1TRIM35 mediates protection against influenza infection by activating TRAF3 and degrading viral PB2显示文摘Tripartite motif(TRIM)family proteins are important effectors of innate immunity against viral infections.Here we identified TRIM35 as a regulator of TRAF3 activation.Deficiency in or inhibition of TRIM35 suppressed the production of type I interferon(IFN)in response to viral infection.777m35-deficient mice were more susceptible to influenza A virus(IAV)infection than were wild-type mice.TRIM35 promoted the RIG-Imediated signaling by catalyzing Lys63-linked polyubiquitination of TRAF3 and the subsequent formation of a signaling complex with VISA and TBK1.IAV PB2 polymerase countered the innate antiviral immune response by impeding the Lys63-linked polyubiquitination and activation of TRAF3.TRIM35 mediated Lys48-linked polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of IAV PB2,thereby antagonizing its suppression of TRAF3 activation.Our in vitro and in vivo findings thus reveal novel roles of TRIM35,through catalyzing Lys63-or Lys48-linked polyubiquitination,in RIG-I antiviral immunity and mechanism of defense against IAV infection.Nan Sun Li Jiang Miaomiao Ye Yihan Wang Guangwen Wang Xiaopeng Wan Yuhui Zhao Xia Wen Libin Liang Shujie Ma Liling Liu Zhigao Bu Hualan Chen Chengjun Li 2020Protein & Cell2020,11,12:4

3A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. 11Multifunctional all-polymer photovoltaic blend with simultaneously improved efficiency(18.04%),stability and mechanical durability显示文摘One of the most appealing material systems for solar energy conversion is allpolymer blend.Presently,the three key merits(power conversion efficiency,operation stability and mechanical robustness)exhibited a trade-off in a particular all-polymer blend system,which greatly limit its commercial application.Diverting the classic ternary tactic of organic solar cells based on polymer,nonfullerene small molecule and fullerene,herein we demonstrate that the three merits of a benchmark all-polymer blend PM6:PY-IT can be simultaneously maximized via the introduction of a polymerized fullerene derivative PPCBMB.Importantly,the addition of the guest component promoted the power conversion efficiency of PM6:PY-IT blend from 16.59%to 18.04%.Meanwhile,the device stability and film ductility are also improved due to the addition of this polymerized fullerene material.Morphology and device physics analyses reveal that optimal ternary system contains well-maintained molecular packing and crystallinity,being beneficial to keeping favorable charge transport and the reduced domain size contributed to charge generation and ductility improvement.Furthermore,the ternary photovoltaic blend was successfully used as photocatalysts,and an excellent heavy metal removal from water was demonstrated.This study showcases the multi-functions of all-polymer blends via the use of polymerized fullerenes.Tao Liu Kangkang Zhou Ruijie Ma Libin Zhang Ciyuan Huang Zhenghui Luo Hongxiang Zhu Shangfei Yao Chuluo Yang Bingsuo Zou Long Ye 2023Aggregate2023,4,3:0

13Synergistic effects of plant hormones on spontaneous late-ripening mutant of'Jinghong'peach detected by transcriptome analysis显示文摘Objectives:Peach(Prunus persica L.)is an ancient fruit tree that originated from China.It is the climacteric fruit belonging to genus Prunus in family Rosaceae.Ethylene,which is produced during ripening,accelerates fruit softening,and therefore peaches cannot be stored for a long time.Materials and Methods:To study the mechanism of fruit late ripening,transcriptome analysis of the fruit of a late-ripening mutant of'Jinghong'peach was performed to identify genes and pathways involved in fruit late ripening.Results:A total of 1805,1511,and 2309 genes were found to be differentially expressed in W2_vs_M1,W3_vs_M2,and W3_vs_M3,respectively.Functional enrichment analysis of the differentially expressed genes showed they were related to carotenoid biosynthesis,starch and sucrose metabolism plant hormone signal transduction,flavonoid biosynthesis,and photosynthesis.The expression trends of ripening-related genes that encode transcription factors and plant hormone signal transduction-related genes that encode enzymes were similar.Conclusions:It will help to elucidate the transcriptional regulatory network of fruit development in the spontaneous late-ripening mutant of‘Jinghong’peach and provide a theoretical basis for understanding the molecular regulatory mechanism of fruit ripening.Man Zhang Tingting Du Yarui Yin Hongyan Cao Zhihua Song Mao Ye Yating Liu Yanhong Shen Libin Zhang Qing Yang Dong Meng Junkai Wu 2022Food Quality and Safety2022,6,1:0
