-point curing process in the 3D bioprinting method,which can print mixed cells accurately and have good biocompatibility.Here,we provide a compact,low-cost stereolithography bioprinting system with excellent biocompatibility for 3D bioprinting with methacryloyl-modified hydrogels.It can be potentially used for drug screening,studying pathological mechanisms,and constructing biological disease models.Peng Zhang Haoxuan Wang Peng Wang Yating Zheng Linxiang Liu Jun Hu Yande Liu Qing Gao Yong He 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,5:2
12Mechanism of Silurian Hydrocarbon Pool Formation in the Tarim Basin显示文摘There are three formation stages of Silurian hydrocarbon pools in the Tarim Basin. The widely distributed asphaltic sandstones in the Tazhong (central Tarim) and Tabei (northern Tarim) areas are the results of destruction of hydrocarbon pools formed in the first-stage,and the asphaltic sandstones around the Awati Sag were formed in the second-stage.
