| 3 | The Pengguan tectonic dome of Longmen Mountains, Sichuan Province:Mesozoic denudation of a Neoproterozoic magmatic arc-basin system显示文摘Neoproterozoic igneous and metamorphic complexes occur as tectonic domes in the Longmen Mountains of the western margin of the Yangtze Block, and are important in reconstructing the Rodinian supercontinent and constraining the timing and mechanism of tectonic denudational processes. The Pengguan dome consists of granitic intrusions and metamorphic rocks of the Huangshuihe Group and is tectonically overlain by ductilly deformed Sinian to Paleozoic strata. The plutonic intrusions consist of granites with abundant amphibolite enclaves. New LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yielded an emplacement age of 809±3 Ma and a protolith age of 844±6 Ma for the granite. The granitic rocks have geochemical signatures typical of A-type granites, indicating their formation under an extensional environment, by melting of newly formed tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite (TTG) rocks. A detachment fault, characterized by variable ductile shear deformation of S-C fabric and ESE-ward kinematics, separates the Pengguan dome from the Sinian-Paleozoic cover. 40Ar/39Ar dating of muscovite from the mylonite in the detachment fault of the dome demonstrates that ductile deformation occurred at ~160 Ma. | 4 | Early Cretaceous Post-Collisional Collapse of the Yidun Terrane: Geochronological and Geochemical Constraints from Calc-alkaline to Alkaline Basalts in Xiqiu Area, Southwest China显示文摘Several Cretaceous Carlin-like or hydrothermal gold deposits along the Garze-Litang suture zone and Early Cretaceous hydrothermal copper mineralization along the southeastern margin of the Songpan-Garze fold belt were presumed to have a magmatic heat source. However, no actual coeval magmatic events nearby were discovered. Here, we report zircon SIMS U-Pb age, whole-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data of the Xiqiu basalts in the southern end of the Yidun terrane, eastern Tibetan Plateau. New zircon U-Pb ages yield weighted mean ^(206) Pb/^(238) U age of 117.7±1.6 Ma. The basalts are classified as calc-alkaline to alkaline and have relatively high Mg O(4.77 wt.%–10.84 wt.%) and Mg number values(Mg~#=(100×Mg/(Mg+Fe^(2+))); 45.35–67.28) and positive ε_(Nd)(t)(t=118 Ma) values(+1.86 to +3.2), suggesting a OIB-like mantle source that is consistent with the normalized patterns of trace elements and rare earth elements(REEs). Geochemical data suggest that the primary basaltic magma was generated by low degree partial melting of a peridotite-dominated mantle source with a minor component of garnet-eclogite or pyroxenite and experienced olivine+clinopyroxene dominated fractional crystallization. The primary melt compositions calculated from the high Mg O samples, in turn, suggest that the Xiqiu basalts were generated at 1.6–2.9 GPa with abnormally hot mantle potential temperatures from 1 465 to 1 540 oC. The melting temperatures are similar to the abnormally hot mantle underneath the Colorado Plateau and hotter than the mid-ocean range basalt(MORB) mantle and normal intra-continental mantle. Combined with previous studies, the Cretaceous Xiqiu basalts allow us to reconstruct a tectonic and geodynamic evolutionary model responsible for the Late Jurassic to Late Cretaceous geological records(magmatism, ore deposits and enhanced exhumation) in the Yidun terrane and southern Songpan-Garze fold belt. | Xutuo Li Danping Yan Liang Qiu | 2018 | Journal of Earth Science2018,29,1: | 6 |
| 5 | Well-construction of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 core-shell hetero-structure with efficient photocatalytic activity towards tetracycline under restricted space显示文摘Nowadays,efficient removal of antibiotic(e.g.tetracycline,TC) from water bodies has been of great global concern.Hereby,a novel Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 photo-catalyst was first synthesized by a facile selfassembly in-situ growth method.Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic activity towards TC under visible-light driven with a rapid rate constant of 1.5 × 10^(-2)min^(-1), and a removal efficiency of 81.2%,which is superior to some catalysts in the literature.Importantly,the photocatalytic activity of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 could still remain ~77% after the fifth cycle,indicating its good stability and reusability.The remarkable performances of adsorption and photocatalytic were attributed to associative effects of catalytic activity of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)and the unique porous nanostructure and stability of ZIF-8.This work could aid the future design and preparation of novel MOFs composite catalysts for efficient elimination of antibiotics from water. | Jiafei Wu Yuning Jin Danping Wu Xiaoying Yan Na Ma Wei Dai | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12: | 3 |

And the relationship between telomerase activity andcytotoxic effects were analyzed by a correlation analysis.Results: Following the increase of the concentration and the time of CDDP, graduallyrepressed telomerase activity was detected in cultured cells. Meanwhile, the restrain rateof the cells increased. The telomerase activity at 24h and 1μg/ml was repressedsignificantly compared with the control cells. | 17 | Phytosulfokine-α Promotes Root Growth by Repressing Expression of Pectin Methylesterase Inhibitor (PMEI) Genes in Medicago truncatula显示文摘Phytosulfokine-α(PSK-α),a sulfated pentapeptide with the sequence YIYTQ,is encoded by a small precursor gene family in Arabidopsis.PSK-αregulates multiple growth and developmental processes as a novel peptide hormone.Despite its importance,functions of PSK-αin M.truncatula growth remains unknown.In this study,we identified five genes to encode PSK-αprecursors in M.truncatula.All of these precursors possess conserved PSK-αsignature motif.Expression pattern analysis of these MtPSK genes revealed that each gene was expressed in a tissue-specific or ubiquitous pattern and three of them were remarkably expressed in root.Treatment of M.truncatula seedlings with synthetic PSK-αpeptide significantly promoted root elongation.In addition,expression analysis of downstream genes by RNA-seq and qRT-PCR assays suggested that PSK-αsignaling might regulate cell wall structure via PMEI-PME module to promote root cell growth.Taken together,our results shed light on the mechanism by which PSK-αpromotes root growth in M.truncatula,providing a new resource for improvement of root growth in agriculture. | Liangliang Yu Wenjun Zhou Danping Zhang Junhui Yan Li Luo | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,4: | 1 |
