1Preparation of V-doped TiO_2 Photocatalysts by the Solution Combustion Method and Their Visible Light Photocatalysis Activities显示文摘A series of nanocrystalline V-doped(0.0-3.0 at.%) TiO2 catalysts have been successfully prepared by the one-step solution combustion method using urea as a fuel. The obtained powders were characterized by XRD, SEM, Raman, XPS and UV-Vis DRS. The effects of V doping concentration on the phase structure and photocatalytic properties were investigated. XRD, Raman, and XPS show that V doping diffuses into TiO2 crystal lattice mainly in the form of V5+ and causes a phase transition from anatase to rutile. V doping can widen the light absorption range of TiO2, with the absorption threshold wavelength shifting from 425 to 625 nm. The photocatalytic activity of V-doped TiO2 powders were evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange(MO) under visible light irradiation. 2Electrospun polyporous VN nanofibers for symmetric all-solid-state supercapacitors显示文摘To promote the energy density of symmetric all-solid-state supercapacitors(SCs),efforts have been dedicated to searching for high-performance electrode materials recently. In this paper,vanadium nitride(VN) nanofibers with mesoporous structure have been fabricated by a facile electrospinning method. Their crystal structures and morphology features were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and transmission electron microscopy. The mesoporous structure of VN nanofibers,which can provide short electrolyte diffusion routes and conducting electron transport pathways,is beneficial to their performance as a supercapacitor electrode. Under a stable electrochemical window of 1.0 V,VN nanofibers possess an excellent mass specific capacitance of 110.8 F/g at a scan rate of 5 mV/s. Moreover,the VN nanofibers were further assembled into symmetric all-solid-state SCs,achieving a high energy density of 0.89 mW·h/cm^3 and a high power density of 0.016 W/cm^3 over an operating potential range from 0 to 1.0 V. 4Effects of Mechanical Alloying Parameters on the Microstructures of Nanocrystalline Cu-5 wt% Cr Alloy显示文摘Nanocrystalline Cu-5 wt%Cr alloy powders were fabricated by mechanical alloying (MA). The effects of MA processing parameters on the crystallite size, solid solubility, and microstructures of the Cu-5 wt%Cr alloys were investigated including type and size distribution of the grinding medium and ball-to-powder weight ratio (BPR). The results show that the crystallites were refined effectively and solid solubility of Cr in Cu was extended when heavier ball and higher BPR were adopted. The maximum solubility is extended up to 5.6 at% (namely 4.6 wt%) Cr in Cu by use of a combination of large and small size WC-Co balls with BPR of 30:1. 5Hydrocarbon Generation and Expulsion of the Upper Triassic T3x5Source Rocks in the Western Sichuan Depression: Assessment for Unconventional Natural Gas显示文摘Tight-sand gas in the Jurassic and shale gas within the fifth member of Xujiahe Formation(T3x5) in the Western Sichuan Basin(WSD) are currently regarded as the most prolific emerging unconventional gas plays in China. This study conducted a conventional evaluation of T3x5 source rocks in the WSD, and investigated their hydrocarbon generation and expulsion characteristics, including intensity, efficiency and amount. The results show that, the T3x5 source rocks are thick(generally >200 m), and have a high total organic content(TOC), ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 wt%. It is thus indivative of a great hydrocarbon generation potential when they underwent high thermal evolution(Ro>1.2%) in the area. In addition, an improved method of hydrocarbon generation potential is applied, indicating that the source rocks reached a hydrocarbon expulsion threshold with vitrinite reflectance(Ro) reaching 1.06%, and that the comprehensive hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency is about 60%. The amount of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion from T3x5 source rocks is 3.14×1010 t and 1.86×1010 t, respectively, with a residual amount of 1.28×1010 t within them. Continuous-type tight-sand gas is predicted to have developed in the Jurassic in the Chengdu Sag of the WSD because of the good source-reservoir configuration; the Jurassic sandstone reservoirs are tight, and the gas expelled from the T3x5 source rocks migrates for very short distances vertically and horizontally. The amount of gas accumulation in the Jurassic reservoirs derived from T3x5 source rocks is up to 9.3×108 t. Geological resources of shale gas are up to 1.05×1010 t. 6Aberrant expression of BDNF might serve as a candidate target for cocaine- induced psychosis: insights from bioinformatics analysis and microarray validation显示文摘Background Cocaine use disorder(CUD)and associated psychosis are major public health issues worldwide,along with high relapse outcome and limited treatment options.Exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying cocaine-induced psychosis(CIP)could supply integrated insights for understanding the pathogenic mechanism and potential novel therapeutic targets.Aims The aim of the study was to explore common alterations of CUD-schizophrenia target genes and identify core risk genes contributing to CIP through data mining and network pharmacology approach.Methods Target genes of CUD were obtained from GeneCards,Comparative Toxicogenomics Database,Swiss Target Prediction platform and PubChem.Schizophrenia-related target genes were derived from DisGeNET,GeneCards,MalaCards and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man databases.Then,the overlap genes of these two sets were regarded as risk genes contributing to CIP.Based on these CUD-schizophrenia target genes,functional annotation and pathway analysis were performed using the clusterProfiler package in R.Protein-protein interaction network construction and module detection were performed based on the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes(STRING)database and Cytoscape software.Gene expression datasets GSE54839 and GSE93577 were applied for data validation and diagnostic capacity evaluation of interested hub genes.Results A total of 165 CUD-schizophrenia target genes were obtained.These genes were mainly contributing to chemical synaptic transmission,neuropeptide hormone activity,postsynaptic membrane and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway.Network analysis and validation analysis indicated that BDNF might serve as an important risk gene in mediating CIP.Conclusions This study generates a holistic view of CIP and provides a basis for the identification of potential CUD-schizophrenia target genes involved in the development of CIP.The abnormal expression of BDNF would be a candidate therapeutic target underlying the pathogenesis of CUD and associated CIP.Youwei Zhu Yan Zhao Xiaomin Xu Hang Su Xiaotong Li Na Zhong Haifeng Jiang Jiang Du Min Zhao 2021General Psychiatry2021,34,5:2
7Preparation of Oriented Barium Titanate Thin Films by Combination of Electrophoretic Deposition with Hydrothermal Treatment显示文摘Highly oriented barium titanate (BaTiO 3) thin films on Pt substrate were fabricated by combination of electrophoretic deposition with hydrothermal treatment.The structure and morphology of thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscopy.It is found that the titania precursor film,Ba(OH)2 concentration and hydrothermal temperature play crucial roles in the film morphology and orientation.The BaTiO3 thin films with highly (110) preferred orientation can be formed on polycrystalline Pt substrate by appropriate adjustment of the reaction conditions.The orientation parameter f of highly oriented BaTiO3 films was up to 1.00.The films exhibited a smooth and crack-free surface and remained in the layered structure.In situ topotactic transformation and dissolution-crystallization mechanisms were proposed to explain the morphology and orientation of BaTiO3 films during hydrothermal treatment.Lihong Xue and Youwei Yan State Key Laboratory of Materials Processing and Die and Mould Technology,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan 430074,China 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,11:2

12Preparation and Arc Erosion Characteristics of Ultrafine Crystalline CuCr50 Alloy by MA-SPS显示文摘The ultrafine crystalline CuCr50(Cr 50 wt%) alloys were fabricated by a combination of mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering process. The effects of milling time on crystallite size and solid solubility of the CuCr50 composite powders were investigated. The results showed that crystallite size of powders decreases gradually and solid solubility of Cr in Cu was extended with increasing milling time. The minimal crystallite size about 10 nm and the maximum solid solubility about 8.4 at%(i e, 7 wt%) were obtained at 60 h. The microstructure of ultrafine crystalline CuCr50 alloy was analyzed by SEM and TEM, which contains two kinds of size scale Cr particles of 2 μm and 50-150 nm, distributing homogeneously in matrix, respectively. The arc erosion characteristics of ultrafine crystalline CuCr50 alloy were investigated by the vacuum contact simulation test device in low D.C. voltage and low current(24 V/10 A). A commercial microcrystalline CuCr50 alloy was also investigated for comparison. Experiments indicate that the cathode mass loss of ultrafine crystalline CuCr50 contact material is higher than that of microcrystalline CuCr50 material, but its eroded surface morphology by the arc is uniform without obvious erosion pits. While the surface of microcrystalline CuCr50 contact is seriously eroded in local area by the arc, an obvious erosion pit occurred in the core part. 15Symplectic Approach on the Wave Propagation Problem for Periodic Structures with Uncertainty显示文摘An effective method is proposed in this paper for the symplectic eigenvalue problem of a periodic structure with uniform stochastic properties. Since structural parameters are uncertain, the symplectic transfer matrix of a typical substructure, which is described in the state space, also has sto chastic proper ties. An effec tive spec tral st ochastic finite elemen t method is adopted to ensure the symplectic orthogonality of the random symplectic matrix on the premise of certain precision. By means of the Rayleigh quotient method, the symplectic eigenvalue problem of random symplectic matrix is investigated. On the basis of this, the mean value and the standard deviation of the random eigenvalues are fully discussed. The comparison between the numerical results derived from the proposed method and the Monte-Carlo simulation indicates that the proposed method has high precision.
