1Secondary Metabolites of a Deep Sea Derived Fungus Aspergillus versicolor CXCTD-06-6a and Their Bioactivity显示文摘In order to obtain novel secondary metabolites, a deep sea inhabiting fungus Aspergillus versicolor CXCTD-06-6a was investigated. One new diketopiperazine brevianamide W(1a), as well as five known diketopiperazine alkaloids, diketopiperazine V(1b), brevianamide Q(2), brevianamide R(3), brevianamide K(4), and brevianamide E(5), were isolated from the Et OAc extract of the fermentation broth. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy techniques(NMR, MS). The six compounds exhibited moderate radical scavenging activity against DPPH with clearance ratio of 55.0%(1a and 1b), 53.7%(2), 46.2%(3), 61.4%(4) and 19.3%(5) at a concentration of 13.9 μmol L-1, respectively; while the positive control ascorbic acid showed a ratio of 70.3% at the concentration of 28.4 μmol L-1.KONG Xianglan CAI Shengxin ZHU Tianjiao GU Qianqun LI Dehai LUAN Yepeng 2014Journal of Ocean University of China2014,13,4:3
2High-resolution images based on directional fusion of gradient显示文摘This paper proposes a novel method for image magnification by exploiting the property that the intensity of an image varies along the direction of the gradient very quickly. It aims to maintain sharp edges and clear details. The proposed method first calculates the gradient of the low-resolution image by fitting a surface with quadratic polynomial precision. Then,bicubic interpolation is used to obtain initial gradients of the high-resolution(HR) image. The initial gradients are readjusted to find the constrained gradients of the HR image, according to spatial correlations between gradients within a local window. To generate an HR image with high precision, a linear surface weighted by the projection length in the gradient direction is constructed. Each pixel in the HR image is determined by the linear surface. Experimental results demonstrate that our method visually improves the quality of the magnified image. 3A Non-Ordinary State-Based Peridynamic Formulation for Failure of Concrete Subjected to Impacting Loads显示文摘Strain hardening and strain rate play an important role in dynamic deformation and failure problems such as high-velocity impact cases.In this paper,a non-ordinary state-based peridynamic model for failure and damage of concrete materials subjected to impacting condition is proposed,taking the advantages of both damage model and nonlocal peridynamic method.The Holmquist-Johnson-Cook(HJC)model describing the mechanical character and damage of concrete materials under large strain,high strain rate and high hydrostatic pressure was reformulated in the framework of non-ordinary statebased peridynamic theory,and the corresponding numerical approach was developed.The proposed model and numerical approach were validated through simulating typical impacting examples and comparing the results with available experimental observations and results in literature.Liwei Wu Dan Huang Yepeng Xu Lei Wang 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,3:2

5CHARACTER DETECTION AND RECOGNITION SYSTEM OF BEER BOTTLES显示文摘An optical imaging system and a configuration characteristic algorithm are presented to reducethe difficulties in extracting intact characters image with weak contrast, in recognizing characters on fastmoving beer bottles. The system consists of a hardware subsystem, including a rotating device, CCD, 16mm focus lens, a frame grabber card, a penetrating lighting and a computer, and a software subsystem. Thesoftware subsystem performs pretreatment, character segmentation and character recognition. In the pre-treatment, the original image is filtered with preset threshold to remove isolated spots. Then the horizontalprojection and the vertical projection are used respectively to retrieve the character segmentation. Subse-quently, the configuration characteristic algorithm is applied to recognize the characters. 18Multi-source genesis of continental carbonate-rich fine-grained sedimentary rocks and hydrocarbon sweet spots显示文摘This paper systematically discusses the multiple source characteristics and formation mechanisms of carbonate-rich fine-grained sedimentary rocks through the analysis of material source and rock formation.The hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics of carbonate-rich fine-grained sedimentary rocks are also summarized.The results show that the main reason for the enrichment of fine-grained carbonate materials in rift lake basins was the supply of multiple material sources,including terrestrial material input,formation of intrabasinal authigenic carbonate,volcanic-hydrothermal material feeding and mixed source.The development of carbonate bedrock in the provenance area controlled the filling scale of carbonate materials in rift lake basins.The volcanic-hydrothermal activity might provide an alkaline fluid to the lake basins to strengthen the material supply for the formation of carbonate crystals.Authigenic carbonate crystals induced by biological processes were the main source of long-term accumulation of fine-grained carbonate materials in the lake basins.Carbonate-rich fine-grained sedimentary rocks with multiple features were formed through the interaction of physical,biochemical and chemical processes during the deposition and post-deposition stages.The source and sedimentary origin of the fine-grained carbonate rock controlled the hydrocarbon accumulation in it.In the multi-source system,the types of'sweet spots'of continental shale oil and gas include endogenous type,terrigenous type,volcanic-hydrothermal type and mixed source type.JIANG Zaixing KONG Xiangxin YANG Yepeng ZHANG Jianguo ZHANG Yuanfu WANG Li YUAN Xiaodong 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:0
